Intro

The world is changing - and so is the global HR landscape. Automation meets talent gaps and future employees expect more than just old-fashioned incentives and fancy new job titles. The ability to attract, engage, develop and retain the globe’s top talent requires outside-the-box-thinking and realizing trends before they even scratch the surface. “HR MINDS – 2016 International Conference – High Potential Development and Recruiting Talent” provides answers to a wide variety of questions related to Human Resources. We’ll check the pulse of the international HR community, take a look at recent developments in contemporary human resources management and bring together leading HR practitioners and innovators to share their experience and jump-start the discussion. From people analytics to sourcing to social recruiting - from performance management to organizational transition to leadership programmes. Most importantly, this conference is all about you. Take the chance to meet your international peers and engage in interactive sessions with guaranteed hands-on character. While we cover the HR topics that really matter, we are staying true to what recruiters and talent managers around the world have always known: HR at its core is a people’s business, but no two people are alike. Show us your perspective. We look forward to seeing you in Berlin! Karin Helmstaedt Journalist / Presenter
