DE Direkt an der Gampenstraße gelegen, gibt es den Gfrillerhof als typisches Dorfgasthaus schon seit 1955. Der Familienbetrieb nahe der St. Nikolaus Kirche in Gfrill wird in dritter Generation von Alois Piazzi, seiner Frau Ilse und seinen Söhnen und Köchen Peter und Martin geführt. Die Familie Piazzi kümmert sich herzlich um das Wohl der Gäste. Hier treffen traditionelle Südtiroler Gerichte auf mediterrane Klassiker. Unser Genusstipp: Schupfnudeln mit Käse auf Radicchio und Lauch.

IT Sulla strada verso Passo Palade, il ristorante Gfrillerhof dal 1955 è una tipica trattoria di paese situata nel borgo di Caprile presso Tesimo. Da ormai tre generazioni Alois Piazzi, sua moglie Ilse e i figli e cuochi Peter e Martin si occupano personalmente dei loro ospiti, proponendo piatti della tradizione tirolese e i sapori della cucina me- diterranea. Il consiglio dello chef: stringoli di patate con formaggio su letto di radicchio e porro.

EN Situated along the road to Passo Palade and near the Saint Nicholas church in the small hamlet of Caprile near Tesimo, the Gfrillerhof inn has been run by three generations of the Piazzi family since 1955. Alois Piazzi, his wife Ilse, and their two sons Peter and Martin personally ensure guests’ well-being and spoil them with traditional Tyrolean dishes and modern Mediterranean cuisine. Our culinary suggestion: Potato dumpling fingers with cheese on radicchio and leek.
