Art Adventures: Exploring Spring
Ceramics Summer Wheelthrowing Workshop
Engaging activities including story-time, movement and music, students will create unique projects relating to spring. They will work with drawing, painting and three dimensional processes.
For beginners and intermediate ceramics students. Come and learn the basics of making pottery on the potter’s wheel! Students will be able to paint their projects, but will have to wait to pick up their projects once they are glazed and fired in the HCA kiln.

Secret Art Night!
Whether you are looking for a kid’s night out, or a night away from your parents, unwind from your week and indulge in some play and fun art! Our instructor will guide you through an Earth Day themed art project where you’ll be able to add your unique touches. Mixed media and an assortment of unconventional materials. Art & Nature will present how nature has been interpreted by and inspired artists from many cultures and times. This class will explore a variety of mediums and techniques.

Masterclass
with Noel Smith
Ages 14–Adult | Grades 9–Adult | Tuition $75 Saturday, 04/23 | 1:00–3:00 PM
Come join Broadway’s voice teacher Noel Smith for an exciting master class. In this class you will not only get to sing your 32 bar cut and work with Noel, but she will also cover: • how to select the best audition songs • how to build a well-rounded audition book and be ready for any audition that comes up • how to cut songs for auditions and mark music • how to talk to a pianist at your audition • Q&A at the end Noel trains professionals for Broadway auditions, and works with them to maintain the vocally demanding 8 shows a week. Noel’s high school students are prepared for entry into top tier conservatories. Her child actor/singers are found on broadway, tv and Regional play houses. She has been a featured presenter for NATS and The Voice Foundation on Healthy Belting and Managing Vocal Load, and a guest artist/teacher at The Walnut Hill School, and New England Conservatory prep program. Noel is a graduate of The Boston Conservatory at Berklee, is a voting member of The Recording Academy, ASCAP, NATS, President Emeritus, Boston NATS, The Voice Foundation and NYSTA (New York Singing Teachers Association).
