Don’t Let Your Fears Hold You Back! Is there something in your life that you have really, really wanted to do and yet no matter how much you try… you never create the goals to make it happen? It is human to procrastinate especially if there is some fear or resistance that is holding you back. As you look at these possible reasons for not completing goals, ask yourself if any of them resonate with you? • Sometimes you may feel that the goal is too difficult to accomplish and that it will require too many changes in your life. • Other times you may want the goal to occur but you question whether you have what it takes to make the goal a reality. Your self-esteem may be lacking and you really don't have belief in yourself. • Sometimes it may be that you struggle with timing as if your life is not conducive to accomplishing your goals. Perhaps you want the kids to get a little older or you'd like to take another course in college before you activate your goals. It is as if the stars have not lined up properly to make you feel comfortable enough to set up the change. • Some people are afraid that their changes will negatively affect others and so they put their loved ones needs before their own. When this happens, you must really assess what it is you want and how badly you want it. When you put off making a change, you can typically short change yourself! • Perhaps you feel that you are too lazy to implement your goals. So what is your fear or resistance to changing your life and taking it to the next level. Let's assess if you have the variables to make your dreams happen. Have you clearly delineated what changes you would like in your life?
Writing out your goals and making them very specific is the first step to goal setting because when you write them down, you are more likely to make them happen.
Carol Juergensen Sheets
Have you reflected on them and spent some time imagining what achieving your goals would look like? Can you identify what feelings come up for you? What might you fear? Did you know you're more likely to actualize goals if you imagine using all five senses and experience seeing the completion of that goal? It's as if when you create the feeling of achieving the goal you're more likely to make it happen. Have you assessed how you might make them happen? This might look like getting up a couple of hours earlier and setting aside two hours to research what you will need to do to make your calls happen. Do you have the proper support, the infrastructure to make your goals happen? You may need to seek the support of your loved ones and ask them to help you coordinate a schedule that allows you to complete your goals. Perhaps the obstacle is belief in yourself. Do you absolutely believe that you have what it takes to change something in your life? Do you have the energy, the aptitude, and the belief in yourself to make your life different? Well it is time to face your fears and follow the formula above. It is normal to have resistance and fears. What you can’t do is let them hold you back. Find a support person, a counselor or a coach to support you through this process. This is not a dress rehearsal so take your life to the next level!

Beautiful at Any Age Regardless of your age, unwanted fat, wrinkles, lines, spots, and sagging skin can appear on our faces or bodies making us feel self-conscious or embarrassed about our appearance. Multiple factors are to blame for these changes. • Excess sun exposure or other harmful rays is one of the most common factors that break down skin cells and cause premature aging. • Hormones, specifically changes in estrogen levels cause wrinkles, melasma, and unwanted fat deposits around our eyes and under our chin. • Medications can impact skin health causing premature aging. • Muscles used in facial expressions can leave us with unwanted lines like crows feet or smile lines. • Genetic Facial Structure - recessed chins and under chin fat deposits. Tremendous advancements in science and medical aesthetics have resulted in many choices to soften and correct these changes nonsurgically. Injectable therapy is one example of new and effective options. FDA approved injectables are safe and effective treatments for wrinkles, folds, and volume loss. Botox, Xeomin, and Dysport are used to soften vertical and horizontal forehead lines, lip lines, as well as crow’s feet around the eyes. Fillers, such as Belotero, Juvederm, Restylane, Radiesse, and Voluma, are a wonderful option to plump lips, smooth folds, and fine line, and add volume in the cheeks.
Now, there is a new FDAapproved injectable treatment we are offering called Kybella. This non-surgical treatment improves our chin contours and help remove unwanted fat. The treatment is administered as a simple series of injections over a period of weeks to months to help minimize or eliminate unwanted fat from the neck and chin area. Kybella uses a naturally occurring molecule in the body that is known to break down localized area of fat. It’s an excellent option for patients who have good skin elasticity yet troubling fat under their chin. While non-surgical options are preferred by many people, at some point gravitational changes define when surgery is the only way to accomplish rejuvenation goals. When the skin and muscles on your face or body are sagging beyond what can be corrected with a laser or other type of therapy, I will use the most state of the art surgical options to restore youth to skin and muscles. Surgical treatments are often followed up with advanced laser treatments to further refine skin and enhance the quality and skin tone. The combinations, timing, and treatments are unique and customized for each individual to provide optimal and natural results. Your Natural Best® is easier to achieve than you think.

Women Like Us
Three Journeys. One Mission. To Change the World. A Documentary Film Premiering February 2016. Indianapolis- Los Angeles- Chicago- New York City
Picture this. Your life is fulfilling, you have a happy family and your career is doing fine. Your relationships with your family, your partner and your friends are good. Yet you know something is missing. You have a sense of something not quite in balance. You watch the news, the reports about tragedies like the earthquakes and hurricanes; the drama of lives in turmoil every single day. And you look around. There's a nagging feeling deep in the pit of your stomach, that little bleep in the back of your brain that says you should do something. Or what about this picture: You know that as a woman you are a part of more than half the population in the U.S. And yet you feel like you're not living up to your potential and you don't get why not. You do all of the right things. You've learned how to "work like a man," you've used the opportunities given to you in the corporate world so you can climb the ladder of success, you understand the need for analysis and the drive for accomplishment, which is part of the accepted success strategy you've learned, yet you feel unfulfilled and perhaps like even a bit of a fake. What you are experiencing just might be the beginnings of awakening toward a journey that will get you on a different and thrilling track. On that "road less traveled." Yet, on the road that women are realizing is their birthright. That sense of needing something more, that sense of wanting to be present as a contributor to the needs of the world, could just be what will become the start of transforming your life, and the beginnings of identifying your passion for clarifying the real you, the person you want to become. A journey that will help you discover how you can use your passion to bring light to the world, and use your feminine traits of collaboration and relationship building to satisfy your own yearnings for contributing to the greater good and living your life on your terms. Excerpt Women Like Us Illuminating the World. So what can you do? What can we do? What can women do to send the message to the world that we are here to help-to use our own individual skills and partner with our communities and the world and do our part to make it a better place for all? Enter three women who decided to make a film- to tell women’s stories- to move women to find their own voices and make a difference in their own 6
way. Whether we’re holding the hand of a child crossing the street, planting a garden for the beauty and the health of our community or traveling around the world to help sustain others who are making a difference, it all matters. Inspired by Linda Rendleman’s Women Like Us Book Series, this documentary film introduces three women who are striving to find their own voices and make a difference in the world.

They recognize the power of the work women are doing for the greater good and realize their personal part for creating change. Traveling with film producer Sally Colon-Petree, celebrity television host Catt Sadler and activist and author Linda Rendleman, the film reflects their personal journeys of inspiration and motivation in addition to pivotal and compelling conversations with women leaders such as Ida Odinga, former First Lady of Kenya; Dianne Hudson, former producer of Oprah Winfrey Show; Caroline Burnett feeding and housing the homeless at the Dream Center in Los Angeles; CNN Hero Robin Emmons farmer and champion of healthy foods for the needy; Kim DeWitt champion for girls who are victims of FGM in Kenya; Deb Myers advocate for teen girls and more. Documentary music by celebrity musician Moby. The film calls for all women to take action in creating change in the world using their innate skills of compassion, communication and collaboration while working together as one to become a catalyst for a better quality of life for all humanity.
documentary found its message. Back in the United States we continue to film women’s stories and develop the messages of women who are changing the world. These women who are devoted to addressing the needs of not only women, but also humanity inspire us. It is clear that women, indeed, are a voice to be herd and they are creating a movement where the power of women is effecting positive change in the world. Through the voice of media and television, this is the opportunity for Women Like Us Foundation, in association with Dream On Productions, to reach out to millions of people and tell the stories of these compassionate, collaborative and world-changing women. Their stories will inspire and change lives; their stories will change the world. And their stories will motivate the viewer with a call to action for whatever one can do in a large or small way to make a difference.
Their stories are singular…their passions are shared. Our journey began in East Africa. Women Like Us Foundation took a group of 15 women and girls from across the U.S. to Kenya to support the work of remarkable women changing the world there. Joining our humanitarian initiative was the International Spokesperson for WLUF, award-winning journalist and host of E! News, Catt Sadler, along with her mother; Author and Cofounder of WLUF, Linda Rendleman. Producer/ Director Sally Colon-Petree of Dream on Productions brought a film crew to chronicle the journey of these women. It is through the eyes of the women, the motivation to reach out and take chafe for change, that the

A Web App to Assist in Your in Case In family law matters, I often tell my clients that communication with the other parent needs to be documented. Even if your case isn’t contested, it is still a good idea to have written confirmation or proof of certain communications with the other parent. For example, I typically suggest using a shared calendar, such as a Google calendar, to jointly upload and view all activities, events, or parenting time schedules for the children. This way both parents have the responsibility of uploading and reviewing the information and it can help limit communication where that may be necessary. Unfortunately and too often in contested family law matters, text messages, phone calls and voicemails between the parties come into play and the process of reproducing those communications for the court can be tedious. This process can be anything from retyping the entire text communication or call log into a word document or screen shooting the entire communication from the phone and reprinting the images. A web app called PhoneView ($29.95) for Mac users and
Copy Trans for PC users can easily decrease the complications with reproducing these communications. But unfortunately, this app is only for iPhone users. The app allows you to connect your phone to a computer using a USB cable. All of the content from your phone including but not limited to text messages, call logs, and pictures is uploaded and archived and can be saved as PDF files. The information is saved in a way that allows an attorney to prepare the PDF as an exhibit and admit it as an authenticated document into evidence at your hearing. It may also be necessary to use this app when responding to discovery from the opposing party. Often times, a party will request all communications between parties. Not only does this app allow you to upload written communication, but you can also upload videos, voicemails, and other recordings you may have stored on your phone. Before purchasing these apps, discuss these matters with your attorney to determine if it is necessary for your case.

10 Steps to Your Best Day Ever!
by Shelly Aristizabal
This morning as I took my kids to school, I was feeling rushed, my stress levels high, my mind was in a million different places. Sitting at a traffic light I suddenly realized, while my mind is elsewhere, I’m missing some prime moments with my kids. And not really enjoying my day.
4-5 most important things in your life, and start dreaming. Design the life of your dreams and then plan the first few steps you need to take to get there. It feels amazing to start taking action on making your life the way you want it to be.
I decided to change the moment, and in doing so changed my day! We began chatting about the fun we’d had this weekend and started making plans for our next family trip.
5. Declutter. Even if it’s just a little space. Decluttering an area of your life can have a wonderful effect on your mood and happiness level.
Instead of thinking about all the things I had to do today, I brought myself into the moment to be present with them. It was truly lovely.
6. Go for a walk. Get moving, enjoy the natural beauty around you. A walk outside anywhere fills me with warmth and joy. It will have a great effect on your day. Clear your head.
This little incident not only brought warmth and joy into my heart … it brought a realization into my mind: I can either have a stressed, difficult day … or I can have an amazing, fabulous day. I chose fabulous. The rest of the day, I did things to ensure that my day was the best ever. Try a few: 1. Be present. Instead of having your mind elsewhere, bring yourself back to now, in this moment, focused on where you are and what you’re doing and who you’re with. 2. Do less. What is most important towards pursuing my goals and dreams? You don’t need to do everything on your To Do list. Do less (but focus on the important — not urgent — stuff) and you’ll be less stressed out. 3. Get one important thing done. Do less but do more important things. Things that will have a huge impact on your life over the long run. You’ll feel a sense of accomplishment. That makes any day a great day. 4. Design the life of your dreams. What would your life be like if you had no limits? What would make you happy? Action step: pick the
7. Vital Signs. Choose only your three most important projects, and focus on them exclusively to completion, to the exclusion of all other projects. Do that today. You’ll be amazed at how much you’ll accomplish and the terrific effect you will experience on your productivity and your life. 8. Listen to great music. Take time to enjoy something that makes you smile - music, chocolate, art… 9. Watch a sunrise or sunset. Take a few moments every day to express gratitude for all the blessings in your life. This one act will change your day and your life! 10. Spend time with a loved one. When I spent even just a few minutes with my kids this morning, it filled me with a joy unequaled anywhere else in life. There’s someone in your life that you value … make time out of your day today to spend time with them … actually be with them, talk with them, bond with them.

Business Spotlight I had been fascinated with auctions all my life. In 1986, I decided to go to school and get my Auctioneer’s license. I was one of a very few number of women auctioneers in IN at the time. I was involved with many organizations that did Auction Fund Raisers and loved be- ing the Auctioneer for so many wonderful events. Five years later, I got my real estate license. Auctioning real estate was not only a great combination it filled a need in the market place. I love being able to offer choices to Sellers who have property, whether residential or commercial, to sell. Sometimes Auction is the most logical and most profitable way to liquidate property. Sometimes selling at Private Treaty, the traditional method, is the best method for a Seller. I can look at a property and immediately advise the owner which method would best suit their desired outcome. I’ve always said, “Not all property should be Auctioned but some property should ONLY be Auctioned." Working with Buyers is always a joy for me. Helping someone find their dream house is
so rewarding. Working hard to find the perfect match of desired criteria and area for a client makes for a happy homeowner and one who is willing to refer me to their friends and family. That’s the reason 95% of my business is repeat or referral. I enjoy helping clients buy, sell or auction property in any price range. A first time home buyer is so exciting to watch and help while a sea- soned buyer/seller is a challenge I always look forward to. I feel I offer not only options to my clients, but have the knowl- edge and experience to help in the full ‘package’ of needs whether it is getting a mortgage, ordering title work and getting through the in- spection or finding contractors to handle repair needs right up to get- ting to the closing table.

The HCG Story... The story of HCG began in the Fifties when, after having done research on weight loss for 40 years and research on HCG specifically for twenty years, Dr. Simeons reported that patients taking small amounts of HCG, in conjunction Kathryn Azhar, Owner with a very low calorie and her staff diet, could lose weight safely and quickly without exercise, muscle loss or hunger. But all HCG is not created equal. The SuperVision Weight Loss program starts with pharmaceutical HCG. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of confusion created by products being sold without guidance that call themselves “HCG” but do not contain any in their ingredient list. HCG is one of 67 hormones naturally produced in the human body, so if a product states that it is hormone free, it's not HCG.

Cindy's Story
For years, I've had trouble losing the excess weight that I put on. I've tried several plans and fad diets, only to put the weight back on. I came to Super Vision Weight Loss when my doctor told me that I was pre-diabetic. I found the program easy to follow. i was glad to have the support of the staff through the entire transition. I am so happy with my results and my new lease on life.
Gary's Story
My doctor was on my case about my blood pressure, and I know that the extra weight I was carrying wasn’t helping that situation. My knees hurt and I just wanted to feel better. I gave Super Vision Weight Loss a chance to help me get the weight off. They were really great!! I lost 38 lbs. in 31 days! My girlfriend is thrilled. I travel for a living and I was able to stay true to the diet protocol even on the road. I’m so glad I did this diet with Super Vision Weight Loss. I feel YEARS younger and I know I’ll never have that belly again.
HCG does not produce weight loss by itself. However, in concert with a very specific balanced diet, and our help in avoiding unexpected environmental or behavioral deviations, HCG will allow the body to naturally pull the nutrients and calories needed from stored fat reserves into the blood stream at the rate of 1500 to 4000 calories per day. We are sure that those who follow our protocol WILL lose 20-30 pounds in 40 days. These fantastic results ARE typical with our full service packages. SuperVision Weight Loss program is not your run of the mill “eat less and exercise more” diet for a slow loss of 1 to 2 pounds a week that seems to take the rest of your life. Our protocol tricks Mother Nature a little, maybe, however only natural processes are at work. Per Dr. Simeons, it is safe and so very effective.
