> Virgin oil - 2 tbsp > Balsamic Vinegar - 2 tbsp > Kosher Salt - as per your requirement > Dried Oregano - 2 tsp > Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup > Sweet corn - less than 1/2 cup > Boiled mushrooms - less than 1/2 cup > Brown sugar - 1 tbsp > Uncooked white rice - 1/4 cup > Grind fresh black pepper - 3-4 tsp > Cabbage - 15 leaves > Onion - 1 large, if it is small - 2 onions > Garlic minced - 3 > Tomato paste - 2 tbsp > Freshly chopped parsley leaves - 2 tbsp 60 58
How to make?
Method to prepare the sauce - to be added above the roll 1.Take a pan, add the required olive oil, allow it to heat for a few seconds. 2.Add chopped onions, let it cook for a few minutes and turn golden brown. 3.Then add garlic and tomato paste,
stir this entire mixture. 4.Add vinegar, sugar, and oregano.
Once stir this mixture well. Now, season it with pepper and salt. 5.Keep this mixture as it is.
Method to prepare the stuffing for the cabbage roll
6.Now, take a pan, add sufficient water and then the cabbage leaves. Blanch the leaves for a minute or two. 7.Take another bowl, add sweet corn, mushrooms, cabbage, uncooked rice, 1 cup sauce, parsley leaves, bread crumbs. 8.Now add required salt and pepper. Stir this mixture well 9.Cut open the cabbage and add the stuffing inside it. 10.Take a baking tray, spread some sauce at the base. 11.In a line, place the cabbage rolls in the baking tray. 12.Add the left over sauce on all the cabbage rolls. 13.Leave it in the oven for an hour at a 350 degrees Celsius temperature
