DE Seit 100 Jahren bewirtet Familie Patauner nun schon Gäste in dem 1664 erbauten „Vogelmeierhof“ in Siebeneich, der heute un- ter Ensembleschutz steht. In der gutbürgerlichen, kreativ verfeinerten Tiroler Küche geben regionale und saisonale Produkte, vom Terlaner Spargel im Frühling bis zum Wildbret im Herbst, den Ton an. Unser Genusstipp im Herbst: Fleischkrapfl vom Glaninger Hirschen mit Selleriepüree und Wirsing.

IT Risalente al 1664 e anticamente chiamato “Vogelmeierhof”, lo sto- rico ristorante del centro di Settequerce oggi è posto sotto tutela degli insiemi. Da circa 100 anni la famiglia Patauner propone i piatti della tradizione tirolese affinati con prodotti di stagione come gli asparagi e la selvaggina e antiche varietà di verdura come il navone. Il consiglio dello chef in autunno: polpetta di cervo di Cologna con purè di sedano e verza.
EN The “Vogelmeierhof”, as the Patauner restaurant is known locally, was built at the centre of Settequerce in 1664 and is today part of a group of preserved buildings. The Patauner family has maintained the character of the house for about 100 years. Fresh, local heirloom vegetables and asparagus from Terlano in spring and local game in autumn are used in creatively refined, simple Tyrolean cuisine. Our culinary suggestion in autumn: Meatball of local venision with celery root puree and Savoy cabbage.
