Diagnosis: Plantar fibromatosis
Discussion Plantar fibromatosis, also known as Ledderhose disease, is the development of fibrous nodules, often multiple, in the plantar fascia. Can co-exist with palmar fibromatosis (Dupuytren’s contracture).
