Each year, millions of people travel globally to attend meetings, conventions and special events. It is therefore a necessity for people within the travel and tourism industry to be culturally aware if they want to maintain relevance and stay competitive. Connecting with your customers is no longer a luxury it’s a necessity. When you understand customer’s needs and preferences you can more effectively support your company’s efforts to delight customers and win their loyalty – which translates into greater profits for your firm. IAHMP founded the Certified Diversity Meeting Professional designation to meet the needs of industry professionals who work and do business with people all over the world. Becoming culturally aware means understanding your customer based on a specific knowledge of a person’s country of origin, cultural nuances and among other traits such as gender, educational level, etc.
Certified Diversity Meeting Professional Designation
In today’s global market economy, meeting planners across the board are finding it challenging to create a meeting environment that supports and promotes the inclusion of diversity. As attendance to annual events diversifies, so does the role of the meeting planner. Gender, religious practices, language barriers and cultural awareness are all issues that must be identified to ensure that attendees get the maximum benefit of attending business meetings and educational programs at various conferences and special events. IAHMP supports the old axiom “Knowledge is Power” and wants to put in the hands of meeting professionals on both sides of the table the knowledge that will better prepare them for the future.
Certification Program: The International Association of Hispanic Meeting Professionals (IAHMP) has developed and implemented a Certification Program for its members and industry professionals to enhance their skills in the market place. In partnership with Academic and Industry Professionals, IAHMP has successfully introduced the Certified Diversity Meeting Professional (CDMP) program, which is the first program of its type in the Meetings & Hospitality industry. Materials for the program include a Study Guide and the CDMP Testing Program. Upon completion of the CDMP individuals will be able to enhance their professional skills to work with diverse publics.
The CDMP Program will: The CDMP program will increase intercultural understanding, interaction and communication and further the appreciation and understanding of Mexican/Hispanic Americans, African Americans, Native Americans, Asian Americans and other cultures in the Western Hemisphere. The CDMP program will provide a bridge for collaborative and cooperative exchanges among the diverse groups in the industry. The CDMP program will facilitate an understanding of Hispanic Americans, African Americans, Native Americans, Asian Americans and other groups in the Western Hemisphere and create opportunities to work together in professional relationships. The CDMP program will act as a catalyst for intercultural development in the meetings & hospitality industry. The CDMP program will develop a network for future intercultural and professional development activities through the IAHMP annual conference.

According to a 2012 Nielsen report, “Hispanics are the fastest growing ethnic segment expected to grow 167 percent from 2010 to 2050, compared to 42 percent for the total population.” In the new Nielsen report, ‘State of the Hispanic Consumer: The Hispanic Market Imperative, if the present U.S. economy substantially benefits from Hispanics, the future U.S. economy will depend on Hispanics by virtue of demographic change and the social and cultural shifts expected to accompany their continued growth.”
With over 52 million Americans of Hispanic/Latino descent it is projected that by 2050 that number will reach 133 million, meaning that nearly one in three Americans will be Hispanic. A full 50% of U.S. population growth over the past decade has come from this group, whose annual spending power is already over $1 trillion and will climb to $1.5 trillion by 2015. If Hispanic Americans were a nation they would rank as the 12th largest economy in the world. In terms of population, U.S. Hispanics would be the 24th largest nation in the world after Italy – larger than Spain and more than twice the size of Australia. While these numbers are staggering, the fact that U.S. Hispanics represent more than half (56%) of net population growth from 2000 to 2010 and are projected to contribute 100 percent of the population growth between the ages of 18-49 is game changing as reported in Nielsen Media Research.
In the travel, meetings and hospitality industry Hispanics bring skills that benefit their employers yet many are not represented among the executive ranks of the Visitor & Convention Bureaus nor the hotel industry or any other aspect of the industry. Most Latinos bring language skills and multicultural skills which are much needed in the global marketplace. It has become increasingly important to challenge commonly held misconceptions about the Latino market that undermine the importance of its size, uniqueness, and value: - Latinos are not a passing niche on the

sidelines but an important component to business success - Even if immigration is completely halted, Latino growth will persist making it the youngest population group in the U.S.,
- Despite perceptions to the contrary, Latinos have amassed significant buying power
- Hispanics are the largest group to exhibit significant culture sustainability and are not disappearing into the American melting pot as many contend. This is due in part to the proximity of Spanish speaking nations in the Western Hemisphere
- Among Hispanics, technology and media use do not mirror the general market but have distinct patterns due to language, culture, and ownership dynamics.
Travel Note: U.S. Hispanics represent more than US$56 billion in leisure travel annually according to the National Tour Association.

H
ilton Worldwide, in partnership with Points of Light, and Taproot Foundation, has introduced Hospitality + Service, a first-of-its kind initiative based on Hilton Worldwide's leading brand culture and service training programs. Hospitality + Service workshops and leadership trainings will equip nonprofit organizations with the tools, skills and knowledge to build enduring cultures of hospitality and client service and align this new culture with organizational mission, vision and values. Hospitality + Service was previewed with nonprofits and the social sector at a workshop at this year's Points of Light Conference on Volunteering and Service. Feedback from workshop participants will enable Hilton Worldwide, Points of Light and Taproot Foundation to refine program elements and curriculum to best meet nonprofit needs. The national program launch is expected in fall 2013. "At Hilton Worldwide, we are guided by the vision of our founder, Conrad N. Hilton, to 'fill the earth with the light and warmth of hospitality,'" said Jennifer Silberman, Vice President, Global Corporate Responsibility, Hilton Worldwide. "It is this vision that guides our company's commitment to genuine, personalized
attention to our guests. Exceptional guest service is key to our continued success as a hospitality company, and we believe that nonprofits can realize a similar benefit." Added Silberman, "At the heart of this program is our desire to leverage our expertise as a global hospitality leader to strengthen the communities where our Team Members live, work and travel." Hospitality + Service is intended for all types of nonprofit organizations, particularly those that are focused on providing service directly to clients such as soup kitchens, shelters, job skills training centers, health clinics and community centers. "I am thrilled to see the new reservoir of talent and skills that businesses like Hilton Worldwide are bringing to nonprofits across the globe," said Michelle Nunn, CEO at Points of Light. "By offering nonprofits training in how to best serve their clients, Hilton is sharing what it knows best. That's a real gift for the nonprofit sector and a model for corporate philanthropy." "We know that nonprofits face many of the same challenges as forprofit business-
es," explained Aaron Hurst, President and
Founder of the Taproot Foundation.
"Leading corporations have proven that
exceptional customer service can enhance
customer loyalty, staff morale, opera-
tional efficiency, program delivery and marketing. We are convinced that it has
the power to transform nonprofits in a
similar way."
The Hospitality + Service curriculum
is organized into seven modules and
includes three key elements in each mod-
ule: a Trainer Guide, a PowerPoint pres-
entation to guide each lesson, and com-
plementary handout materials for partici-

austin CVB’s #Trueaustin Program The best way to visit Austin like a true Austinite is to take a few tips from the people who know the city best!
T
ravelers to Austin have a digital tool at their disposal, the #TrueAustin Program. In 2012, the Austin Convention and Visitors Bureau (Austin CVB) launched #TrueAustin, an innovative, interactive program where visitors can ask local experts questions about Austin and receive answers in a timely fashion.
If visitors are wondering where to go see the best of Austin’s live music, where to shop, or the hottest dining spots – they can count on experts for an insider’s point of view. The Austin CVB recruited local bloggers and social media “experts” in the following areas:
The Emma S. Barrientos Mexican American Cultural Center
• Formula 1/Motorsports/COTA • Live Music • Dining • Shopping/Lifestyle • Family Fun • Events • Relocation
Visitors can easily contact local “experts” by tagging questions with #TrueAustin on Twitter, posting an inquiry on its Facebook page at Visit Austin, Texas, or emailing trueaustin@austintexas.org.
La Condesa - Modern Mexican
An extension of the Bureau’s campaign “What You Hear is True,” #TrueAustin plays off the idea that visitors want to hear from locals on their Austin experiences.
“As a technologically savvy city and one that leads the way in social media, it made sense to develop an interactive and social platform for travelers,” said Bob Lander, president & CEO of the Austin CVB. “#TrueAustin not only answers visitor questions, but also provides them with an inside perspective on the best of Austin.”

Celebrating 500 Years of Hispanic Heritage in America
D 1513
uring Hispanic Heritage month the Hispanic community in the United States has the opportunity to celebrate its heritage with each other, the rest of the country and the world. This year marks an incredible milestone as the quincentennial anniversary of the beginning of our heritage in America when our Spanish ancestors landed in Florida. Since that moment 500 years ago our Hispanic heritage has helped weave the face of the nation that would become the greatest country on earth and we proudly dis- 1613 play a glimpse of our history in the first of a two part series.
1513 - Juan Ponce de León lands on the shores of Florida, exploring most of the coastal regions and some of the interior.
1519 - Alonso Alvarez de Pineda claims Texas for Spain.
1520s - Continuing their maritime adventures, the Spanish explorers cruise along the northern Statue of Ponce de Leon stands shore of the Gulf of tall in St. Augustine, Florida Mexico, seeing Alabama, Mississippi, and Texas, and also sailing up the Atlantic coast to the Carolinas.
1539 - Hernando de Soto begins exploring the present-day U.S. Southeast
1542 - Juan Rodríguez de Cabrillo, a Portuguese sailor commissioned by the viceroy to sail north of Mexico's west coast, enters what he describes as an excellent port-present-day San Diego, California.
1564 - Spanish missionaries introduce grapes to California.
1565 - Saint Augustine, Florida, the earliest settlement in North America, is founded.
1590 - Juan de Fuca navigates his ships to the northern coast of the current state of Washington.
1610 - Santa Fe, New Mexico is founded. 10 HM&T | Hispanic Meetings & Travel
1613 - 1713
1690 - The first permanent Spanish settlement in Texas, San Francisco de los Tejas, near the Nueces River, is established.
Mission San Xavier del Bac as it appeared in 2003
1691 - Jesuit missionary Eusebio Kino makes the first inroads into Arizona. By 1700, Kino establishes a mission at San Xavier del Bac, near present-day Tucson; he later establishes other missions in Arizona: Nuestra Señora de los Dolores, Santa Gertrudis de Saric, San José de Imuris, Nuestra Señora de los Remedios, and San Cayetano de Tumacácori. 1693 - The Spanish Crown orders the abandonment of its new province, Texas, because of fear of Indian uprisings.
Concerns about possible French encroachment prompt the Spaniards to reoccupy Texas in 1716 by establishing a series of missions, serving to both ward off the French and convert the natives to Catholicism. Of these missions, San Antonio, founded in 1718, is the most important and most prosperous.
1713 - 1813
1813 - 1913
1760 - Captain Blas Maria de la Garza Falcón obtains a grant to 975,000 acres of land in Texas. In time, this ranch will become the King Ranch, the largest cattle ranch in the United States. In the peace treaty after the Seven Years' War (1756-1763), France cedes claims to American holdings. France gives Louisiana and its lands west of the Mississippi to Spain to keep them out of British hands. Overnight, New Spain's territory expands dramatically.
1836 - Anglo-Texans resist the military rule of Antonio López de Santa Anna, dictator of Mexico. Santa Anna leads a large army north to San Antonio, Texas, and surrounds the Texans at the Alamo mission. Eventually the Mexican army kills all the resisters. Six weeks later Anglo-Texan forces defeat the Mexican forces and declare the Republic of Texas independent of Mexico.
1713 - The first free black community was established at Fort Mose in Spanish Florida.
1766 - The presidio of San Francisco is founded, becoming Spain's northernmost frontier outpost.
San Diego de Alcalá Mission was established July 16, 1769 by Father Junipero Serra
1769 - Franciscan missionary Junípero de Serra establishes the first mission of Alta California in what would become San Diego. Serra eventually founded ten missions. 1774 - Pedro de Garcés, a Spanish Franciscan missionary, founds the first overland route to California.
1790s-1820s - Hispanic settlements begin to thrive in Pimería Alta (California). At one point as many as 1,000 Hispanics live in the Santa Cruz Valley.
1823 - Fray Junípero de Serra's death does not stop missionary activity in California. His fellow Franciscans establish another 12 missions.
1846 - The United States invades Mexico under the banner of Manifest Destiny. The Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo ends the Mexican War that same year. Under the treaty, half the land area of Mexico, including Texas, California, most of Arizona and New Mexico, and parts of Colorado, Utah, and Nevada, is ceded to the United States. 1859 - Cigar factories are built in Florida, Louisiana, and New York to make genuine Cuban cigars. Many workingclass Cubans follow the industry to jobs in the United States.
1868 - The Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution is adopted, declaring all people of Hispanic origin born in the United States to be U.S. citizens.
1880s - Mexican immigration to the United States is stimulated by the advent of the railroad.
1894 - The Alianza Hispano Americana is founded in Tucson, Arizona, and quickly spreads throughout the Southwest. www.hispanicmeetingstravel.com | HM&T 11

Presidential Proclamation - National Hispanic Heritage Month, 2013 BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
A PROCLAMATION
From the earliest days of our Republic, Hispanic Americans have written crucial chapters in our national story. Hispanics have honorably defended our country in war and built prosperity during times of peace. They run successful businesses, teach our next generation of leaders, and pioneer scientific and technological breakthroughs. This month, America acknowledges these vital contributions and celebrates our Hispanic heritage. Hispanic Americans represent an array of distinct and vibrant cultures, each of which enriches communities in valuable ways. Just as America embraces a rich blend of backgrounds, those who journey to our shores embrace America. Sharing the dream of equality and boundless opportunity, many Hispanics have marched for social justice and helped advance America's journey toward a more perfect Union. Last year, I was proud to establish the César E. Chávez National Monument in honor of an American hero, a man who reminded us that every life has value, that together, those who recognize their common humanity have the power to shape a better world. As César Chávez's example teaches us, we must never scale back our dreams. My Administration remains committed to building a rising, thriving middle class, a middle class accessible to the Hispanic community and to all Americans. As we continue to implement the Affordable Care Act, more than 10 million uninsured Latinos will gain access to coverage. To reduce health disparities, my Administration will work to educate, engage, and enroll Hispanic Americans in the Health Insurance Marketplace. Last year, we lifted the shadow of deportation off young people who are American in every way but on paper. Today, I am as determined as ever to pass commonsense immigration reform -- reform that helps American workers get a fairer deal, adds more than one trillion dollars to our economy, and provides a pathway to earned citizenship. A bipartisan bill consistent with these principles has already passed the Senate, and a growing coalition of Republicans and Democrats is calling for action. Whether our ancestors crossed the Atlantic in 1790 or the Rio Grande in 1970, Americans are bound by a set of common values -- a love of liberty and justice, the belief that a better life should await anyone willing to work for it. As we celebrate the unique influences of Hispanic cultures during National Hispanic Heritage Month, let us also rededicate ourselves to realizing our shared aspirations. To honor the achievements of Hispanics in America, the Congress by Public Law 100-402, as amended, has authorized and requested the President to issue annually a proclamation designating September 15 through October 15 as "National Hispanic Heritage Month." NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim September 15 through October 15, 2013, as National Hispanic Heritage Month. I call upon public officials, educators, librarians, and all Americans to observe this month with appropriate ceremonies, activities, and programs. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this thirteenth day of September, in the year of our Lord two thousand thirteen, and of the Independence of the United States of America the two hundred and thirty-eighth.

Latino Success Stories to Inspire New York City Youth ispanics Inspiring Students' Performance and Achievement (HISPA) launched its New York City program during Hispanic Heritage Month. The "kick-off" theme was "More Stories: A Greater Contribution to America's Future." HISPA highlighted achievements and recruited volunteers to serve as role models for students to pursue higher education. The program offers a valuable networking experience for professionals from academia, government, business and non-profit sectors.
"We are excited to extend our program to New York City," says Dr. Ivonne Diaz-Claisse, President of HISPA. "Our goal is to recruit 250 role models to hit the ground running and build the program over the coming years. This is an excellent opportunity for Latino professionals to come together and contribute to the academic success and careers of our youth."
HISPA has hosted a series of talks in New York City at various corporations including: AT&T, The College Board, ESPN, IPG, JPMorgan, O&M, Verizon, and VIACOM, sharing the urgent, critical need for more Latino professional role models for youth in NYC where 40% of public schools students are Latino.
Joseph Baide, Practice Lead, Ogilvy ROJO and Executive Group Director, O&M North America, was the keynote speaker. "HISPA's mission of mobilizing Latino role models is particularly close to my heart and I am honored to be involved," said Baide. "I am excited to participate at the HISPA initiative and share my personal experience as a first-generation Honduran-American." In addition, Carlos Ojeda, Jr., CEO of CoolSpeak, trained volunteers and gave an inspirational presentation titled "Know your Role, Model the Change." Ojeda, a nationally recognized motivational speaker, has addressed tens of thousands of students and young professionals across the country.
O&M's Hispanic Employee Resource Group, LatinRed, co-hosted the event. Many of its members are already enlisted as HISPA Role Models in the tri-state area as the program gets underway. "We are honored to partner with Ogilvy LatinRed to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and to launch HISPA New York City," says Diaz-Claisse. "Together we are inviting private and public sector professionals to become HISPA Role Models to make sure our Latino youth can witness first hand and be motivated by suc18 HM&T | Hispanic Meetings & Travel
cess stories."
HISPA is a national non-profit organization dedicated to contributing to America's future by inspiring Latino students' academic performance and achievement. HISPA mobilizes Latino professionals to serve as active role models by placing them in classrooms close to where they live and work. The role models share their stories with emphasis in overcoming obstacles, setting goals and showcasing their educational and professional achievements. Most of the role models to date are in STEM fields: Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. HISPA annual partners include ETS and Southwest Airlines. In addition, ESPN is a "Transform" Sponsor of the HISPA Role Model Program in New York City.
To date, more than 800 professional leaders have become volunteers through HISPA's year-round Role Model Program since its inception in 2008. HISPA Role Models have visited 25 schools in New Jersey and Texas. In addition, HISPA has presented its operation model at conferences in Chicago, Washington, DC, Miami and other cities.
In 2012-2013, approximately 150 volunteers shared their stories with 1,000 students during recurring visits to 16 schools and during the HISPA 2013 Youth Conference at the University of Texas in San Antonio in March and Princeton University in June. Hispanic Meeting Professionals Celebrate 18th Conference During National Hispanic Heritage Month
T
he International Association of Hispanic Meeting Professionals is commencing its 18th Annual International Conference and Trade Show during National Hispanic Heritage Month, September 15 to October 15, which is an appropriate time for our group. Why you might ask does Hispanic Heritage Month start in the middle of September? Well, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Mexico, Chile, and Belize all celebrate their independence during the week of September 15th.
Latinos in the U.S. stay connected and are proud of their countries of origins and they are already bi-cultural and international. They come from 24 countries and have the language and multicultural skills to help America usher in the new global economy of the 21st Century. In signing a proclamation on Hispanic Heritage Month, President Barack Obama stated “From the earliest days of our Republic, Hispanic Americans have been part of our national story. Hispanics have honorably defended our country in war and built pros20 HM&T | Hispanic Meetings & Travel
perity during times of peace. They run successful businesses teach our next generation of leaders, and pioneer scientific and technological breakthroughs…Sharing the dream of equality and boundless opportunity, many Hispanics have marched for social justice and helped advance America's journey toward a more perfect Union.” The president went on to say, “Whether our ancestors crossed the Atlantic in the 1700’s or the Rio Grande in 1970, Americans are bound by a set of common values -- a love of liberty and justice, the belief that a better life should await anyone willing to work for it… This month, America acknowledges these vital contributions and celebrates our Hispanic heritage.” The Hispanic Meeting Professionals value and appreciate everyone who took precious time to join us in St. Augustine, Florida as we celebrate our 18th Conference during this very special time “Hispanic Heritage Month” in the United States of America. A GLOBALLY DIVERSE ASSOCIATION Bienvenidos! We are happy to welcome everyone to St. Augustine, Florida, the nation’s most historic city as they celebrate 500 years of Hispanic Heritage. It’s the perfect time and the perfect place for our annual conference to bring together suppliers and planners to conduct business. The economic value of the Hispanic meetings and events market continues to grow. The commercial opportunity of the Hispanic market can be best achieved by an understanding of Hispanic cultures and the Spanish language. No one knows better how to market to the over 55 million Hispanic consumers than Hispanic meeting professionals. These professionals know how to reach Hispanic associations that plan hundreds of meetings and events each year and participants will have an opportunity to meet them at this conference. No other industry association is positioned to bring the level of expert knowledge that we can deliver. We understand the numbers. With a purchasing power of over $1.3 trillion, the Hispanic market is larger than the entire economies of all but 13 countries in the world, according to the Selig Center for Economic Growth at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. As the Hispanic market becomes an ever increasing player in the meetings and hospitality industry the Hispanic people in the USA will demand a greater role within the industry. It is no longer acceptable not to include Hispanics in the executive ranks of the Convention & Visitor Bureaus; the hotel corporations or any other facet that makes up the travel, meetings and hospitality industry. The annual conference and the CDMP program were created to empower professionals in the industry to polish their skills and understand the benefits of the changing market place. Enjoy the time you spend here and make it count! Margaret Gonzalez IAHMP Founder/President & CEO 22 HM&T | Hispanic Meetings & Travel

hen nearly 600 meeting planners convened in Milwaukee at this year’s Connect Marketplace, the city was thrilled at the opportunity to throw the largest site inspection in its history. Attendees, including National Latino Peace Officers Association, came away with a new image of Milwaukee as an exceptional blend of stunning natural beauty, meeting facilities, entertainment and urbaneasy charm, an exciting second-tier destination where there’s no sacrifice of quality and “wow” factor, and all this at a substantial cost savings.
Meeting planners helped design the Wisconsin Center – one of three facilities on Milwaukee’s convention campus. Featuring 189,000 square feet of exhibit space, the convention center is just a skywalk away from 1,200 rooms in recently upgraded flagship hotels, the Hilton Milwaukee and Hyatt Regency Milwaukee.
Unforgettable off-site venues include the Harley-Davidson Museum, the spectacular lakefront Milwaukee Art Museum with its moving “wings,” and neighboring Discovery World, whose Pilot House is renowned for its 360-degree view of the Lake Michigan shoreline. The elegant Potawatomi Bingo Casino raises the stakes with its Expo Center and ballroom.
A charming RiverWalk connects colorful walk-around neighborhoods like the trendy Historic Third Ward with its Milwaukee Public Market and excursion boats beckon out onto Lake Michigan. Located only eight miles from downtown, General Mitchell International Airport is one of the country’s most affordable major airports. New hotels include the Milwaukee Marriott Downtown, a unique blend of preserved 19th-century buildings and new construction with 205 guest rooms and 9,000 square feet of meeting space. Opened in spring 2013, the 90-room Brewhouse Inn & Suites is an innovative conversion of two former Pabst Brewery complex build42 HM&T | Hispanic Meetings & Travel
ings, featuring an original large stained glass window, six original copper brewing kettles, wrought-iron staircases and a large skylight above the five-story atrium. Construction is well underway for the new $150-million, 381-room Potawatomi Bingo Casino Hotel being developed by Potawatomi Bingo Casino, one of the premiere casinos in the Midwest.
To keep the momentum of a banner year 2013 going, VISIT Milwaukee is offering a $5,000-$10,000 cash incentive to groups booking meetings in the Wisconsin Center from September 2, 2014 to December 31, 2016 (certain restrictions apply). Along with cash incentives, planners will discover that Milwaukee’s average daily cost of first class lodging and three meals is the lowest of its competitive set. his summer, Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park has debut a $2.5 million renovation of the hotel’s 63,000 square feet of meeting space, which now includes 15 meeting rooms ranging from 400 to 16,000 square feet. This project is the culmination of a more than $60 million lobbyto-roof renovation of the entire hotel.
“This final piece of our five year renovation unifies the meeting space with the contemporary feeling of the rest of the property, creating space that is both artistic, yet modern,” said Mark Huntley, regional vice president and general manager. “The look of our new space is appealing to meeting planners, as well as social catering clients, and provides the perfect backdrop for a business meeting,
corporate event or social gala.” The project was executed with an eye toward sustainability. From paint to furniture, most of the items for the project were sourced within a few hundred miles of Fairmont Chicago, Millennium Park. Low VOC paint, compact fluorescent lighting fixtures and carpeting manufactured with minimal environmental impact were all pieces of the holistic “green” approach to the renovation. The soothing neutral color palette includes custom wall coverings and plush window treatments that add depth and texture to the space.
