Many events and live shows were cancelled due to safety measures during COVID-19. Luckily, when reality hangs up… creativity calls. Entertainment is brought to the comforts of home through virtual concerts. The sultry sounds from singers such as Erykah Badu and Keith Urban soothes the soul of the savage beast as the melodic sounds blare through speakers of a computer. Use the search engine to explore upcoming online events and get on up and dance! Saving money should be “music” to your ears!
Try something new. Order take out from a different restaurant or local eatery. Enjoy your meal at a park or create a picnic setting. If a meal is not appealing, a coffee or a tea will do the trick. Hanging out with the ones you love and enjoying the sights and sounds of nature is priceless.

The Bottom Line The world is on edge because people are cooped up at home, while most entertainment venues and restaurants remain closed. COVID has forced us to creatively entertain. When “we the people” recover from this crisis, take note of how you can entertain on a budget and work towards rebuilding your financial stability once again.
