DE Das historische Wirtshaus Vögele im Herzen der Bozner Altstadt ist seit 1871 im Besitz von Familie Kamaun und wird seit 1993 von Familie Alber geführt. Saisonale Produkte vom Bauernmarkt und von lokalen Erzeugern werden hier nach überlieferten Familienrezepten zubereitet und in geschichtsträchtigen Räumen wie der holzgetäfelten Goethestube serviert. IT Di proprietà della famiglia Kamaun dal 1871 e gestito dalla famiglia Alber dal 1993, il ristorante Vögele sorge nel centro storico di Bolzano. La stube arredata in legno e intitolata a Goethe è or- mai un’istituzione in cui assaporare i prodotti stagionali del mercato contadino e quelli dei produttori locali preparati secondo ricette tra- dizionali. Il consiglio dello chef in autunno: guanciale di manzo con polenta.

EN The Vögele restaurant in the heart of Bolzano’s old town has been owned by the Kamaun family since 1871 and run by the Alber family since 1993. People still meet in the wood-panelled Goethe lounge for a daily chat at the oldest regulars’ table in South Tyrol. Seasonal products from the farmer’s market and local producers are prepared according to old family recipes and served in historical rooms. Our culinary suggestion in autumn: Beef cheeks with polenta.
