Shopper's Guide
The Hobnob Hoopla Market is March 9 & 10 Expo Building : Illinois State Fairgrounds : Springfield, IL Use Exit 100 off Interstate 55 and turn west on Sangamon Ave Street Address for GPS: 801 E Sangamon Avenue Enter the fairgrounds using Gate 1 / the Main Gate - pictured bottom right The Expo Building is the first big old brick building on the left - we'll have Hobnob Market signage out to make seeing it easy

Several of the above marked areas will have Hobnob Market Parking signs. You may also find other spots you like. As long as there are no signs prohibiting it you can park where you like. Most areas around the Expo Building are not lined asphalt lots but rather unmarked gravel lots. We will try to get parking started off right on Friday afternoon & Saturday morning. Please park reasonably and never in a way that will block someone in. Handicapped parking is in the gravel lot right by the Expo Building on the north side. It will be marked with Handicapped Parking signs. Please only park there with a handicapped placard or license plate.
DRIVE THE TRUCK! You'll find everything from big tables to cupboards to vintage seating at the market. Don't go home disappointed because it won't fit - bring the biggest vehicle you can.
Earlybird Shopping
First dibs on all the best stuff! Friday, March 9 : 4-9 pm Central Fresh, light, sunny, and pure - that's the look and feeling we're going for at the Hobnob Hoopla Market. We're celebrating the coming of spring as a party - with streamers, confetti, balloons, & more. Hobnob Hoopla vendors set up shop as if they're establishing their own little brick & mortars. Great styling, over-the-top displays, thoughtful packaging, terrific signage, and a happy, fun feeling are all part of Hobnob style. You can also enjoy wine or locally made craft beer, delicious food, lots of giveaways, and a little visit with the Easter Bunny on Saturday.

FRIDAY PARTY TICKETS
Friday tickets are also available at Springfield Vintage & Urban Sassafras (both in Springfield) plus Fresh Digs in Effingham, IL Not sure if you can come til Friday gets here? No problem! Tickets are $15 at the door Friday night Kids 12 & under are free both Friday & Saturday. They don't need tickets.

MARKET DAY
SHOP : LAUGH : EAT : REPEAT! saturday, March 10 : 9 am - 4 pm Central Where friendly & fun meet vintage & handmade! Shop your way through 100+ vendor spaces filled with barn-fresh vintage finds, creative & colorful handmade goods, and fresh spring boutique clothing styles. Grab a bite to eat with a glass of wine or craft beer, be sure to wave at the Easter Bunny, and enjoy the celebration. Admission $5 / person at the door Or free with your Friday night ticket - just show it again at the door. Kids 12 & under are free
Good Things to Know
ATM There will be an ATM on-site during the market. Since this is a new venue for us we're not 100% sure where we'll place it but most likely near the food area. If you can't find it just ask our greeters at the entrances or stop by The Hobnob Shop booth. MAPS Printed Hobnob Hoopla! Market maps will be available inside each market entrance. FRIDAY PARTY TICKETS If you buy advance tickets for our Friday party (available online through noon on Friday) we'd love to scan them off your phone. It gets you through the line lots faster. Just pull them up and we'll scan the code in a wink. If you arrive on Friday before the market opens at 4 pm you can hang out inside one of our 2 entrances so you're warm. If you come in the entrance marked "Art Gallery" in the stone you'll be in the food area and can grab a bite to eat before we open. MARKET ENTRANCES We're using both the large arched stone entrance on the east side of the building and the "Art Gallery" entrance on the north side of the building. Both will be decorated and have chalkboard signs outside. PORTERS & HOLDS We don't have a huge space available inside this venue for Holds - we wanted it to be all shoppable goods! :) So if you make a large purchase you can just leave it at the vendor booth until you're ready to go and then a porter can get it. (And help you gather all your large purchases.) If you're familiar with our pink tagging system we'll still be using those but they'll serve more as Sold tags. PLEASE BE CERTAIN you exchange cell numbers with vendors you buy large pieces from & keep a list of what you've bought. Hobnob porters in our pink "Hey Porter" tees will be walking the market and they're available to help you when you're ready to go. If you don't see a porter and you need help please see us at The Hobnob Shop booth and we'll radio them. Porters will also help you load and you can pull right up to either entrance to load. You can go in and out of the market as often as you need to. We know arms get full of bags that need taken out. Our greeters are on the ball and they're good at keeping straight who has gone out and needs to come back in. STROLLERS/NURSING Wearing your baby may be easier than using a stroller but umbrella strollers will be fine. In the women's restroom there will be a private area marked for nursing mothers.

They'll be offering complimentary lip touch ups, a braid bar, & stress-relieving mini spa treatments You can ask them for makeup & beauty tips, ideas for a new hair style, and whatever else is on your freshening-up beauty list for spring.
SHOPPING TIP
Our venue for the Hobnob Hoopla! Market is a historic early 1900s building. It's never been retro-fitted for ductwork but we have a huge diesel heater from Sunbelt to warm it. We suggest wearing layers so you can add or discard as needed.
We want kids to have as much fun as possible with us at the HOBNOB!
Here Comes the Bunny honey We'll have pink Hobnob Hoopla balloons everywhere & your kids can have as many as they like. Bring them by The Hobnob Shop booth for a free pencil and Hobnob sticker and make plans to see Bailey the Easter Bunny on Saturday.
