Healthy Living International, (HLI), is a team of professionals which includes; Nutritionist‟s, Business Builders, Chefs, practicing Nurses & Motivational Speakers. HLI, was launched in London in 2008, most people will recognise members of The management committee from days past when we were known as HASIF Promotions, which is an acronym of Health, Advise, Support & In-community Fundraisers, at that time we were purely a voluntary organisation and began our Community work in July 2004, we have built a long standing relationship with our community groups, individuals & professionals across this field. We have received acclaim and awards for not only the thousands of pounds we have actively raised for needy causes, but also for the Life Skills Training we have shared countrywide. Whilst our voluntary and charitable work still continues, we have found a niche in our community whereas people require the life skills and home business building training that we excel at delivering, hence the birth of Healthy Living International Ltd. Our management team consists of professional business builders from the Corporate world and from Network Marketing, we excel in helping participants with Building their own striving and substantial home based businesses built on a solid foundation for immediate and residual income. Thus, on completion of our Four week workshop the applicant will have advanced knowledge on; Goal Setting, Your Personal Profile, How to approach Potential Clients & Warm Market, Know you‟re Products, Closing, and The concept of Network Marketing. In today‟s present financial climate and especially with the influx of ethnic diversity our group is designed to offer inclusion and cohesion from all sectors, keeping an open forum in order for us all to introduce our skills, services and needs to a wider spectrum. We are all about having fun whilst involving ourselves by way of sharing information & skills. The training from our workshops is on-going and has proven results.

Background
My working life began at an early age of 13, always wanting to be independent. I have worked in various industries soul searching to find my direction in life one that fitted along with my dreams and aspirations. I have worked with Santander, Currys, I.T firms, Media firms and Estate agents. Along the way finding out that each one wasn’t for me. I deeply wanted to get off the rat race. I didn’t want to be on the Journey of the Broke (J.O.B). With the realisation that no one has ever become rich working for someone else, I decided that working for myself was the only answer. So I established my own estate agency and helped friends to establish their own. But it soon dawned on me that rather than me owning the business the business owned me. I managed to sell the business at the right time, just before the recession. I always wondered there had to be a better way. I had to find a way to leverage my time. I was dreaming of making money while I sleep. You see I have friends who have lots of money but no time and others who have lots of time on their hands but no money. I had to have both. I call it P.M.P.T. (Plenty of Money and Plenty of Time). My exposure to network marketing was at various times throughout my life. Each time studying the company, the products and the marketing plan. I found it amazing. Networking marketing is my dream method of doing business. We are natural networkers. Those that say I can’t sell, I say to them then why are you selling me the idea that you’re not a good sells person. It’s more than a profession; it’s a way of life. It makes you a better person as you can’t be successful being bad. If you are to make it in network marketing then setting our goals and mindset is only half the battle. We need to be skilled in our chosen field. The lack of knowledge of the industry, professionalism and skills is giving it a bad name. I want to be a torch bearer for the industry and make it a chosen career path. After studying the industry over many years I have put together a practical training programme, which I call ‘Success Nuggets’. It’s designed for you to understand network marketing and yourself better and to be able to easily share it with others. To serve you better I have established Success Forever Group (S.F.G).

I have been a Community Volunteer and Network Marketer for the past four years. My areas of concern are Health & Wealth; my passion is developing the mindset of our youth and supporting them to reach their full potential. Mentoring and coaching our youths to have self-belief, esteem and respect are key themes I like, advocated through our self-development and success training sessions, aptly named, ‘The Four Week Health and Wealth Workshop’. We aim to arm young people with knowledge, skills and confidence to improve and maintain their health, achieve success and enrich their own and community lifestyles. Mr. Phil’s mentoring sessions have allowed me to help and encourage the youths to achieve, my goal is to encourage these youths to encourage their peers and their parents, to also benefit from Self Development, Health and Wealth.
MEET THE TEAM It occurred to me that for one to achieve success in Network Marketing one has to actively seek, receive and action the necessary training. This became apparent to me by working hard to build teams that are now thriving. The Healthy Living Workshops provide information and support to all members with the vital skills necessary to develop, build &

After many years surviving as a single mother with a debilitating illness living on social benefits, my only recreation on my ‘well days’ was to give my time as a community volunteer, organising Sponsored Walks & Swims, Talent Contests and Health & Beauty Days to raise awareness and financial aid to many needy charities and support groups. In 2004, I fell upon natural health supplements and the concept of nutrition via a Network Marketing company. I discovered a way for people like myself, with health issues to actually earn a decent income by promoting good health, nutrition, and a simple method of building your own business whilst improving my own health. I am so proud of my personal achievements to date but I am under no illusions to believe I arrived to this level all by myself. Yes, I must say during this last four weeks I have enjoyed myself very much and gained a confidence I didn’t know I could ever have. During the course I have received a lot of help and support from my mentors and the team, who are now like my family. I have done a presentation for the Asian Healthy Cooking Workshop, I never thought I could do it but with the help and support of Samantha and Curtis I have learnt one thing in life, ‘If you put your mind to it, “Everything is Possible”. I am now a proud Salad Master Customer & Consultant, and I am now able to confidently conduct a Presentation without shaking. More than that I am now able to earn an income that I believed I would need a ‘Degree’ for. I am so happy and will continue with the training. (March 2011)

Synopsis of Self CURTIS STEWART Curtis Stewart is a Life Management and Enrichment Strategist. He has a proven track record in mentoring and life coaching. Curtis is the second youngest of 8 children born to Sylvia & Ivan Stewart. He enjoyed a traditional Jamaican upbringing with deeply entrenched Christian values and firm attitudes to formal educational achievement. Extra-curricular activities like his early love for football were deemed „play‟ in which his parents saw no real value or benefit. Consequently, Curtis was encouraged to focus time and energy solely on academia. Curtis excelled in school with particular success in mathematical studies. This led to a career in Accounting, Commercial Insurance and Information Technology. Curtis was one of a handful of African Caribbean workers in a prestigious, market leading blue chip company where he worked for over 23 years. Curtis led a team of 8 in the accounting department where his problem solving skills were quickly recognized. In his latter years he was given the unique overall responsibility for undertaking strategic diagnostics and change management. Curtis enjoyed this role but the childhood passion to follow a dream and make a real and significant difference continued to burn within. He had a vision in which he supported the development of others. Curtis realized his dream when he was offered a redundancy package. For the past 6 years Curtis has tapped into the power within to capture the essence of self, thus freeing self. He has used the liberation of this as a springboard to motivate others to „dream big and aim high‟ secure in the knowledge that dreams can become one‟s reality. The concept of investing in self is the overriding aim of Curtis‟s approach. To this end, he has adopted a systematic approach to enablement and empowerment leading to lifelong sustainable change.
