Im einstigen Bergbau- ernhof werden in urigen Zirmstuben traditionelle Schnalser Gerichte mit modernen Einflüssen serviert. Der Chef des Hauses empfiehlt als Sommelier gerne einen der über 400 angebotenen Weine, während Chefin Elisabeth und Sohn Benjamin Kurioses zu den lokal verwen- deten Produkten erzählen. IT Gestito dalla famiglia Raffeiner da quattro generazioni, l’antico maso – risalente al 1581 – accoglie i propri ospiti in un ambiente tradizionale. L’offerta culinaria vede piatti tipici della Val Senales spesso rivisitati in chiave moderna e accompagnati da oltre 400 vini selezionati. Gli aneddoti sui prodotti locali utilizzati in cucina, raccontati dalla padrona Elisabeth e da suo figlio Benjamin, arricchi- scono l’offerta. EN The former mountain farm, which was first mentioned in 1581, is today run by the fourth generation of the Raffeiner family. Traditional dishes and local products from Val Senales Valley are combined with modern flavours. The innkeeper is also a keen sommelier and offers guests more than 400 different varietals of wine, while his wife Elisabeth and son Benjamin are happy to share information concerning the local products used in the kitchen. Our culinary suggestion: Schnalser pasta with lamb ragout from our breeding.
