DE Inmitten von Wiesen und Wäldern liegt der Ansitz Fonte- klaus auf einer Aussichtsterrasse hoch über Klausen. Der Über- lieferung nach kann man von hier aus 77 Kirchtürme sehen. Im 14. Jh. erstmals urkundlich erwähnt, wird der Ansitz seit 1979 von Familie Gfader als Gasthof geführt. Die Küche besticht durch die Verwendung saisonaler und regionaler Produkte. Unser Genusstipp im Herbst: Schwarzplentener Zwetschgenriebler mit Zwetschgen- kompott.

IT Risalente al XIV secolo, la tenuta Fonteklaus sorge sopra Chiusa immersa tra prati e boschi. Secondo la leggenda, da queste alture si possono scorgere 77 campanili. Gestita dalla famiglia Gfader dal 1979 la tradizionale trattoria conquista i suoi ospiti con un’atmosfe- ra unica, una cucina a base di prodotti di stagione preferibilmente locali. Il consiglio dello chef in autunno: “Riebler” di grano sara- ceno alle prugne con composta di prugne.

EN The Fonteklaus residence is located on a marvellous panoramic terrace high above Chiusa, surrounded by meadows and forests. It has been said that 77 steeples are visible from here. The residence was first mentioned in a document in the 14 th century and has been run as a traditional restaurant by the Gfader family since 1979. The furniture is as regional as the menu, which is based on seasonal and local products. Our culinary suggestion in autumn: Buckwheat plum-“Riebler” with plum compote.
