Saint-Tropez will always be Saint-Tropez… Those who are not acquainted with this unique peninsula, often speak ill of it. But for those who already have discovered it, it hides many treasures and inevitably we all fall under its charm for one reason or another. Saint-Tropez, with the help of its neighbouring towns Ramatuelle and Gassin offers a rich and diverse palette of moods, scenery and colours. The real estate market has been low for the last two seasons, with a decline in the number of transactions, as it has for the rest of the Riviera. 2015 has begun under more auspicious terms and several significant transactions confirm this. The offers are plentiful but more and more varied, customer expectations are changing and the current properties need to be adapted to find buyers for sales or rentals. Saint-Tropez sera toujours Saint-Tropez… Ceux qui ne connaissent pas cette presqu’île unique en parlent finalement souvent mal.
