Seit drei Generationen fest in Frauenhand, kümmern sich die Männer der Familie Oberkofler um Feld und Tier. So besticht der Gasthof durch die gelebte Ver- bindung von Gastronomie und Landwirtschaft. IT Dall’altipiano di San Genesio, la Locanda al Cervo offre una vista spettacolare su Bolzano e le Dolomiti. Gestita da tre generazioni dal- le donne della famiglia Oberkofler, la locanda unisce con successo gastronomia e agricoltura. Fiore all’occhiello del menù sono i prodotti caserecci come la carne di puledro, vitello, bue e manzo. Il consiglio dello chef in inverno: risotto al Lagrein e salame di puledro.

EN The Zum Hirschen restaurant in San Genesio offers marvellous views of nearby Bolzano and the Dolomites. It is run by the third generation of the Oberkofler family, with the women mainly tending the restaurant, while the men do agricultural work. The restaurant’s vivid combination of gastronomy and agriculture features seasonal products cultivated on-site and from their own livestock. Our culinary suggestion in winter: Risotto with Lagrein and foal sausages.
