YOUR BLOOD IS ALL YOU NEED for REJUVENATION! For the past year, our practice has researched PRP therapies for facial and body rejuvenation. After many webinars and patient testimonials related to their experiences, we discovered the next generation, or upgrade to PRP. PlateletRich-Fibrin (PRF) - the newest in blood concentrate therapy uses your own blood to get the platelets, white blood cells, fibrin scaffolding and mesenchymal stem cells, which ARE NOT found in PRP. PRF has many advantages over PRP. The main advantage of PRF over PRP is the slow release of higher concentration of platelets, measured in days over hours. This means the blood cells are active for longer, allowing for slower release of growth factors, and greater regeneration of the skin. PRF is great to use in conjunction with microneedling, as a natural filler with or without dermal filler, by itself, or for hair stimulation and growth. It is 100% natural with no additives, with research showing better skin rejuvenation, volume effect, better esthetic results, and improved patient satisfaction than that of PRP. It is used to improve skin quality, structure, brightening of the skin and volume.
WHAT IS THE TREATMENT LIKE? 1.
Blood Draw – A small sample of your blood is collected.
2.
Centrifuge – The sample is spun at a slow speed to separate your red blood cells, sending them to the bottom of the tube.
3.
Collect PRF – The top of the tube which has your own platelets and white blood cells placed into separated syringes.
4.
Treatment - The PRF is used for Microneedling (Vampire Facial®), alone (Hair growth, P-Shot®, O-Shot®, any area of the skin), or with dermal filler (Vampire Facelift®, or Vampire Breast lift®).
5.
Results can be seen or felt immediately, with additional enhancements and regeneration over the next few weeks to months.
6.
Additional treatments may be necessary depending upon your desired results.
PRF can be used with facial treatments as an enhancement
PRF –55% PLASMA , 5% PLATELETS, WHITE BLOOD CELLS AND MESENCHVMAL STEM CELLS

Stop Apologizing for Things Outside of Your Control Do you have the kind of personality that when things go wrong you are constantly telling people that you are sorry? On some level and in some way, when things Carol Juergensen Sheets don’t happen to run smoothly, you assume responsibility for that, apologize for the problem, and feel badly about yourself because things did not materialize in the way that you would have liked? This can leave you feeling bad about yourself and anxious about the world. Feeling responsible for things that really are not a direct result of anything you have done typically starts in childhood. Frequent apologizers typically grew up in an overly critical family where at least one parent was too harsh and made you feel like you were accountable for the problems in the family. Your parent likely made you feel like you could have altered the circumstances of something that was going wrong. This undoubtedly left you feeling sad and confused and you began to view the world in a hypervigilant way anticipating things that could go wrong. Now we all know that there are times when we are responsible for problems in our life, but there’s a certain personality type that takes on all the problems of the world. You know if that’s you, because you say, “I’m sorry,” several times a day, when in reality you had nothing to do with the conflict, the problem, or the disappointment. How do you change that behavior when it is so ingrained in your personality? It will be important for you to share with other people that you are no longer going to apologize for things that are outside of your control. You need to ask
people for their help and to actually hold you accountable for apologizing when there was no reason to take responsibility for the problem. Perhaps they can say to you after you’ve apologized, “There you go again, taking responsibility for that.” Or, “You wanted me to let you know when you assumed responsibility incorrectly.” When you find yourself apologizing, use your voice to restate your position about the situation. That might look like, “You’re right, I really had nothing to do with the fact that the dinner did not go well; I prepared everything as planned despite the fact that it wasn’t up to my standards.” Or, “I’m not sure why he’s mad at me right now, but I absolutely did nothing wrong and he must just be having a bad day.” When you restate your situation and take on less responsibility, you will be much more likely to detach from the problem and feel better about yourself. It also might be important for you to spend time with positive people who encourage you, as opposed to discourage you. Unfortunately, people who take on too much responsibility for issues that are not their own oftentimes get scapegoated by others. You will want to stop that pattern of behavior, because it’s not only unhealthy, but it keeps you in a one-down position. So, if you are a person who apologizes frequently for situations that have nothing to do with your own involvement, take warning. Stop yourself from apologizing and restate the issue so that you no longer attach yourself to the outcome of somebody else’s displeasure. Then notice the relief you feel. You will end up feeling less anxious and you will have more confidence which will be a self-esteem builder. You will start attracting more positive people into your life and you will enjoy life with more vitality!

Tap Into Your Body To See The Factors Needed To Bring it Back To Balance What is BioEnergetic Assessment?
BioEnergetic Assessment (BEA) is a cutting edge, non-invasive, highly comprehensive tool that utilizes a computer-based system of testing to measure “pathways” of energy called meridians which flow through the body. BEA will detect imbalances within this flow system and will assist the practitioner in creating an individualized healing solution utilizing nutrition, homeopathics, and/or botanical remedies to restore balance. The body’s flow system can be compromised by a variety of toxins such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, molds, fungi, pesticides, vaccinations, heavy metals, food additives, candida, allergies, and industrial pollutants.
What is the history of BioEnergetic Assessment?
In the early 1950s a German medical doctor, anatomy and physiology professor, and acupuncturist named Dr. Reinhold Voll discovered through his research the relationship between the level of energy flow within the body and the health of organs and different systems by testing acupressure points on the feet and hands. Voll theorized that energy readings higher than normal signify
an acute inflammatory condition and lower readings relate to degenerative tissue damage and thus ElectroAcupressure according to Voll was born or (EAV).
Why BioEnergetic Assessment?
BioEnergetic Assessment provides detailed information into a wide range of health-related issues. The value of the BEA should not be underestimated. Health imbalances may present themselves in the electromagnetic field before they manifest as physical symptoms. BEA can be used in conjunction with other health tests such as blood, urine, saliva, and hair to determine a customized protocol to return the body to state of balance. The BEA process is one of the most exciting tools in the field of integrative health care because of its flexibility in identifying a specific and wide range of energetic imbalances.
What can I expect during BioEnergetic?
The process of BEA testing is non-invasive and painless. Due to its comprehensive nature, BEA is an essential component to my client’s wellness programs. Although BEA is not a diagnostic tool, you will find the indications of the screening process to be vital to maintain your optimal health. Nancy Spahr has been a holistic Health practitioner in Indianapolis for 17 Years at Cleansing Waters, LLC as a colon hydrotherapist which led to her discovery and passion of bioenergetic analysis. She has used the Avatar for 9 years to help people of all ages find ways to overcome their health challenges.
