Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat remains the reference market for the international clientele searching for calm and discretion. The peninsula has been popular with royalty, artists and businessmen for over a century. Offers are limited on the peninsula of Cap Ferrat but can be increased with the neighboring towns such Villefranche sur Mer, Beaulieu sur Mer, Eze and Cap d’Ail. The Eastern European clientele have been very present during the last two seasons, but we see a gradual return of the English, American and Northern Europe clients, while demands from the Middle-East remain stable. Prices have stabilized, customers remain confident in the safe investment of real estate on the French Riviera, but they will only pay the price if quality is part of the equation. The John Taylor agency in Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat celebrated its 85 years of existence in 2015 with an increase in turnover of 25%, the prospects for 2016 are very encouraging. Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat reste le marché de référence pour la clientèle Internationale qui recherche le calme et la discrétion. Les prix se sont stabilisés, la clientèle reste confiante dans la valeur refuge de l’immobilier de la Côte d’Azur, mais elle ne paiera le prix qu’à condition que la qualité soit au rendez-vous. L’agence John Taylor de Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat a fêté en 2015 ses 85 ans d’existence avec une progression de 25 % de son activité, les perspectives pour l’année 2016 sont encourageantes. Best Regards.
