We can’t wait to get you back to Easter Road Stadium to cheer on Jack Ross and the team. In the meantime, we’re doing everything that we can to ensure you’re still as close to the action as you can be. Please see below a list of FAQs realting to HIBS TV. If you have any further questions please email the dedicated support team at Stream Digital via hibstv@streamdigital.tv. “Will my log-in details stay the same for every match?” Yes, your details will remain the same throughout the season and cannot be changed, so make sure you keep them safe and private. “Can I share my log-in details?” No, please do not share your log-in details. Like a normal season ticket, it’s non-transferable. Passing it on to other could impact on your own ability to see the games. “We have more than one season ticket holder under the one roof. Will we all get individual log-ins?” Yes, individual log-ins will be issued to each season ticket holder, with your own individual reference. “Can I access the live broadcast on more than one device at the same time?” No, you can’t watch on more than one device at a time. If you sign into
an additional device while logged in on another, you will automatically be logged out of the first device. Likewise, if you share your details and someone tries to login at the same time as you, it will end your live broadcast. “What devices will this work on?” Desktop computers and laptops with an up to date browser and JavaScript enabled. Safari, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Firefox are recommended although other browsers may work but are unsupported. For Apple iPads and iPhones, you must have iOS 11.3 or higher installed and you must use Safari to watch the game on Apple devices. The coverage will also work on most modern and up to date Android devices, including tablets, smartphones and most Smart TVs. “Can I watch it as a TV channel?” No, our coverage is not available through Freeview, cable or satellite TV channel in the UK or any other country. “Can I screenshare the game to my Smart TV?” Yes, you should be able to screenshare to compatible Smart TVs using an app such as Chromecast or Apple Airplay. “I cannot see anything on my Smart TV?” Most TV manufacturers develop their own browsers and a number may not compatible with mpeg dash, which is used for live streaming. It may be that

your TV is not compatible. If you have a laptop, you could connect this to your TV via an HDMI cable. “I can’t get the contact box or log-in box off the screen on my Smart TV?” Please make the screen full size and the pop up will disappear. If this does not work, please log-in at half screen and then click on full screen.
“I’m getting ‘Invalid Credentials’ when I log-in. Why?” Please enter the details manually as a copy and paste may add a space which will give Invalid Credentials. “I’m getting an error code. What do I do next?”
We do not support gaming consoles, including X-Boxes and Playstations.
Please clear your cache and cookies and log-in again. The video player may not have loaded correctly. If this does not resolve the issue, you may need to change to another browser.
“Does the strength of my internet connection make a difference?”
“Can I use a VPN to stream the broadcast?”
The quality of the live broadcast stream will be dependent on the bandwidth and speed of your internet connection. For the best possible experience we recommend using an internet speed of at least 5Mbps (please check with your internet provider). It can help to close other tabs, browsers, and programs while streaming your content. It may also help to hardwire your internet connection, instead of using a wireless network connection.
No. Please ensure that you are not using a Virtual Private Network or proxies as this can cause the Live Broadcast stream to not function. Due to restrictions placed on the club by the relevant rights holders, your access is geo-blocked and only accessible work within the UK and Ireland. If you live outside of the UK & Ireland the best way to watch the games is to subscribe to the Hibs TV international package.
“How can I make sure I’m set up for streaming?”
“When does your programme start?”
Some corporate networks, firewalls and ad-blocking software may prevent the live broadcast from displaying. Please check with your network administrator. Disable any ad-blocking software and you may need to configure your antivirus software. You must be using a browser that has JavaScript enabled (most have this as a default).
Our pre-match show, hosted by experienced broadcaster David Tanner, starts half an hour before kick-off and we’d ask you to log in as early as you can to reduce the risk of overwhelming the server.
“I cannot get my casting to work?”
The best and quickest way to have any question answered is to email hibstv@streamdigital.tv, which takes you straight to the support team at our Hibs TV technical partner, Stream Digital. Any questions asked via our social media channels will be directed there so, to save time, it’s best to go to the address above.
“What devices are not supported?”
Are you casting via the same network or are you using 4G on one device and WIFI on the other? If so, you need to be on the same network. Please also check that you have the casting sign on your device. If you do not have this then you will not be able to cast to the other device.

t’s been a busy few months for you – on and off the pitch? Yeah, it certainly has. As well as starting with Hibernian, my partner and I had twin boys just before lockdown started, and they were a
wee bit premature, so that took us to three in total and has kept us very occupied. And now we’re moving house to be nearer to the stadium, from near Falkirk. We’ve not absolutely picked where we’re going to stay, but it is just a terrific city
and my partner quite likes the idea of city life, right in the centre. So how has your first season at Hibernian gone so far? You must have been delighted with the start to the season? I like to think I’m a team player so of course, I’m very happy that we’ve made a good, solid start to the season in the league and league cup. From my own point of view I honestly think it’s been a bit of a mixed bag, and that’s disappointing for me because I’ve always prided myself on my consistency of performance. Your injury, the thigh strain, put you out just when things were settling though? No, I’m not one for excuses. I think it’s been a mixed bag and I know I can perform at a much better, more consistent level. Maybe it’s just taking a bit more time to settle than I’d like but I’ll just have to work through it. How have you found the Club? Really good, I’ve honestly loved every moment. I came from a really good dressing room at St Johnstone, and I asked around before I agreed to move, and what I heard is certainly true – it’s a very good atmosphere and a great bunch of lads who all get on. Everyone at the Club has been great with me, from the gaffer, the medical team, the players – everyone. How about working with the Gaffer and John Potter, have you enjoyed that? Definitely. I spoke with the Gaffer before I signed and you could tell he was a good manager and a top coach. He’s been good to work for, and Potts is just terrific around the place as well as a very good coach. They are absolutely honest and fair as well as being very supportive. They work 10

with the players, setting targets and goals, and keeping things as fresh as possible. It’s been good. It must have been a strange introduction to Hibernian – a first season behind closed doors with no fans in? Yeah, it may have affected me more than some other players, everyone has adapted differently to the situation. But I definitely always felt I played better in big games in front of big crowds and that was definitely one of the things that attracted me to Hibs and Easter Road. Not having the fans in has been a real miss. I talked about not being consistent enough, and when you’re playing and feel you could do more it certainly helps when there are 15,000 people willing you on! But we’re all in the same boat and we are getting on with it. We’d just all like to have the fans back in as soon as it’s safe. You’re facing your old club in this game, how do you deal with that? We’ve all got a job to do. The first game against them this season was the first time I’d ever played against a former team, and I did find it a bit strange for a while. I keep in touch with quite a few of the lads from up there, so it was odd to be on the other side from them – but we did get a late, late penalty and managed to win the game so that was okay! What can we expect from them for the game at Easter Road? As always, they will be a really difficult opponent. They are always a tight unit, well drilled, and they know how to defend very well. They have good players, and they rarely lose by more than the odd goal. It will be tough, but if we play well then hopefully we will secure another three points. HIBERNIANFC.CO.UK 12

THE OPPOSITION
ST. JOHNSTONE
Today we welcome St Johnstone to Easter Road for our second encounter with the Perth Saints, the first league meeting between the teams ending with a last gasp win for the Hibees in Perth. Always difficult opponents, we can expect another hard-fought encounter today.
M A NAGER
CALLUM DAVIDSON After a slow-ish start under new gaffer Callum Davidson, St Johnstone have started to find their feet and their form under the former Scotland international full back. He always faced a tough task in taking over from the Perth club’s most successful manager in Tommy Wright, but the former Saints player and coach has served a full apprenticeship and has taken well to life at the helm.
C AP TA IN
JASON KERR Jason Kerr is a Scotland under 21 international centre half who has been a regular fixture in the St Johnstone team for 18 months. He was made captain this season, and manager Callum Davidson has spoken highly of his leadership qualities. He can count on experienced players to back him, including vice captain and former Hibee Liam Craig.
K E Y PL AY ER
STEVIE MAY Striker Stevie May has enjoyed his best form in the blue of St Johnstone, and he will be hoping to keep that going this season after returning to Perth from spells down south and in Aberdeen. Already capped once by Scotland, and with the Euros now on the horizon, he will be hoping to add to his tally of goals to force his way into international contention. Supported up top by Michael O’Halloran with the crafty prompting of former Hibs player David Wotherspoon, the Saints have attacking threat.

A late penalty converted by Stevie Mallan in injury time secured the three points for Hibernian at a difficult venue. In a tough encounter, possession and shots were broadly level, but Hibernian were more accurate with their efforts on goal and their passing accuracy and that, ultimately, was the key factor.
