kid stuff STROLLERS vs WAGONS Strollers are welcome at the market. However, the ground around the barns can be a little rough and uneven so we recommend bringing a lug-tire wagon or a regular red wagon. Pulling is easier than pushing. NURSING AREAS The restrooms on the end of the Schutzenfest Building (accessible from both inside & outside the building) have curtained dressing areas that will be marked for nursing and be fitted out with chairs. GAMES Behind the Effingham County Pork Producers will be a game area for kids (and grown kids) with yard size Connect Four, Tic Tac Toe, Cornhole, and a Ball Toss. There will be a jar of candy nearby & kids can take a treat after they've enjoyed the games. This area will not be staffed since the games are self-explanatory but we'll have tables around so you can hang out and watch. GOODIES We always have a stash of free balloons, free stickers, and candy for kids in The Hobnob Shop. Stop by and get some happy-making goodies. The Hobnob Shop at this market will be in the old white Society Horse Barn near the concession area. 12 & UNDER = FREE ADMISSION Kids 12 & under get in free both Friday night & Saturday.
