Sarah is a native Oregonian and a lifelong Willamette Valley resident. She graduated from Corban University in Salem, Oregon, and spent 14 years in the securities industry before finding her true calling and passion as a Real Estate Broker. She brings unique insight and expertise to the Polk, Marion & Linn County Real Estate Markets Whether working with first-time home buyers or seasoned investors, she loves helping others realize the dream of homeownership.

With a passion for the local community, revitalization, and the opportunity to better serve clients, Sarah desired to open a HomeSmart office in her hometown of Dallas, OR. In 2018 that desire became a reality when she and her husband, Sam, purchased and remodeled a 1900 brick building and opened a HomeSmart office! A true labor of love, the office currently houses 8 HomeSmart brokers!

Sarah is actively involved with the community and business development opportunities serving as PTF President for her kid’s school, Vice President of the Dallas Area Chamber of Commerce, and a director for the Polk County Association of Realtors. While not selling real estate or volunteering, she enjoys interior design, remodeling projects and investment properties with her husband, traveling, and spending time with her family
