DE Seit 1973 führt Familie Feichter nun schon den Gasthof Oberraut bei Bruneck. Regionale Produkte aus Hof, Wald und Wiese prägen die Speisekarte, darunter Wildbret und Käse sowie Rind aus eigener Haltung. Serviert wird in der Stube und auf der Terrasse mit einmali- gem Fernblick auf die umliegende Bergwelt. Unser Genusstipp im Herbst: Gamsmedaillons mit Kürbis und Pfifferlingen.

Nella stube e sulla terrazza si può assaporare una cucina genuina a base di prodotti del maso e del bosco. La selvaggina e i formaggi sono di provenienza locale, le carni di manzo di allevamento proprio. Il consiglio dello chef in autunno: medaglioni di camoscio con zucca e finferli.

EN Eight kilometers from Brunico, the Oberraut restaurant offers unique views of the surrounding mountains from the Tyrolean lounge and the terrace. Run by the Feichter family since 1973, the restaurant is known for its down-to-earth style, with products from the surrounding farm, woods and meadows featured on the menu. Game and cheese come from nearby surroundings, whereas beef is from the Feichter’s own farm. Our culinary suggestion in autumn: Chamois medallions with pumpkin and chanterelles.
