DE Der von Familie Sader geführte „Turmwirt“ im historischen Dorf- kern von Kastelruth wird 1511 erstmals urkundlich als Sitz des Landesgerichts erwähnt. Heute laden ein gemütliches Ambiente und eine gutbürgerlicher Küche zum Verweilen ein. Der „Turmwirt“ ist ein beliebter Treffpunkt für Einheimische und Gäste, wo die Dorfkultur gepflegt wird. Unser Genusstipp im Herbst: Gamsrücken mit Buch- weizen-Kastanien-Zwetschgenriebler und Blaukraut.

Un tempo sede del tribunale, oggi il risto- rante Alla Torre della famiglia Sader è caratterizzato da un ambiente accogliente in cui assaporare l’ottima cucina casalinga. Inoltre è un apprezzato punto d’incontro per locali e turisti in cui scoprire la cultura del paese. Il consiglio dello chef in autunno: lombata di camoscio con cappuccio rosso e “Riebler” di grano saraceno, castagne e prugne.

EN The Zum Turm restaurant in the historic centre of Castelrotto was first mentioned in history books in 1511, when the first floor was the seat of the regional court, where life-or-death cases might be decided. Today, a cosy ambience and good, simple cooking attract visitors. Now run by the Sader family, Zum Turm remains a popu- lar place for socializing for both locals and guests.
