The HCG Story... The story of HCG began in the Fifties when, after having done research on weight loss for 40 years and research on HCG specifically for twenty years, Dr. Simeons reported that patients taking small amounts of HCG, in conjunction Kathryn Azhar, Owner with a very low calorie and her staff diet, could lose weight safely and quickly without exercise, muscle loss or hunger. But all HCG is not created equal. The SuperVision Weight Loss program starts with pharmaceutical HCG. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of confusion created by products being sold without guidance that call themselves “HCG” but do not contain any in their ingredient list. HCG is one of 67 hormones naturally produced in the human body, so if a product states that it is hormone free, it's not HCG.

Cindy's Story
For years, I've had trouble losing the excess weight that I put on. I've tried several plans and fad diets, only to put the weight back on. I came to Super Vision Weight Loss when my doctor told me that I was pre-diabetic. I found the program easy to follow. i was glad to have the support of the staff through the entire transition. I am so happy with my results and my new lease on life.
Gary's Story
My doctor was on my case about my blood pressure, and I know that the extra weight I was carrying wasn’t helping that situation. My knees hurt and I just wanted to feel better. I gave Super Vision Weight Loss a chance to help me get the weight off. They were really great!! I lost 38 lbs. in 31 days! My girlfriend is thrilled. I travel for a living and I was able to stay true to the diet protocol even on the road. I’m so glad I did this diet with Super Vision Weight Loss. I feel YEARS younger and I know I’ll never have that belly again.
HCG does not produce weight loss by itself. However, in concert with a very specific balanced diet, and our help in avoiding unexpected environmental or behavioral deviations, HCG will allow the body to naturally pull the nutrients and calories needed from stored fat reserves into the blood stream at the rate of 1500 to 4000 calories per day. We are sure that those who follow our protocol WILL lose 20-30 pounds in 40 days. These fantastic results ARE typical with our full service packages. SuperVision Weight Loss program is not your run of the mill “eat less and exercise more” diet for a slow loss of 1 to 2 pounds a week that seems to take the rest of your life. Our protocol tricks Mother Nature a little, maybe, however only natural processes are at work. Per Dr. Simeons, it is safe and so very effective.

You Can Break the Habit Most everyone suffers from a habit that they wish would “mysteriously disappear.” Women commonly complain that they have tried to break a habit several times with little or no success. Habit disorders include: smoking, using drugs or alcohol regularly, gambling, pornography, sex, compulsive shopping, or overeating. Women complain that they do not have control over their habit and instead, see their habit controlling them. A habit is an acquired behavior that becomes so engrained that it develops into an automatic, sometimes unconscious, behavior. The habit has usually affected not only my client, but a loved one as well. Most women complain that they feel great guilt or remorse after they engage in “the habit.” The bad feelings create a vicious cycle of tension, which triggers another episode. They explain that the tension can only be relieved when they reengage in the habit. Is there a habit that you have wanted to change? Interventions to Break the Habit Record your behaviors before, during, and after you engage in the habit. Create a habit diary where you record how you felt before you went out shopping, while you were actively shopping and an hour after you returned from shopping. List how many times a day, week, or month you shop and at what time of the day the event occurred. Do you shop out of boredom or when you are angry with the kids? Are you most likely to “get even” by shopping or shopping when you’re lonely? It’s important to identify the reason/feeling so that you can choose an alternative for the habit. Never blame someone else for your habit. It is clearly your responsibility to manage your emotions and behaviors. A second intervention may entail sharing the severity of your habit with another person. Oftentimes it can help to discuss your issue with a nonjudgmental person. It relieves you of the “secret” and can help hold you accountable. 4
Stay away from trigger situations. If coupons Carol Juergensen Sheets in the paper trigger a strong desire to shop, you may need to avoid reading the paper and get your news online. If an argument with your spouse triggers a visit to the neighborhood pub, you may want to have a backup plan like going to a gym or calling a friend who would be able to help you talk to you about your anger so that you don’t medicate it with alcohol. If you have developed the habit of going into your home office after dinner to get lost in the internet, you’ll need to move the computer to a visible site to discourage you from isolating yourself. For most people, breaking a habit involves using a variety of interventions simultaneously to interrupt the behavioral pattern. Some other interventions might include: • Creating a list of activities, substitutions, or healthy choices for the habit • Keeping a record of your successes so that you can view your progress • Asserting yourself when a family member or friend encourages you to partake in the behavior • Rewarding yourself on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis when you have abstained from your habit. Rewards can be a symbol of change and a substitution for old behaviors. Now be patient with your change and recognize that there might be setbacks, but setbacks hold a lot of valuable information from which you can learn. If you are having trouble mastering the habit…get some help. Use available resources, relevant literature, attend support groups, or seek professional help. The Impact of the Affordable Care Act on Your Income Taxes The Affordable Care Act impacts all individuals filing tax returns for the 2014 tax year, but some will feel the impact more than others. Beginning in January, 2014, the Affordable Care Act requires all non-exempt U.S. citizens and legal residents to maintain a qualified health insurance plan. Those non-exempt individuals who fail to maintain the required coverage will be subject to a penalty which will be calculated and assessed along with their individual income tax returns. Individuals will first see the change on their 2014 tax return where they will be required to state whether they have maintained health coverage throughout the twelve months of the tax year. If the answer to this question is yes, the taxpayer does not need to provide any additional information and no penalty will be assessed. If the answer is no, however, the taxpayer will need to complete another form to either claim

an applicable exemption or calculate the amount of penalty which must be paid with the filing of the tax return. There are some individuals who are exempt from the requirement to obtain minimum health coverage including, among others, individuals who are not required to file a tax return and individuals for whom coverage lapsed less than three consecutive months during the year. These individuals will not have to pay a penalty even if adequate coverage is not maintained for the full tax year. Finally, individuals who obtained their health coverage through the Marketplace may be entitled to receive a premium tax credit. This credit is provided to individuals who have household incomes between 100% and 400% of the federal poverty level and who do not receive health insurance through their employer (or their spouse’s employer).

Spotlight The Guyer Institute began “freezing fat” a little less than one year ago, and we now have an abundance of happy patients with magnificent outcomes. In case you’re not familiar with CoolSculpting®, it is a revolutionary non-surgical contouring treatment that freezes stubborn fat, which then is naturally eliminated from your body. No needles are involved, no special diets required, no additional supplements, and best of all – this is not surgery! There is no downtime with this procedure. It’s FDA cleared, effective, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Say goodbye to muffin tops and love handles. CoolSculpting® is the coolest most innovative, non-surgical way to lose those annoying bumps and bulges of stubborn fat. This revolutionary technology targets and cools unwanted fat cells in the selected area to induce a noticeable, natural-looking reduction in fat bulges. Unlike most other methods of fat reduction, CoolSculpting® involves no needles, surgery or downtime. A person can have this procedure done during their lunch hour and literally return to whatever they were going to do that day – with absolutely no restrictions. It’s safe, FDA-cleared and effective. Results look natural and can be seen as early as three weeks following treatment, with the most dramatic results after one to three months. Some of the most commonly asked questions are: What will the results be? Many patients are satisfied after one treatment. However, during your consultation, we can discuss a treatment plan that will meet your specific treatment needs. What happens during the treatment? To initiate the treatment we will position the device on your body. The device will then draw the bulge up between two cooling panels. The sensation is a firm pull and pressure – enough of a pull to ensure
the selected tissue will be cooled most efficiently. An hour or so later, depending on your needs, you’re done. When will I see results? You may start to see changes as quickly as three weeks after your treatment, and will experience the most dramatic results after one to three months. Your body is still flushing fat cells and will continue doing so for up to four to six months after treatment. Are the results permanent? During CoolSculpting®, the treated fat cells are permanently eliminated. As long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle, long-term results should remain stable. How do I get started? Call Denise Kaler, Health and Wellness Consultant at The Guyer Institute to set up your complimentary consultation. She will determine if you’re a good candidate for CoolSculpting and work with you to develop a treatment plan. CoolSculpting® truly is the coolest, most innovative, non-surgical way to lose those annoying bumps and bulges of stubborn fat. . This revolutionary technology targets and cools unwanted fat cells. The ugly truth is, we all have stubborn fat. As we age, gravity and genetics only make things worse. Proper diet and exercise are not enough to keep these unwanted bulges at bay. CoolSculpting® is the solution for getting back the body you want without surgery or downtime.

By: Toby Stark, Chaucie’s Place Executive Director The first thing you need to know about Chaucie’s Place is what we do: Chaucie’s Place staff and volunteers work to Toby Stark prevent child sexual abuse and youth suicide with education and prevention programs for children, adults and school systems. The second thing you need to know about Chaucie’s Place is why we do what we do…Chaucie's Place is named in honor of Chaucie Quillen, a child sexual abuse victim from Hamilton County. After eight years of sexual abuse by her biological father, her father's three-week trial, and a judicial outcome of probation, Chaucie – tragically – took her own life. The community was devastated and knew there had to be a better way – a different way – a way to make sure this didn’t happen again. Chaucie's Place was founded by the Hamilton County community in April 2001. The last thing you need to know is why we still do what we do, nearly 15 years later…one in 10 children are sexually abused by their 18th birthday. That’s right…one in 10. The even sadder truth is that 90 percent of these children are abused by someone they know, love or trust. Chaucie's Place believes in a comprehensive approach to ending child sexual abuse and youth suicide by targeting both children and adults with its prevention and education programs. We offer our prevention programs statewide, with an emphasis on central Indiana -- Hamilton, Marion, Boone, Tipton, Madison and Hancock counties. Smart Steps: A Body Safety Program for Children© is designed to empower children to break the silence and cycle of sexual abuse. Smart Steps is offered to elementary school students, teaching them their bodies belong to them; say "NO!" to unwanted touches...from anyone; tell a trusted adult about uncomfortable touches they receive; and abuse is never their fault. More than 16,000 children participated in Smart Steps: A Body Safety Program for Children© during the 2013/2014 school year. Stewards of Children®, a nationally recognized program, teaches parents and adults who work with children how to prevent, recognize and react appropriately to child sexual abuse. It empowers adults to overcome denial, fear and secrecy about this epidemic and allows them to create awareness and personal power. In the four years since the Chaucie's Place staff became authorized Stewards of Children facilitators, they have trained more than 2,500 adults, including swim coaches through Indiana Swimming, Inc.; Carmel Clay Parks & Recreation 22
staff; Jewish Community Center's staff; Boys & Girls Club of Indiana staff; Indiana Bulls coaches; and Westfield Washington, Zionsville and Sheridan school district administrators and staff...just to name a few. Children who have been sexually abused are seven times more likely to commit suicide. And Chaucie’s Place knows that correlation all too well. Because of these statistics and to meet an unmet need in the community, in 2013 Chaucie’s Place introduced Lifelines, a national evidencebased youth suicide prevention programming. Lifelines is a youth suicide prevention program targeting an entire school community. Its overall goal is to help recognize a student at potential risk of suicide and understand how and where to access help. And finally, Aspire Indiana has opened an outpatient mental health clinic at Chaucie's Place, specifically for the treatment of survivors of child sexual abuse. Children, adolescents and adults are seen at the Chaucie's Place clinic. The clinic is staffed by a licensed mental health social worker who is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a therapy model that is research-based and treats the trauma of child sexual abuse, rather than the manifestations of that trauma, like depression or anxiety. This is what we do, but what can you do? If you would like to help protect the children in our community and support Chaucie’s Place’s efforts, you can: - Learn more about Smart Steps: A Body Safety Program for Children© to see if it should be in your child’s elementary school; - Attend or host a Stewards of Children, child sexual abuse prevention program; - Volunteer!; - Attend our upcoming Friends of Chaucie’s Place Breakfast on April 22nd to learn more about Chaucie’s Place, the work we do, and how you too can be a part of the solution; - Donate money or items on our wish list.

Focused on Your Future, Collaborative Law the New Dispute-Resolution Option in Divorce
Divorces involve making decisions and choices. And the decisions you make can determine whether the dissolution of your marriage goes smoothly. Now you have a choice called collaborative law, a new way to resolve disputes in divorce negotiations. Collaborative law involves each party having his or her own trained collaborative attorney to advise and assist in the negotiation to reach an agreement between the parties on all issues. All negotiations take place in four-way settlement meetings, which both the husband and wife, and their counsel, attend. The lawyers cannot threaten to go to court nor is it an option. Settlement is their only goal. Each party’s lawyer acts as the client’s own legal advisor and advocate during the negotiations. The lawyers guide the clients toward a reasonable resolution. Their legal advice is an important part of process, but all final decisions are made by the clients. 26
Collaborative law may be the right choice for you if: • You want to maintain a respectful tone, even when you and your spouse disagree. • You want to develop the best coparenting relationship possible. • You value privacy. • You can behave civilly toward your spouse. • You want to maintain control over the divorce process and not let the court make the decisions. • You want open communication and a problem-solving approach. • You want to get beyond the frustration and pain you feel today and plan the best future for your restructured family. Mary Foley Panszi and Daun A. Weliever, trained and experienced in collaborative law, can guide you smoothly through this difficult life transition.

Shelly Aristizabal Business Women Connect
Innovation... by Shelly Aristizabal
What does it mean to be innovative? The term innovation, along with its shopworn adjective, innovative, and its breathless verb, innovate has become every product manager’s rallying cry, every design consultant’s pursuit, and every press release writer’s staple. The word’s been wrapped around everything from the latest i-something to even a new scooter. So how can one term be used to describe such vastly different things? In essence, what does innovation really mean? Technically, innovation is defined merely as “introducing something new.” There are no qualifiers of how groundbreaking or world-shattering that something needs to be -- only that it needs to be better than what was there before. Innovation can mean different things to different people. What does innovation mean to you? Every innovative idea begins with a thought, an inspiration. An idea that you can do something that has never been done, improve on something, make a change to something or do it cheaper or better than it has been done before. Creating a paradigm shift that will add value to the lives of others is considered innovative. This is a unique ability to see the unfolding patterns of the future and recognize the emergence of fresh ways to interpret our surroundings. When the paradigm shift occurs, the new system eliminates old ways of doing things and gives rise to innovative opportunities. Most ideas come from a desire to fill a need or a gap or expand upon an existing way of doing things. We all have ideas; even if it is simply that your closet isn’t big enough to adequately manage all of your clothing so you have an idea to design a bigger closet. But when does the innovation actually take place? The innovator takes ACTION on her ideas -- that is what makes the difference. An
innovative visionary mind will look at a situation and see future improvements, while most people look at the same situation and only see the present and complain about it! Successful innovators develop the ability to clearly define and articulate their vision, clearly define their plan for strategic action, and rapidly gain support for their initiatives. They will educate and help others understand their vision and come up with a game plan to make it a reality -- especially to the people who can affect the success of the idea. The innovator’s view is of the unfamiliar -- which represents change. How do you present a view of the future that only you can envision? Your ability to create a clear presentation of your idea is the tool you use to influence others and enlist critical support. You can have a good idea -- there are lots of good ideas -- but equally as important is marketing those good ideas. Do you believe strongly enough in your dream to enthusiastically engage others to support your efforts? Taking a good idea and making it into a reality will require massive action! Peter Drucker said that Innovation is the specific tool of entrepreneurs, the means by which they exploit change as an opportunity for a different business or a different service. Innovation is capable of being presented as a discipline, of being learned and practiced. Entrepreneurs need to search purposefully for their sources of innovation and apply the principles of successful innovation to achieve success. Make 2015 YOUR YEAR! Be an innovator who designs & live the life of your dreams!
