Growing up, she always had an eye for architecture and interior design and enjoyed going to home shows with her mother throughout her childhood. She decided it was time to escape to the mountains for a fresh take on life and made Colorado her forever home in 2008. She obtained her bachelor's degree from MSU Denver in 2015 with a focus on Hospitality, Tourism, and Events. While working in the Events industry, Jillian discovered her passion for sales and real estate. She joined Team Vivi summer of 2020 and is excited to work beside some of the best in the business.

Vivi Gloriod began her real estate career in 1996, taking a summer job with a builder who had sold 12 houses in 2 1/2 years. Vivi sold 13 houses in two months! After a 25year career in restaurant and retail management, he merged his passion for customer service with real estate and joined Pumma Properties in 2014. His time as a manager helped him realize that he enjoyed helping others. Entering the real estate industry felt like a natural fusion of his talent for business and passion for developing lasting relationships while helping people achieve their goals. Justin started his areer in retail for Starbucks Coffee Company during high school. His edication and attention to detail helped his growth within the ompany. By age 20, he was managing his first location and spent e next ten years managing multiple locations and building great relationships within his community. Justin left Starbucks to pursue a childhood dream and became a Sheriff's Deputy in King County. After a year in this field, he decided that law enforcement was not the right fit for him and his family. "How do you prioritize your time as a leader to avoid burnout?"

A: "Our team structure makes it easy for me to prioritize my time. Most Team Leaders need to close their own transactions in order to support the team. I will only do five or so real estate transactions a year to keep up with what is happening in the market and to service past clients or family. Therefore, 90% of my time is directly dedicated to supporting the agents on my team I am a bit of a workaholic, so I try to force myself to take twoone week breaks where I mostly check out from real estate. I do not know if I could ever 100% checkout. It is just not in my nature "
