Tap Into Your Body To See The Factors Needed To Bring it Back To Balance What is BioEnergetic Assessment?

BioEnergetic Assessment (BEA) is a cutting edge, non-invasive, highly comprehensive tool that utilizes a computer-based system of testing to measure “pathways” of energy called meridians which flow through the body. BEA will detect imbalances within this flow system and will assist the practitioner in creating an individualized healing solution utilizing nutrition, homeopathics, and/or botanical remedies to restore balance. The body’s flow system can be compromised by a variety of toxins such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, molds, fungi, pesticides, vaccinations, heavy metals, food additives, candida, allergies, and industrial pollutants.

What is the history of BioEnergetic Assessment?

In the early 1950s a German medical doctor, anatomy and physiology professor, and acupuncturist named Dr. Reinhold Voll discovered through his research the relationship between the level of energy flow within the body and the health of organs and different systems by testing acupressure points on the feet and hands. Voll theorized that energy readings higher than normal signify

an acute inflammatory condition and lower readings relate to degenerative tissue damage and thus ElectroAcupressure according to Voll was born or (EAV).

Why BioEnergetic Assessment?

BioEnergetic Assessment provides detailed information into a wide range of health-related issues. The value of the BEA should not be underestimated. Health imbalances may present themselves in the electromagnetic field before they manifest as physical symptoms. BEA can be used in conjunction with other health tests such as blood, urine, saliva, and hair to determine a customized protocol to return the body to state of balance. The BEA process is one of the most exciting tools in the field of integrative health care because of its flexibility in identifying a specific and wide range of energetic imbalances.

What can I expect during BioEnergetic?

The process of BEA testing is non-invasive and painless. Due to its comprehensive nature, BEA is an essential component to my client’s wellness programs. Although BEA is not a diagnostic tool, you will find the indications of the screening process to be vital to maintain your optimal health. Nancy Spahr has been a holistic Health practitioner in Indianapolis for 17 Years at Cleansing Waters, LLC as a colon hydrotherapist which led to her discovery and passion of bioenergetic analysis. She has used the Avatar for 9 years to help people of all ages find ways to overcome their health challenges. Please say “I found it in Indy Metro Woman Magazine!” Thanks!

Another Family's Success Story The birth of a child is such an exciting time – there are no limits for the future! But for some families, the dream is suddenly limited when their baby does not pass their newborn hearing screening. For Ian Lawrence’s parents, the news was not concerning, but they agreed to come in for further testing. The diagnosis was difficult to process. Ian had significant hearing loss in both ears. The Lawrence family considered pursuing American Sign Language, but for many reasons they wanted to try spoken language first. However, if they wanted the best opportunity, they needed to get hearing aids quickly, and work with a therapist to use them appropriately. Ian had his first set of tiny hearing aids when he was only two months old, and the Lawrence family found a specialized therapist through

St. Joseph Institute. By the time Ian was one, he was making good progress – babbling and responding to sound, but he needed stronger amplification. They made the decision to pursue cochlear implants. Ian recovered from the surgery quickly, and was wrestling with dad the next day. Therapy was not simple, but the results were remarkable. By the time Ian was two, he was speaking in phrases of two or more words. At three, Ian’s communication skills were close to other children his age, and after preschool at St. Joseph he will soon enter Kindergarten at his local school. He loves to talk about dinosaurs and rockets. There are no limits to his future!

You Determine the Impact Do you see yourself as a survivor or a thriver? Do you fall prey to the things that happen to you or do you put them in perspective and ask what you can learn from Carol Juergensen Sheets the unfortunate circumstance? Do you often feel devastated by the cards that are dealt to you, or do you gather your bearings and ask yourself, ‘what do I need to do to recover from this’? Life has lots of challenges. We live in a world that offers both good and bad. Many unfortunate things have occurred have nothing to do with your behavior…they just are. Cancer, traffic accidents, space shuttle disasters, terrorism, physical disability are all occurrences that happen through no fault of your own. Personal situations like divorce, abuse, downsizing, a spouse’s addiction may not be in any way a result of your behavior. Yet, those types of life circumstances require the use of the life skill—reframing. Reframing is the ability to look at life’s situations and glean what can be learned from them. Where is the growth in the situation? A person who uses reframing does not fall victim to life’s circumstances—they grow stronger.

I frequently ask clients to practice the life skill of reframing by teaching them an empowering statement to keep things “in perspective”. I ask them to memorize the phrase, ‘No one or nothing deserves that much power’. They must use the phrase anytime they feel overwhelmed with life’s circumstances. This applies to situations that fall both inside and outside of their control. • If your ex-husband or wife is power struggling with you about the kids and you are giving it too much mental energy…tell yourself, ‘my ex does not deserve all this power’. Remind yourself that only you can give your ex all that power. You may not be able to control whether they take you back to court, but you can control how much time you think about it. • You feel overwhelmed by the Columbia shuttle disaster and are starting to question if anything is safe in this world. I would ask you to say to yourself, ‘I won’t give this event so much power that it colors my vision of the world’. This is not meant to be trite, but accidents happen, and those brave astronauts lived life to the fullest. The gains were worth the risks to them.

Saturday May 18th Indianapolis city Market Catacombs Tours 2019 at Indianapolis City Market Indianapolis City Market and Indiana Landmarks stage tours of an unusual site usually hidden from public view. Our guided tour of the Catacombs shows you a Roman-looking expanse of brick arches beneath the outdoor Whistler Plaza of City Market. The Catacombs qualify as both a ruin and a redevelopment opportunity. They’re what remains of Tomlinson Hall, an imposing building whose main hall seated 3,500 people. Dietrich Bohlen designed the hall in 1886 to complement his earlier work at City Market. He also designed Indiana Landmarks’ Morris-Butler House. Tomlinson burned in January 1958, turning Market Street into an icy lake as firefighters battled the blaze. The city took down the remains later that year but left the vast basement of brick arches intact. Our Catacombs don’t have bones or crypts, but feature scores of brick barrel-vaulted arches from Tomlinson Hall. Tours last approximately 30 minutes and depart from Whistler Plaza, the west plaza of City Market, 222 E. Market Street, Indianapolis. The tour check-in may be relocated inside the West Wing, depending on the weather.
