CC 409 Economy Add value Add value, convenience and safety to food products through cooking. The CC 409 Economy is double sided and continuous conduction cookers suitable for vegetables, seafood and formed or whole muscle meat products without bones marinated or breaded, natural or cooked with or without grill-marks.


Excellent product appearance The solid non-stick conveyor belts do not downgrade your valuable product with embarrassing belt marks. Food products looks like they have been shallow fried with love and dedication in a frying pan at home. At 260oC the Maillard reaction develop the significant taste and appearance we recognize when the surface of food is seared on hot pan.

Labor saving Products will be cooked in continues motion. No extra labor is needed for handling of cooking trays and loading cabinets - the CC 409 Economy cook your product continuously.

Affordable The CC 409 Economy cookers is an inexpensive inline cooking system designed for small to medium scale food productions, catering and food service firms. The plug-and-play design allows the user to install and start the cookers by themselves. The technology is designed to be easy to understand, operate and maintain - even if the kitchen lack skilled technical personnel.

Function The heat is transferred from the top and bottom of the product simultaneously through solid non-stick conveyor belts. The solid non-stick conveyor belts allow cooking of liquid and marinated food products without adhesion.

Flexibility The CC 409 Economy is ideal when several different products shall be cooked in one and the same day because the two solid non-stick belts are the only surfaces coming in contact with the food products, and the surface are always kept clean The non-stick belts in combination with the continuously belt washing system assure an “always clean” cooking zones. The continuously cleaned product zone pave the way for quick product changes with minimal down-time as the CC 409 Economy does not need to be cooled down, washed and again heated each time a different product is cooked

Manual or automatic feeding The CC 409 Economy can be fed by a small forming machine while volumetric filler is helpful when liquid products, like pancakes are cooked.
