1. FITTING THE BIT STRAPS Fit the bit straps to your bit first, with the buckle on the outside and the end of the strap facing upwards, then attach to the bridle using the bit rings at the bottom of the cheek pieces.
3. DOING THE TOP BACK STRAPS This should be fastened flush with the skin, not loose like a throat lash.
2. POSITIONING THE FRONT NOSE PIECE The key to fitting your RamboÂŽ Micklem Bridle is to ensure that the front nosepiece is approx 2 to 3 inches higher than the corners of the mouth and at least six fingers above the nostrils.
4. DOING THE BOTTOM BACK STRAPS This fits like a standard dropped noseband, underneath the bit and flush with the skin.
5. FITTING THE TONGUE AND BAR PROTECTOR Use the appropriate length clips to join the bit to the side rings and you have a unique tongue and bar protection system.

Clothing Designer for Kids/Classics/ Competition Collection
Helena who originally hails from Sweden was previously a buyer for H&M. Designing and sewing her own clothes as young as five years old, Helena always knew she would become a designer. After falling for the Irish charm she decided to pursue her dream here in Ireland working for Horseware. Working amongst the clothing department, Helena enjoys the full process from researching and developing to QC and attending tradeshows. Being one step ahead is the life of a clothing designer and knowing the trends a year in advance is an exciting buzz. She credits her work collegues and supplliers for making her job a joyous one.
Product Designer in the Research & Development Team
Alyssa a native of Ireland, has been riding since a young age and now competes in eventing and showjumping on a regular basis. After studying Product Design in DIT in Dublin, she joined Horseware’s Research and Development team as a product designer. Alyssa works on all products available, from patterns and size charts of rugs for all animals, to every other product in between. Everyday there is something new happening in R&D and this continuous stream of innovation and creativity is what she enjoys most. Her goal is to produce the very best products through research, conceptualisation and countless hours of testing and Alyssa is happy she gets to be a part of this process everyday.

Animal lover Aga, began her adventure with Horseware nine years ago when she first started working in retail and then made her transition to the Sales Department. As part of the sales team, Aga manages our Dutch, Finish and Eastern European markets and is in constant communication with our retailers in these areas. A photographer in her spare time Aga has helped photograph some of our dogware lines using her own dogs as models.
