The HCG Story... The story of HCG began in the Fifties when, after having done research on weight loss for 40 years and research on HCG specifically for twenty years, Dr. Simeons reported that patients taking small amounts of HCG, in conjunction Kathryn Azhar, Owner with a very low calorie and her staff diet, could lose weight safely and quickly without exercise, muscle loss or hunger. But all HCG is not created equal. The SuperVision Weight Loss program starts with pharmaceutical HCG. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of confusion created by products being sold without guidance that call themselves “HCG” but do not contain any in their ingredient list. HCG is one of 67 hormones naturally produced in the human body, so if a product states that it is hormone free, it's not HCG.

Cindy's Story
For years, I've had trouble losing the excess weight that I put on. I've tried several plans and fad diets, only to put the weight back on. I came to Super Vision Weight Loss when my doctor told me that I was pre-diabetic. I found the program easy to follow. i was glad to have the support of the staff through the entire transition. I am so happy with my results and my new lease on life.
Gary's Story
My doctor was on my case about my blood pressure, and I know that the extra weight I was carrying wasn’t helping that situation. My knees hurt and I just wanted to feel better. I gave Super Vision Weight Loss a chance to help me get the weight off. They were really great!! I lost 38 lbs. in 31 days! My girlfriend is thrilled. I travel for a living and I was able to stay true to the diet protocol even on the road. I’m so glad I did this diet with Super Vision Weight Loss. I feel YEARS younger and I know I’ll never have that belly again.
HCG does not produce weight loss by itself. However, in concert with a very specific balanced diet, and our help in avoiding unexpected environmental or behavioral deviations, HCG will allow the body to naturally pull the nutrients and calories needed from stored fat reserves into the blood stream at the rate of 1500 to 4000 calories per day. We are sure that those who follow our protocol WILL lose 20-30 pounds in 40 days. These fantastic results ARE typical with our full service packages. SuperVision Weight Loss program is not your run of the mill “eat less and exercise more” diet for a slow loss of 1 to 2 pounds a week that seems to take the rest of your life. Our protocol tricks Mother Nature a little, maybe, however only natural processes are at work. Per Dr. Simeons, it is safe and so very effective.

No Time to Cook by Mary Ann Wietbrock RN MSN Breakfast was a grab bar while running out the door to go to work. Lunch was a quick bite from the local canteen. A 16 oz. Cola in the afternoon was for a pick me up. Where did the time go? The day is over and the list still has things that have to get done. The kids are hungry and practice starts in 20 minutes. Many Indiana residents are heading to the nearest drive thru for dinner. The nutritional value of drive thru food has been cited as one of the main causes of obesity. The convenience and cost outweigh the time to shop and cook. The food satisfies the hungry kids and the coach is happy when the kids show up on time. And, we do want a happy coach so the kids get time to play on game day. When the family does get home, there is homework to do and laundry to wash before tomorrow. Does this sound all too familiar? How do you get ahead of the game? Where do you find time to cook a healthy meal? Lara has recently returned from Nashville Tennessee. She sees the difference in the two communities. She states people in Indiana are too busy, always rushing around. She finds it interesting that the people in Nashville seem to have more time to enjoy their life. Our culture in Indiana has lead us to have the 3rd highest rate of obesity in the
country. There is no single fix. This statistic is on the rise. Soon, we may be on the top of the list. Most people are aware they are overweight or obese. Some care and some do not. The doctor may tell you to lose weight. So, how do you find a program that does not cost a lot of time or money? While the taste of food is important, most food that taste good is usually too high in calories, salt, or fat. One drive thru hamburger can have 600 to 700 calories and over 1000 mg of sodium. That does not leave a lot to eat for the rest of the day if you are trying to lose weight. Solutions must meet the individual needs for each person. Timing of meals, location of food, and skills in preparation are all challenges we face. The answer may be a home delivery service that provides all the essential items for a meal. But, you still have to plan and order the food. Grab and go foods do not have to come from a box or a drive thru. You should not have to spend an hour in the kitchen every day to have healthy meals. Dave says it is all about choices. What are your priorities? Carving out 2 hours a week can make a difference between having healthy meals and eating on the run. When eating on the run becomes the norm, then the calories build and build. As the years go by, you wonder how you gained so much weight.

A Time Table to Healthy Eating Rigid and strict diet guidelines seldom work long-term. Instead they promote frustration and guilt. Diets should be tailored to meet individual needs. So, there should be as many diets as there are people on this Earth. You can easily design your own menus by using a few simple suggestions. Did you know that by eating Nancy Spahr, a large breakfast and lunch Founder (protein rich) accompanied by a light evening dinner, including enzyme supplements, one can lose more weight than with any other diet program. Eat the majority of food in the morning and at lunch, but very little after 3 p.m. We know this is hard and most likely the opposite of what you currently do, but your body will thank you. Avoid micro-waved foods. Micro-waving food causes protein molecules to become indigestible, form free radicals, and build up unnecessary deposits in the body. Undigested protein can trap water and become a substantial contributor to future chronic disease conditions. The worst time to eat a rich meal is at night! This is due
to the reduction of stomach acid necessary to digest protein. The reason that most people do not have an appetite in the morning is because their rich, late night evening meal still sits half-digested in their stomachs. Typical symptoms resulting from late night protein meals are: poor sleep, bad breath, puffy eyes and face, coated tongue, foul taste in mouth, muscle pain and body stiffness, feeling extremely fatigued, and other symptoms of auto-intoxication. It is a protein intoxication. To avoid auto-intoxication from undigested foods simply limit protein at night– all meats, nuts, eggs, beans, tofu, and hard cheese. These foods need up to 10 hours (or more) to fully digest. Your stomach acid, which is necessary to break down protein is greatly reduced in the evening, particularly after age 40, as we mentioned earlier. This is the main reason for acid reflux. Plan enough time so you can eat in a relaxed manner and chew your food well. This will help with your overall digestion. It’s only a matter of time management throughout your day. Healthy habits lead to a healthy life! At Cleansing Waters, we offer Functional Nutritional Counseling for customized programs designed just for YOU. Call 317-259-0796 today!

Rejuvenate Your Skin Without Surgery Tremendous advancements in science and medical aesthetics have resulted in many choices to improve your skin without surgery. Injectable therapy combined with Fractionated Laser and Radio Frequency provide effective skin improving options.
Injectable Therapy FDA approved injectables are safe and effective treatments for wrinkles, folds, and volume loss. Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport are used to soften vertical and horizontal forehead lines, lip lines, as well as crow’s feet around the eyes. Fillers, such as Belotero, Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, and Voluma, wonderful options to plump lips, smooth folds, and fine line, and add volume in the cheeks. New long-lasting fillers are growing in popularity. Bellafill is an excellent option that can last up to 5 years. Juvederm Volbella is a new smooth long-lasting dermal filler that is excellent for delicate areas of the face. Kybella is a non-surgical treatment that improves chin contours and helps remove unwanted fat. The treatment is administered as a simple series of injections over a period of weeks to months to help minimize or eliminate unwanted fat from the neck and chin area. Kybella uses a naturally occurring molecule in the body that is known to break down localized areas of fat. It is an excellent option for patients who have good skin elasticity yet troubling fat under their chin.
Laser & Radiofrequency The most effective lasers penetrate the
outer layer of the skin, stimulating the dermis, and effectively boosting collagen production. Laser treatments are excellent options for improving skin tone, reducing acne scars, active acne, fine lines, age spots, sun damage, and pore size. Radiofrequency (RF) uses high frequency electrical energy to tighten and tone skin. This non-ablative treatment is excellent for fine lines, collagen building, scar therapy, and acne control. The treatment stimulates the deep tissue for optimal skin tightening and collagen building.
Additional Rejuvenation While non-surgical options are preferred by many people, at some point gravitational changes define when surgery is the only way to accomplish rejuvenation goals. When the skin and muscles on your face or body are sagging beyond what can be corrected with a laser or other type of therapy, I will use the most state of the art surgical options to restore youth to skin and muscles. Surgical treatments are often followed up with advanced laser treatments to further refine skin and enhance the quality and skin tone. The combinations, timing, and treatments are unique and customized for each individual to provide optimal and natural results. Your Natural Best® is easier to achieve than you think.

Create Your Life Now Life is too short. And as I tell my clients this is not a dress rehearsal so it's important to ask yourself “What do I want in my life and how can I go about getting it?” You likely have an idea of what you would like to do but you don’t know how create an action plan to make your life happen. So many people put off doing what they want in life because it will take a lot of work and energy. But the reality is … that there is no time to wait because the longer you procrastinate or put off what you may want in life, the more likely it is that it won't happen. Now I'm not saying that it if you have a family, you should put their needs on the back burner, however it's important to scope out how you can pursue the choices in life that will make you happy and coordinate with your current lifestyle needs. If you are someone who has been interested in the creative arts and yet you work a retail job, I would encourage you to find ways of dipping your toes in the field of creative art. Volunteer at the IRT or at Clowes Hall and meet the movers and shakers who might point you in the right direction. You don't have to accomplish great things all at once. You can break your goals up into chunkable steps that allows you to get your feet wet and try them out. It takes a lot of courage and energy to pursue new things. Lack of energy is what interferes with accomplishing goals. It just doesn't feel like there's enough time in the day to make your life happen and as a result you lack the energy to put together a plan that will get you started. If you were going to create a plan what would be your first step? Take some time and sit in a quiet place
and chart out what you want to do with your life. If you could do anything or pursue any of your talents what would bring you that feeling of happiness or joy.
Carol Juergensen Sheets
Ask yourself what could you do to get closer to that goal? If you'd love to have a stable of horses… Could you volunteer at an equine therapy stable and meet the right people and let them know your dreams? Would you have the courage to ASK for help? The most successful people in the world go in for the "big ask". That means that they're not afraid to ask people for assistance, referrals, and feedback about what would most benefit them.
You know the saying playing small doesn't serve you. You need to give it voice and take it to the next level and find ways to make progress! So ask yourself, are you missing out on making your dreams a reality because you lack the time, or energy to carry them out to fruition? Can you find a way to “get a feel” for your passion? Are you procrastinating because you lack the determination and drive to make your life happen? Find some support, share what you want to do and make your life happen! Brainstorm with a friend some ways to design your dreams. You deserve to live out your passion, but if you fail to plan, you plan will fail, so get moving and take your life to the next level!
