DE Der historische Kircherhof liegt direkt auf dem Dorfplatz in Al- beins. Er wird nun von der Familie Noflatscher in der vierten Genera- tion geführt. Der Hof selber lässt sich auf das 16. Jahrhundert zurückdatieren, 2003 kam dann der Gasthof mit den Ferienwohnungen dazu. Die Zutaten für die Gerichte kommen aus dem eigenen Garten und von den eigenen Feldern. Unser Genusstipp im Herbst: Suppe vom hofeigenen Kürbis mit hausgemachten Spinattirtln.

IT Lo storico albergo Kircherhof si trova nella piazza principale di Albes. Gestita dalla quarta generazione della famiglia Noflatscher, il maso risale al XVI secolo. Nel 2003 è stata inaugurato l’albergo con appartamenti per le ferie. In cucina si usano i prodotti dell’orto e dei campi del maso. Il consiglio dello chef in autunno: crema di zucca del maso con tirtln fatti in casa con ripieno di spinaci.

EN The Kircherhof is situated at the village square of Albes and is run in its fourth generation by the Noflatscher family. The farm itself goes back to the 16 th century. In 2003 the inn was opened and the holiday apartments were added. The kitchen uses produce from the farm’s garden and fields. Our culinary suggestion for the autumn: Soup made from our pumpkins with homemade Spinattirtln (spin- ach dumplings).
