DE Nördlich von Sterzing, im kleinen Weiler Ried, liegt mitten im Grünen der Gasthof Schaurhof. Familie Steurer führt ihn bereits in der dritten Generation und serviert in der 100 Jahre alten Gaststube oder auf der sonnigen Terrasse klassische Südtiroler Gerichte mit frischen Kräutern und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Unser Genusstipp im Sommer: Bandnudeln mit frischen Pfifferlingen.

IT Conosciuto fino a qualche tempo fa come albergo Novale, lo Schaurhof vanta una posizione privilegiata immersa nel verde della piccola frazione di Novale a nord di Vipiteno. Ad accogliere gli ospiti nell’antica stube o in terrazza è la famiglia Steurer che da tre generazioni tramanda le antiche ricette locali con i tesori del proprio orto. Il consiglio dello chef in estate: tagliatelle con finferli freschi.

EN The Schaurhof restaurant, previously known as the Ried restau- rant, is situated in the middle of idyllic, lush meadows in the hamlet of Novale to the north of Vipiteno. The Steurer family has run the place for three generations and serves traditional dishes with fresh herbs and vegetables from their own garden in the 100-year-old Tyrolean lounge or on the sun terrace. Our culinary suggestion in summer: Tagliatelle with fresh chanterelles.
