Aix-en-Provence has preserved the architectural heritage in the light shades of stone of its old city centre and an unspoilt countryside. Aix en Provence is an attractive city for national and foreign clients. In a difficult overall economic climate, the Aix market has maintained a certain energy. Demand dropped sharply but remains present although it is more challenging. It is focused near the city centre or the amenities, on properties in very good condition and that meet the new standards for energy-saving and comfort. There is a shortage of goods corresponding to the new requirements of the buyers. The market has become healthier. The various players are aware of the persistent difficulty to conclude a transaction. The buyers are regaining confidence and Aix-en-Provence has important assets to support the demand. The number of transactions is expected to grow on quality sites that have adapted to market prices. Il y a une pénurie de biens correspondant aux nouvelles exigences des acquéreurs. Le marché s’est assaini. Les différents acteurs ont pris conscience de la difficulté persistante de conclure une transaction. Les acquéreurs reprennent confiance et Aixen-Provence bénéficie d’importants atouts pour soutenir la demande.
