HAMBLETON WI

Nine new members came to our October meeting to hear our speaker, Philip Potter give us an insight into the life of being a senior crown prosecutor. Peter held the position since 1992 and was involved with rape and serious sexual offences in the North West. This was an interesting and informative talk. The vote of thanks was given by Joy Mellor. The competition for a court-related item was won by Pat Bick, 2nd Jennifer Dirndl and 3rd Linda Musgrave.
