Chris is a Seattle-area native. He grew up in Silverdale and had a two-year stint living in Seattle as a child. His father was a career Naval Officer, and his family enjoyed living in one of the historic yellow homes on "Office's Row" on the crest of Magnolia's Discovery Park for two years. He graduated from Central Kitsap High School and then from the United States Naval Academy with a degree in mechanical engineering and served as a Naval Officer on duty and in the reserves. Chris also has worked as an engineer for MagnaDrive in Bellevue and Cadman in Redmond and had his own urban farming company.

Chris began his Real Estate career as a residential agent with Century 21 in San Diego from 2005-2007. After earning two master's degrees in three years at the University of Washington, he decided to get back into brokerage and joined Windermere from 2014-2015. In 2015, he joined HomeSmart Real Estate Associates.

Chris is in love with Seattle and everything northwest! He is surrounded by some of the world's most beautiful waters, mountains, and forests. Furthermore, the rain keeps everything clean and green. As an avid skier and hiker, Chris has something to do outside year-round. He runs with three different running clubs, which he has enjoyed tremendously (they drink beer afterward). You can also likely find Chris at the gym, gardening, enjoying the company of his friends out in the town, at a beach bonfire, or exploring around the city, visiting a new venue.
