The HCG Story... The story of HCG began in the Fifties when, after having done research on weight loss for 40 years and research on HCG specifically for twenty years, Dr. Simeons reported that patients taking small amounts of HCG, in conjunction Kathryn Azhar, Owner with a very low calorie and her staff diet, could lose weight safely and quickly without exercise, muscle loss or hunger. But all HCG is not created equal. The SuperVision Weight Loss program starts with pharmaceutical HCG. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of confusion created by products being sold without guidance that call themselves “HCG” but do not contain any in their ingredient list. HCG is one of 67 hormones naturally produced in the human body, so if a product states that it is hormone free, it's not HCG.

Cindy's Story
For years, I've had trouble losing the excess weight that I put on. I've tried several plans and fad diets, only to put the weight back on. I came to Super Vision Weight Loss when my doctor told me that I was pre-diabetic. I found the program easy to follow. i was glad to have the support of the staff through the entire transition. I am so happy with my results and my new lease on life.
Gary's Story
My doctor was on my case about my blood pressure, and I know that the extra weight I was carrying wasn’t helping that situation. My knees hurt and I just wanted to feel better. I gave Super Vision Weight Loss a chance to help me get the weight off. They were really great!! I lost 38 lbs. in 31 days! My girlfriend is thrilled. I travel for a living and I was able to stay true to the diet protocol even on the road. I’m so glad I did this diet with Super Vision Weight Loss. I feel YEARS younger and I know I’ll never have that belly again.
HCG does not produce weight loss by itself. However, in concert with a very specific balanced diet, and our help in avoiding unexpected environmental or behavioral deviations, HCG will allow the body to naturally pull the nutrients and calories needed from stored fat reserves into the blood stream at the rate of 1500 to 4000 calories per day. We are sure that those who follow our protocol WILL lose 20-30 pounds in 40 days. These fantastic results ARE typical with our full service packages. SuperVision Weight Loss program is not your run of the mill “eat less and exercise more” diet for a slow loss of 1 to 2 pounds a week that seems to take the rest of your life. Our protocol tricks Mother Nature a little, maybe, however only natural processes are at work. Per Dr. Simeons, it is safe and so very effective.

PROACTIVE STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM When someone is injured in an accident, whether it’s an auto, motorcycle, or bicycle accident, a slip and fall, or some other circumstance caused by another’s negligence, that person is in shock. It is difficult to think straight or ask the right questions. Without a doubt, it’s a time of confusion, pain and anger. Many times, a person is too injured to do anything at the time of their injury other than seek medical attention. But often, that is not the case. Knowing what to do beforehand can help you protect your claim. Here are some simple tips on what to do if you are injured: Collisions involving moving vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, trucks • Photograph the scene where the collision occurred • If possible photograph the scene before vehicles/motorcycles/ trucks or bicycles are moved • Photograph the damage on all vehicles/motorcycles/trucks or bicycles are moved • Provide a statement to the investigating officer explaining what occurred from your point of view • Ask for a copy of the other driver’s insurance card • Obtain a copy of the police report from www.Buycrash.com • Know the coverage limits of your auto insurance policy including your UI/UIM coverage as well as any excess coverage you may have pursuant to an umbrella policy • Notify your auto insurance carrier right away that you have been involved in an accident • Don’t agree to allow your motor vehicle to be salvaged by your insurance carrier until you have had a chance to examine
your vehicle and take photographs. If liability is in question, you may need the property damage information to help your case. Slip and Falls • Photograph the rug, mat, spill, step, hole, obstacle or other item or circumstance that caused your fall • Report the fall to a person with authority and provide your own written account - do not sign their written account • Ask for a copy of the incident report before you leave the scene • Ask for the name of the company’s insurance carrier and request that a claim for your medical expenses be opened pursuant to their med-pay coverage • If the fall occurs at someone else’s home, ask for a copy of their homeowner’s insurance policy and/or the name of their homeowner’s insurance carrier For all situations: • If requested, provide a tape recorded statement to your insurance company only – do not provide a tape recorded statement to anyone else’s insurance company or an investigator • Seek immediate medical attention – do not wait and delay treatment • Explain how you were injured to the attending physician • Follow all of your doctor’s orders and keep a copy of all medical visits, prescriptions and records pertaining to you injury • Know your health insurance coverage and keep track of your co-pays and expenses

Be Gentle With Your Thoughts The human mind requires positive thoughts if you are to grow and expand into your potentiality. Very few people naturally possess the art of looking at things with a positive spin. More often than not, being positive and building yourself up requires fortitude and discipline. Developing the skill of positive self-talk is critical to good selfesteem, but it doesn’t just happen. One must work at it diligently. Dr. Wayne Dyer in his book The Power of Intention advocates that when we are in alignment with what God or our source wants for us, we can accomplish great things. To be able to implement our mission in life requires a belief in our potential. He states that our thoughts create a cause and effect relationship in the world … if we think from a scarcity mindset it will generate scarcity. How many times have you said: “I’m not smart enough to pull that off” or “I don’t have enough money to make that happen? When you manifest these thoughts, you project that energy which reinforces that you don’t have the ability, the money, or the intelligence to make your thoughts a reality. How would your confidence be affected if you participated in daily activities or exercises that primed you for greatness no matter what goals you were seeking? Can you visualize only saying positive thoughts to yourself? Could you practice restating every negative statement that you made during a day? Perhaps you are a person who has wanted to move in a different direction, but your fears and anxieties keep you locked in the same old routine. What would happen if you spent a month repeating statements that affirmed your desire for a career change, relocation, or a move to a different part of the country? What if you said, “I am in the process of discovering my perfect job” or “I am well suited to do a variety of things and believe that there are
many opportunities waiting for me?” Would it motivate you to take the plunge and live life Carol Juergensen Sheets to its fullest? When something tugs at your heart, it’s important to honor it and give yourself permission to find ways to actualize it. When you pursue your passion, doors will open to create a momentum, but the first ingredient in making that happen is to think positively. That requires feeding internal dialogue that supports your decisions. People have the choice to see things positively or they can think things negatively. They have a choice to be self-critical or they can appreciate the situation and what it teaches them. They can look at life from a position of scarcity or abundance. I tend to believe that you will manifest success and happiness if you approach from the standpoint of gratitude and abundance….It may be human nature to operate from a “what could go wrong” or “I am not good enough to make that happen” attitude. It takes discipline to maintain a positive take on life. The reward is that your life becomes easier to manage once you practice this approach. Learning to use kinder, gentler thoughts will create a sense of mastery which will feed your success. Homework assignment:
1. Assess an area where you lack confidence. 2. Look for opportunities to change your internal dialogue. 3. Each time you find yourself operating on negativity and scarcity, stop yourself. 4. Restate the belief in positive terms. 5. Make the commitment for 90 days. 6. Watch for the positive changes that accompany your life.

DIVISION OF PROPERTY AND TAX CONSEQUENCES by Tamie Jo Morog When dividing property during a divorce, Indiana is considered an equitable distribution state, which requires the courts to divide the property in a “fair” manner to both parties. The court must decide what that property’s value is and how it is going to be divided. The courts focus on factors such as the term of the marriage, what property each party brought into the marriage, the earning power of each spouse, responsibilities of each spouse in raising their children, and the tax consequences of the asset distribution and the debt allocation. The State of Indiana is a fifty-fifty presumption state meaning the court starts with the presumption that a fiftyfifty division of the net marital estate is appropriate. Each party is required to disclose all information regarding the assets and debts of the marriage. This information is used so that the Court can divide and determine the assets that were acquired during the marriage, the value 8
of that asset, the current debts of the marriage, and the amount of that debt. Each party is responsible for the debts incurred during the marriage with some exceptions. Under the general rule of 1041(a) of the Internal Revenue Code, a transfer of property to a former spouse incident to divorce will not cause recognition of a taxable gain or loss. A transfer of property is incident to a divorce if the transfer occurs within a certain amount of time after the date on which the marriage ceases or if it is “related to the cessation of the marriage.” A “cessation of marriage” requires that the transfer is pursuant to a divorce or a separation instrument and occurs not more than six years after the date on which the marriage ceases. A transfer of marital property rights, under a dissolution decree, is also not subject to gift tax. It is important to speak to an attorney when dividing the marital estate because of the tax consequences that can result.

“GIRL POWER” WOMEN PAVING THE WAY
W
e have a lot to be thankful for when it comes to women who’ve paved the way. It’s not easy being amongst the first. There are obstacles to overcome - not to mention some who may not be glad you arrived in their territory. There may be misunderstandings over your attention of being the anomaly. But, early pioneers like computer scientist Grace Murray Hopper, and 1940’s baseball player Dottie Kamenshek who inspired the movie “A League of Their Own”, pushed past the difficulties. And, we have our modern day versions too at Successful Women Made Here (SWMH). Each month, we’re fortunate to learn from our “SWMH Speaker Spotlight” of strong women like IndyCar Driver Pippa Man, internationally renown Artist Nancy Noel, Cathy Langham who helped bring the Super Bowl to Indy, IndyCar Driver turned Team Owner Sarah Fisher, Singer Lydia Abbott who travels the world giving orphans and women groups a message of hope, and SWMH member Sue Cinnamon – Sales Maverick for Sysco. These are just some of the women featured along with marketing training and a mastermind circle at each event. These women inspire and leave their mark on us. For instance, Pippa is the first British female driver to ever qualify, start, and finish the Indy 500 and was the ONLY woman driver in the 2014 race. And, she didn’t come from a racing family either. Her “mindset to success” is hard work and determination – stating in workouts she lifts the same weight the male drivers do as it takes physical & mental strength to focus and drive a racecar for hours. After years developing her talent, Nancy Noel spoke of how her bold, risky move to purchase an expensive magazine ad paid off to be the thing that garnered her national acclaim and sales of her art practically overnight. Cathy Langham connected the importance of networking and the significance of serving on boards – which is not commonplace for women. When (single mom at the time) Sue Cinnamon stepped into food sales at Sysco, she was the only woman in that arena. Yet, Sue achieved what few reach – the Sysco Corporate award and she’s done it 7 Times! Her success tips are to build real relationships with customers, and help them succeed. The purpose of SWMH is for women to support one another and excel in business and in life. Founded by Sheryl Matthys, the mission is based on the 3Cs (Courtesy, Courage, and Common Sense): Courtesy to reach out and lift one another up, Courage to go after what you want, and Common Sense to stand for your beliefs. You have a story too. Join us on your adventure at SWMH monthly events to be inspired, to solve challenges, to share triumphs; and/or book a private session for more guidance. Months after the delivery of her big bundle of joy, Laura continued to have pain when sitting and during intercourse. Things were not the same. Frustrated by the results of her outcome, she looked for answers on the internet where she found Dr. Brillhart’s web site. She discovered and consulted with the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of Indianapolis. Dr. Brillhart’s surgical option uses a laser to bloodlessly tear down the scarred layers and reassembles them correctly. Laura opted for this procedure and just days later things had already significantly improved and that nagging pain was gone. Erin loved to ride her bicycle but she was tired of the pinch that would suddenly come from sitting the wrong way on her bike seat. Besides that, her favorite swimsuit bottom never fit or looked quite right. She consulted Dr. Brillhart at LVRI of Indianapolis and scheduled a laser labial reduction. Soon she was back on her bike and riding without the pinch. After four babies, Melissa knew sexual relations were just not the same. She
couldn’t feel anything anymore and was afraid her husband might be experiencing the same. The birth canal was no longer holding him as snugly as it did before her first baby. James Brillhart, MD Leaking urine when laughing with friends or exercising at the gym was getting old fast. Dr. Brillhart’s Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation (LVR) surgery brought her hope. Melissa was thrilled with her results after surgery. Mini pads are now a thing of the past and she and her husband are enjoying that “hold me tight” feeling they both missed. Call 317.621.2400 to schedule your free consultation. For more information, visit our website at lvrii.com.

USE THESE 3 SIMPLE STEPS FOR CREATING YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING PLAN Your marketing plan is more than just brochures and advertisements. You have to include social media in your plan too. Social media is an extremely powerful tool in your marketing arsenal and planning is critical. Without a plan, you won’t know what works and what doesn’t and you won’t ever get as much out of it as you can. Here are a few steps for creating your best social media marketing plan. 1. Identify the social media platforms best for you. Find where your customers are and plan to engage with them there. You may not like Twitter but if your customer base does then you need to be there too. Marketing is always about what’s in it for the customer, not you, and social media marketing is no different. 2. Determine how often you intend to engage. There is no magic number for how often you need to post. Whatever that number is, it needs to be consistent. When you post consistently, your audience knows what to expect from you and they develop a higher trust for you which is critical in the customer loyalty equation. 3. Create a content calendar. Once you know where you want to post and how often, it’s time to plug it into a calendar. Start simple with easy ideas like: Post a positive quote every Monday, post a customer testimonial on Wednesday, etc. The great thing is that when you know what you are going to post in advance, you also eliminate a lot of stress!
