We have the pleasure of presenting you with the latest edition of our magazine, dedicated to exceptional properties for sale and rental offered by our PARIS agency. Despite the noted 2.1% decrease in price in all Parisian districts and the increase in sales volumes in 2015, the luxury real estate market which is destined particularly to an international clientele, has followed a distinct logic. The recent fall of the euro against the dollar generated an influx of American clients presented by our new partner, CORCORAN. For foreign buyers, who represented 70 % of our clients in 2015, Paris remains a dream destination and a secure long term investment. In terms of value for money and quality, Paris is an attractive capital in comparison to its international competitors, and also remains historically preserved from speculative market fluctuations. Si pour la totalité des arrondissements parisiens les prix ont baissé en moyenne de 2,1% sur un an avec un volume de ventes en augmentation depuis le début de 2015, le marché de l’immobilier d’exception, destiné tout particulièrement à la clientèle étrangère, obéit à une logique distincte. La récente chute de l’euro face au dollar génère depuis le début de l’année un afflux des acquéreurs américains qui sont présentés par notre nouveau partenaire, le réseau CORCORAN.
