Appointed manager of the agency earlier this year, I am constantly appreciating to what extent the market here in the hinterland is showing signs of improvement. A majority of the clientele comes from abroad or from Monaco to relax in our villages and to take advantage of the stone-built property with its lush Mediterranean gardens and views of the sea. The forth coming opening of the shopping center “Polygone Riviera” will offer a choice of 180 shops for shopping, a cinema, a bowling alley and numerous restaurants. Our real estate activity is showing encouraging signs of recovery in sales as well as in seasonal rentals, prices now having adjusted down to market conditions Only 15 minutes from Nice International Airport, 25 minutes from Cannes and 35 minutes from Monaco, our area is attracting more and more clients wishing to live in a quiet, country environment whilst still close to the “bright lights” of the coast.
