The HCG Story... The story of HCG began in the Fifties when, after having done research on weight loss for 40 years and research on HCG specifically for twenty years, Dr. Simeons reported that patients taking small amounts of HCG, in conjunction Kathryn Azhar, Owner with a very low calorie and her staff diet, could lose weight safely and quickly without exercise, muscle loss or hunger. But all HCG is not created equal. The SuperVision Weight Loss program starts with pharmaceutical HCG. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of confusion created by products being sold without guidance that call themselves “HCG” but do not contain any in their ingredient list. HCG is one of 67 hormones naturally produced in the human body, so if a product states that it is hormone free, it's not HCG.

Cindy's Story
For years, I've had trouble losing the excess weight that I put on. I've tried several plans and fad diets, only to put the weight back on. I came to Super Vision Weight Loss when my doctor told me that I was pre-diabetic. I found the program easy to follow. i was glad to have the support of the staff through the entire transition. I am so happy with my results and my new lease on life.
Gary's Story
My doctor was on my case about my blood pressure, and I know that the extra weight I was carrying wasn’t helping that situation. My knees hurt and I just wanted to feel better. I gave Super Vision Weight Loss a chance to help me get the weight off. They were really great!! I lost 38 lbs. in 31 days! My girlfriend is thrilled. I travel for a living and I was able to stay true to the diet protocol even on the road. I’m so glad I did this diet with Super Vision Weight Loss. I feel YEARS younger and I know I’ll never have that belly again.
HCG does not produce weight loss by itself. However, in concert with a very specific balanced diet, and our help in avoiding unexpected environmental or behavioral deviations, HCG will allow the body to naturally pull the nutrients and calories needed from stored fat reserves into the blood stream at the rate of 1500 to 4000 calories per day. We are sure that those who follow our protocol WILL lose 20-30 pounds in 40 days. These fantastic results ARE typical with our full service packages. SuperVision Weight Loss program is not your run of the mill “eat less and exercise more” diet for a slow loss of 1 to 2 pounds a week that seems to take the rest of your life. Our protocol tricks Mother Nature a little, maybe, however only natural processes are at work. Per Dr. Simeons, it is safe and so very effective.

Focused on Your Future
A Marriage May End, but the Family Goes On Indiana parents must now petition court before child turns 19 to ensure that exspouse pays college costs In Indiana, the obligation of divorced parents to pay child support ends when a child turns 19. But their obligation to pay a child’s educational expenses does not end. In 2012, the Indiana state legislature reduced the presumptive age for terminating child support for noncustodial parents from 21 to 19. This brings Indiana more in line with the rest of the nation concerning emancipation for the purpose of paying child support. To ensure a child’s educational expenses are paid, a parent must petition the Court for educational expenses before the child’s 19th birthday. Otherwise both parents must have addressed these educational expenses in writing before the child turns 19, which is the age of 8
emancipation for support purposes in Indiana. This recent child support emancipation law is unclear as to what happens to a child who is turning 19 and still attending high school or getting a GED. Individual cases have been determined that such a child may continue to receive support under the term “educational expenses,” but usually a petition must be filed with the Court. Plan for your child’s educational expenses by filing for a modification with the Court or, if an agreement can be reached between the parents, file the agreed entry with the Court before the child’s 19th birthday. Shelly Aristizabal Business Women Connect
An Amazing 2015 by Shelly Aristizabal
What if one day you woke up and decided that you were tired of feeling tired and that you’ve had enough? Enough of stress and anxiety, enough of anger and resentment, enough of struggle, lack and pain, enough of tears, heartbreaks, self destructive thoughts, behaviors and relationships and enough of all that is negative and toxic? What if you decided that you wanted to change yourself and your life but didn’t know where exactly to start, what then? There are many things you can do to begin rebuilding your life and make it ridiculously amazing. Below are 10 things that are meant to help you design and begin to live the life of your dreams. 1. Make a commitment to yourself. Once you truly commit to rebuilding your life and making it ridiculously amazing, nothing and no one will be able to stand in your way. 2. Forgive. Not necessarily because those who mistreated you deserve it, but because you do. You will feel happier and more at peace with yourself and the world around you. 3. Embrace gratitude. Shift your focus from the bad on to the good, from the pain on to the gain, from resentment on to the forgiveness, gratitude and appreciation. 4. Visualize and create your destiny. Ask yourself “If there were no limits to what I can do, be and have, what would my life look like?” Let your imagination run wild. Dare to dream big. Don’t settle for less than you deserve. 5. Dreams work when you do. Act upon your heart’s desire. Do the things you need to do in order to get where you want to get. Read the books you need to read, contact the people you need to contact, build the skills you need to build. 6. Accept failure as part of the process. Give yourself permission to “fail” and make “mistakes”.
“There are no mistakes. The events we bring upon ourselves, no matter how unpleasant, are necessary in order to learn what we need to learn; whatever steps we take, they’re necessary to reach the places we’ve chosen to go.” ~ Richard Bach 7. Be good to yourself. Love yourself. Because if you do, the world around you will start mirroring your behavior. Take good care of your mind, body, heart and soul. Exercise, drink plenty of water, eat healthy, get enough sleep and have fun. Do what you love. 8. Self Worth. Never get your sense of worth from outside yourself. Your worth comes from inside you and not from the world – people, events, material possessions. Don’t ever let other people tell you how much you’re worth, decide for yourself. 9. Be here now. Learn to be present and engaged in the present moment. Be happy with what you have, what you know and who you are right now. Don’t allow your mind to trick you into thinking that you won’t be happy until you get where you want to go. 10. Support system. Surround yourself with positive, cheerful, supportive and loving people. People who will lift you up when you are feeling down; people who will turn the light on for you when you are in the dark; people who can see you for who you truly are and who will encourage you to live to your potential. How do you envision your dream life? What steps could you take this week to move yourself closer to designing and living the life of your dreams? Start with making 2015 a ridiculously Amazing Year!

Twitter Slang...Do You Use it? By Christine Harrington
How’s your Twitter slang? Are your guilty of using “u” instead of “you”? And “r” instead of “are”? “B” for “be? You Christine Harrington know the tweets. The ones that you need a Super Triple Dog Dare Decoder Ring in order to interpret the tweet. I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to work that hard! Now, I know everyone uses the slang in order to cram more words into a tweet, but if you are professional, I urge you to use complete words. Besides, using complete words make you look more intelligent! If I haven’t convinced you yet to forgo the abbreviations in your tweets, here are the unintended consequences of not abbreviating words. It forces you to compose a tweet that is clear and precise. It exposes how wordy you can write. It creates a thought not a book! You are a professional; your customers want to read business tweets of value using complete words. SO what should I tweet Christine, you ask. • Tweet simple value messages with complete words! • Tweet your own thoughts first, not a constant tweet traffic of quoting other people. An occasional quote from someone else is fine. • Tweet a business promotion only after you tweet a series of value tweets. • Occasionally, tweet something personal. Let your followers know you are not just all about business. People align themselves to the softer side of people. • It’s all about the right balance of value tweets, promotional tweets and personal tweets. Find your sweet spot with your audience. Here are my Tweet pet peeve’s and why. • When I see a tweet that has more than three hash tags…I don’t even bother reading it. It’s worthless to me and distracts from the value of the tweet. 18
• Whenever the tweet contains too many abbreviations, it’s too difficult to translate. I admit, I don’t have a complete understanding of what all the abbreviations stand for! So I don’t bother to read the tweet. • When I see @soinso @namedropper @Iwanttobefamous and that’s all there is, a bunch of @names and no message… what’s the point! Someone please tell me! • When I see nothing but buy this or buy that and the tweeter never tweets a value message. • When I see just the words “check this out” proceeded by a link for a blog or a book that the tweeter is trying to sell. Really? Would you dare call your blog or book “Check this out”? It tells me it’s not worth clicking on the link because no thought was put in the tweet, therefore the assumption is the blog or book is just as boring. • When I see a poster who does nothing more than retweets 20-30 tweets every day and with every tweet that hits his/her wall. I mute this poster. No value. • And my biggest Tweet pet peeve is…receiving a notification to connect, then asking me to spend $39.00 to buy a kazillion Twitter followers. No thank you! There is absolutely no value in that! I want a connection to my followers that I grow organically, not bought followers who could care less who I am and what I tweet. Last, you wouldn’t go to a meeting without a purpose. So if you are going to tweet...make your tweet purposeful. And the very last thought...why should you tweet? To attract prospects, to stay connected to customers, to offer value...all for free! Christine Harrington is a Gitomer Certified Advisor. Child Support vs. College Support
In July of 2012, Indiana law on child support and postsecondary education expenses drastically changed. Indiana code section 31-16-6-6 governs the termination of child support and the emancipation of a child for the purposes of a parent’s child support obligation. Prior to July 1, 2012, child support, including the obligation to pay educational expenses, terminated when the child turned twenty one years of age. Now, when a child turns nineteen years old, support terminates, but that does not necessarily include the support for educational needs. There is still the potential for an order for post-secondary education expenses. It is extremely important to understand the effects this change has because there are specific time frames to follow now that if not followed could prevent the award of postsecondary education expenses. Recently in Neal v. Neal, the Indiana Court of Appeals determined that the language in Indiana Code section 31-16-6-6, referring to “established child support orders” means the most recent order establishing a child support obligation and not the original order establishing child support. Depending on when the most recent order establishing a child support obligation was implemented, a parent, a child’s guardian, or the child has until the age of nineteen or twenty-one to petition the court for post-secondary
by Jennifer Hostetter
expenses. If the most recent child support order was implemented prior to July 1, 2012, the parties have until the child is twenty-one to petition the court, but if the most recent order was implemented after July 1, 2012, the parties only have until the child reaches the age of nineteen. The court has the discretion in awarding post-secondary educational expenses and in what amount. Typically, the courts consider the amount the child can contribute to their education and the ability of each of the parents. The court also has discretion in dictating what should be considered an education expense. Typically, this includes tuition, books, lab fees, supplies, student activity fees, and room and board. However, this is not an exhaustive list and some courts have included items such as car insurance or health insurance. If pursuing post-secondary education expenses, it is important to provide the courts with documentation of all of the expected expenses, and the child’s ability to receive any scholarships, grants, or federal financial assistance. It is important to consult with an attorney about your options in a timely manner. They will be able to guide you on any deadlines that things need to be done by and will be able to assist you in terminating child support or requesting post-secondary education expenses.
