ZETA TAU ALPHA FRATERNITY HOUSING CORPORATION STABILITY SECURITY SISTERHOOD

FRATERNITY HOUSING CORPORATION The mission statement of Zeta Tau Alpha challenges us to make a difference in the lives of our members while emphasizing a commitment to friendship. The ZTA Fraternity Housing Corporation upholds that mission through our financial stability, our focus on safety and our dedication to sisterhood. Stability In 1977, Zeta Tau Alpha became the first National Panhellenic Conference member to form a national housing corporation. Since then, our Fraternity Housing Corporation has set the standard for sound financial management. With a net worth of $30 million, the FHC provides funding for all new ZTA housing and annually allocates $4 million in upgrades and maintenance for its 110 facilities. Security The safety of our collegiate members is the first priority of the FHC. Each chapter conducts an annual fire, safety and security checklist, and FHC directors promptly respond to all concerns. The FHC regularly consults with architects, engineers, fire safety experts and insurance professionals to maintain each facility. Sisterhood With contemporary decorating and comfortable surroundings, each ZTA facility is a place for sisterhood to grow. ZTA housing provides an inviting place to study, live, gather for meals, plan chapter activities and develop leadership skills. Zetas cherish these times and fondly remember this unique experience as alumnae members.
