Lauren started her business to be an entrepreneur and a leader. Her goal has always been to make things easier for people looking to buy or sell a home. Getting into Real Estate was always a high interest of hers. Her flexibility and ability to pivot in any situation that may come up during a transaction is a significant element of her business and has driven her success to the levels she has achieved.

As Lauren's business grew, she expanded her relationships by starting a team, Lauren Kerr Group. For 2022 she brought on new members to further assist her clients. This has allowed her geography to expand immensely. Her accolades include: the 2020-2022 New Jersey Realtors Gold Level Circle of Excellence Award, HomeSmart's Three Diamond Club Award, Top Producing Agent through her brokerage, Best of Zillow, and ranked as one of America's top 15% of producing Realtors by Bright MLS. Lauren is proud to be a Licensed Broker in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
