The HCG Story... The story of HCG began in the Fifties when, after having done research on weight loss for 40 years and research on HCG specifically for twenty years, Dr. Simeons reported that patients taking small amounts of HCG, in conjunction Kathryn Azhar, Owner with a very low calorie and her staff diet, could lose weight safely and quickly without exercise, muscle loss or hunger. But all HCG is not created equal. The SuperVision Weight Loss program starts with pharmaceutical HCG. Unfortunately, there has been a lot of confusion created by products being sold without guidance that call themselves “HCG” but do not contain any in their ingredient list. HCG is one of 67 hormones naturally produced in the human body, so if a product states that it is hormone free, it's not HCG.

Cindy's Story

For years, I've had trouble losing the excess weight that I put on. I've tried several plans and fad diets, only to put the weight back on. I came to Super Vision Weight Loss when my doctor told me that I was pre-diabetic. I found the program easy to follow. i was glad to have the support of the staff through the entire transition. I am so happy with my results and my new lease on life.

Gary's Story

My doctor was on my case about my blood pressure, and I know that the extra weight I was carrying wasn’t helping that situation. My knees hurt and I just wanted to feel better. I gave Super Vision Weight Loss a chance to help me get the weight off. They were really great!! I lost 38 lbs. in 31 days! My girlfriend is thrilled. I travel for a living and I was able to stay true to the diet protocol even on the road. I’m so glad I did this diet with Super Vision Weight Loss. I feel YEARS younger and I know I’ll never have that belly again.

HCG does not produce weight loss by itself. However, in concert with a very specific balanced diet, and our help in avoiding unexpected environmental or behavioral deviations, HCG will allow the body to naturally pull the nutrients and calories needed from stored fat reserves into the blood stream at the rate of 1500 to 4000 calories per day. We are sure that those who follow our protocol WILL lose 20-30 pounds in 40 days. These fantastic results ARE typical with our full service packages. SuperVision Weight Loss program is not your run of the mill “eat less and exercise more” diet for a slow loss of 1 to 2 pounds a week that seems to take the rest of your life. Our protocol tricks Mother Nature a little, maybe, however only natural processes are at work. Per Dr. Simeons, it is safe and so very effective.

Business

Spotlight Carol Juergensen Sheets LCSW, PCC, CSAT is both a psychotherapist and a life coach in Indianapolis. She has worked in the field for over 33 years and made it her mission to educate and inspire people to create the life they deserve. After doing psychotherapy primarily with children, families, couples and individuals, she decided that she wanted to reach people on a larger level and find ways to connect to people that went beyond the therapy office. She secured a column with the Indianapolis Star and had over 800,000 readers who looked forward to her Carol the Coach column for over five years. Her column preceded her three radio call in shows on WXNT and WIBC for over 5 years. Her last show, Sex, Love and Relationships on Saturday night kept the Indianapolis community tuned in to how they could improve their relationships by tweaking their relationship behaviors. She jokingly says that she considers herself the "resident psychotherapist and life coach" for the Indianapolis community. "I love interacting with people who may not have the resources to seek out a therapist but can email or call me on the air and get advice that can change their life!”

Soon everybody knew Carol as Carol the Coach. When asked about her profession she tells people "I have the best job in the world! I am a psychotherapist, speaker, radio talk show host, author, and personal life coach. Early on in my life I learned that my passion was to help people and educate them about their own potential and I have spent a lifetime getting to do that." She owns a company called Strategic Therapies and Coaching. Providing both mental health and personal life coaching which assists clients in changing their lives from the inside out. She teaches a unique blend of skill sets that transforms people into who they want to be.

Psychotherapy typically focuses on what people need to heal most often from their childhood while life coaching teaches them how they can take their life to the next level. She explains that often times people need to process and work through their childhood wounds and release them so that they can transform their life. "After the wounds are healed, I can help them to actualize their potential! I get to be a part of the whole transformation which is so gratifying and rewarding." Carol knows how important it is to have faith and trust in both the psychotherapy and life coaching process. She's worked with thousands of people and has run a variety of groups including women's empowerment groups, cognitive behavioral groups, self esteem groups, men's groups, and sexual addiction groups. Her specialty includes women's issues, anxiety management, depression, sexual abuse, marital therapy, and now she is the only certified sexual addictions therapist in the Indianapolis area. Carol is always looking for a way to reinvent herself. She assesses what the community needs and goes after the certifications and training to become a specialist. Carol is available for consultation at her office located at 3815 River Crossing Pkwy., Suite 100, Indianapolis, IN 46240. You can reach her at 317-847-2244 or you can email her at carol@carolthecoach. com Go to her website at Carolthecoach. com and read the library of articles she has written on self-improvement and mental health. You can also watch her monthly on WTHR's Community Focus at noon. Carol wants you to know that you always "have a resident psychotherapist and life coach" right at your fingertips. She welcomes your emails and your questions. She considers it a privilege to serve you!

PROACTIVE STEPS YOU CAN TAKE TO PROTECT YOUR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIM When someone is injured in an accident, whether it’s an auto, motorcycle, or bicycle accident, a slip and fall, or some other circumstance caused by another’s negligence, that person may be in shock. It may be difficult to think straight or ask the right questions. Without a doubt, it’s a time of confusion, pain and anger. Many times, a person may be too injured to do anything at the time of their injury other than seek medical attention. But often, that is not the case. Knowing what to do beforehand can help you protect your claim. Here are some simple tips on what to do if you are injured: Collisions involving moving vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles, trucks • Photograph the scene where the collision occurred • If possible, photograph the damage on all vehicles, motorcycles, trucks or bicycles before they are moved • Provide a statement to the investigating officer explaining what occurred from your point of view • Ask for a copy of the other driver’s insurance card • Obtain a copy of the police report from www.Buycrash.com • Know the coverage limits of your auto insurance policy including your UI/UIM coverage as well as any excess coverage you may have pursuant to an umbrella policy • Notify your auto insurance carrier right away that you have been involved in an accident • Do not agree to allow your motor vehicle, motorcycle, truck or bicycle to be salvaged by any insurance carrier until you have had a chance to examine the same and take photographs. If liability is in question, you may need the property damage information for your bodily injury case.

8

Make sure that if you are asked to sign a release for your property damage, it is limited to property damage only Slip and Falls • Photograph the rug, mat, spill, step, hole, obstacle or other item or circumstance that caused your fall • Report the fall to a person with authority and provide your own written account - do not sign their written account • Ask for a copy of the incident report before you leave the scene • Ask for the name of the company’s insurance carrier and request that a claim for your medical expenses be opened pursuant to their med-pay coverage • If the fall occurs at someone else’s home, ask for a copy of their homeowner’s insurance policy and/or the name of their homeowner’s insurance carrier For all situations: • If requested, provide a tape recorded statement to your insurance company only – do not provide a tape recorded statement to anyone else’s insurance company or an investigator • Seek immediate medical attention – do not wait and delay treatment • Explain how you were injured to the attending physician • Follow all of your doctor’s orders and keep a copy of all medical visits, prescriptions and records pertaining to your injury • Know your health insurance coverage and keep track of your co-pays and expenses

Trauma and Self Esteem Women are extremely resilient. They can weather emotional pain and grow stronger from it. They can experience trauma and find that they must work harder to work through the issues but as a result they have gained lifelong coping skills. Divorce, abandonment, rejection, severe criticism or abuse is trauma that many children have overcome. However, sometimes the person experiences several traumas and the person does not recover. When this occurs, it can impair a person’s ability to function. I have coined this phenomenon: having a “wounded soul.” When a person’s soul is wounded, They are kept locked in a holding pattern. If a person cannot overcome his trials and tribulations, he suffers debilitating effects. Although he may look successful, he is hiding a dark secret inside. Not only does he feel inadequate, but he is also unable to maintain healthy relationships because of past wounds. People who have this condition are unable to fully give or receive from another human being. It prevents them from having intimate relationships. They report that there is a hole inside of them that is insatiable. They may derive pleasure from certain activities or hobbies, but any joy they derive is short-lived. They typically cannot recall positive memories of their childhood. People who have experienced a wounded soul describe not feeling like they measure up, even when they have accomplished great achievements. People with this condition don’t see their potential. As you might imagine, people who have experienced early childhood trauma has learned that life is too painful, so they have withdrawn from relationships to avoid being hurt which insulates and protects them from further injury. They have given up emotionally. They are unable to achieve intimacy because they turned off the switch to human emotion long

ago. Their ability to disassociate becomes so natural that they become performers or actors not allowing feelings to work into the equation. They may not have a conscience awareness that they Carol Juergensen Sheets have given up on others, let alone themselves. Sometimes they become overly critical to keep others from getting too close. They are at high risk for alcoholism and drug addiction. They may spend their whole life self-medicating the pain. Some have learned to channel their loneliness in socially acceptable ways like working excessively or climbing the corporate ladder. They may seek external means to feel good, but nothing fills the hole that the childhood trauma has created. If you love someone who meets these criteria, you must realize there is nothing you can say or do that will compensate for the previous pain. You will need to find healthier people to draw from emotionally as your loved one has very little to give you emotionally. If you believe that you might suffer from this condition, you need to run (not walk) to the nearest counseling agency and be ready to do some intensive psychotherapy. Although your prognosis is guarded, you can overcome your past if you are ready to do the work, feel the pain, move beyond it, and trust again. You did the best you could with what life dealt you and now as an adult it is up to you to change your course and find the joy in human connection. You mastered the art of disconnecting to avoid being repeatedly hurt. It served you well as a child but now it requires that you find the right tools to take life to the next level. Intimacy is part of that human connection!
