O índio Brasileiro acreditava em honra, palavra, e não tinha ideia de que suas terras eram tao importantes para o suposto desenvolvimento da Nação, e que os empreendedores usariam de muitos meios para conseguir as terras tao cobiçadas, e expulsar o pobre índio que não entendia, mas fugia da violência e da perseguição. A ameaça chamada homem, começava a se tornar um gigantesco problema que destruiu habitats e dizimou milhares da população indigena brasileira.

In 1986 in the city of Porto Franco, at 10 years of age. How art came into your life. Did you studied art or you self taught ? I am the son of craftsman, as a child my father shaped leather, however, painting always attracted me, starting with drawings that caught people’s attention. However, as a humble family my parents did not understand my passion for painting, they thought that art would not provide sustenance, that I should do medicine, be a doctor. Learning to paint came naturally as a talent, but I never did an specific course in art, just reading and research . What market do you target today ? My paintings interest different
types of people who buy just for decoration or collectors who identify with my style and the way color is applied. Is there governmental support for the arts in Brazil? Fairs and public event , exhibitions , etc. ? I believe there is some encouragement, but they are all in the capital, not reaching the interior of the state. Going back to childhood, how do you describe the art coming into your life? As I said earlier I am the son of craftsman and I accompanied my father , watching him mold various objects with leather, such as : shoes, saddle, instruments for rural area etc. . Looking in the past would you do something more? Or something less ? And what would it be? I believe I had a wonderful childhood, even with the simple life ... I see that everything happened at the right time, the difficulties, all served to learning to formation of the man I am today, I would do it all over again . Which Brazilian artists were your biggest influence ? Portinari, Tarsila do Amaral, Di Cavalcanti, I created and was inspired by the works of these artists style and more recently AdĂŠlio Sarro . Is there something special that art has gifted you in life ? Through art I got to know several places, had a broader outlook in life, I met artists and interesting people wherever I ... And it created an important career with a strong bond of friendship .

Procurava um poeta e achei um pintor, encontrei na tela a sua poesia, do Brasil Brasileiro, que ainda quer ser grande, a poesia do Nordestino que tem voz forte e grita com a alma. Na pintura de Valdones entendi que Brasil e’ raiz, povo e paixão, se alguém duvidar olhe as telas, a alma do pintor, seu legado para mundo que nunca mente e nos agradece a atenção Valdones dos Santos Ribeiro, Brasileiro Maranhense, artista e pintor. Perguntei a ele algumas coisas de sua vida e do encontro com sua arte, percebi que ele conta somente o necessario pois e’ reservado. Gosta de conversar mas nao muito de si mesmo, e’ Flamenguista, e tem um grande talento, em realidade um talento que conta historias e mostra o Brasil dos Brasileiros

Ou algo a menos? E o que seria? Acredito que tive uma infância maravilhosa, mesmo com a vida simples... Vejo que tudo aconteceu no tempo certo, as dificuldades, todas serviram de aprendizagem para formação do homem que sou hoje, faria tudo novamente.

The show, aimed at families who enjoy freestyle bike tricks, full of excitement that delights many attracted by speed, thrilling dangerous motocross stunts and mind blowing unexpected moves with, motorcycles, ATVs, and bikes. presenting over 1000 tricks that defy the laws of gravity with special laser effects, and also the largest fireworks show in a closed arena, All accompanied by a soundtrack of weight from metallic rock, dubstep, hip-hop and electronic music . PIBBOrlando planned and organized the event, that reunited the Brazilian Community and showed that what is made in Faith can reach out an amazing number of people. The event offered regional food, and also showed typical outfits like the Brazilian South Gaucho, with original accessories and clothing by Volnei Rodrigues. It was a great opportunity for all to taste typical Brazilian Food, learn a little of its regional costumes, and to meet and greet with the Brazilian Community. Pintou muitos autorretratos, paisagens mortas e cenas imaginarias, sempre usando cores fortes e vivas, abordando temas da sua própria vida, e usando objetos simbólicos em todas elas. Em um de seus quadros, La Coluna Rota, ela mostra um de vários aspectos dolorosos de sua vida, grande parte passada na cama, retrata a desintegração do seu corpo e o terrível sofrimento que padecia, aparece com um aparelho ortopédico de metal e com o corpo aberto mostrando uma coluna quebrada no lugar da coluna vertebral. Conheci Edson Castro quando eu morava em Paris.Os acontecimentos das questões indígenas do Brasil nos aproximou e fui um dia ao seu atelier. Um apartamento amplo cheio de paredes a serviço de suas telas em processo de criação, um piano de cauda e uma janela imensa com vista a um jardim encantado pelos perfis dos prédios parisienses ao fundo. Iluminado. Me contou que amigos músicos e bailarinas faziam parte de sua criação. Li suas críticas de arte coladas nas paredes como se ele as tivesse que ler para sentir que era realidade e rir de si mesmo soltando sua mais livre criação. Fato este confirmado quando pude estar presente em sua Exposição em Saint Germain em Paris. Uma extensão pública genuína do espetáculo do seu atleier estava acontecendo com normalidade, bem ali na selva de Paris como se sua casa fosse e é. Como aconteceu sua trajetória de arte Brasil França?
Eu morei em várias cidades do Brasil, a última foi São Paulo, onde realizei exposições em várias galeri as e museus. Mas sempre tive a curiosidade de saber se eu poderia viver da minha obra em qualquer parte do mundo e essa curiosidade me trouxe até aqui. Eu também queria con hecer todos os museus e ver os grandes mestres ao vivo, isso abriu bastante a minha percepção.
A concepção do seu trabalho tem muito a percorrer ainda e como tem sido esse processo? As coisas não entram pelos meus olhos as coisas saem pelos meus olhos. Eu nunca sei o que eu vou fazer é como

Eu nasci e cresci no pantanal no meio da natureza com os bichos, isso mexe bastante com a imaginação. Eu me lembro que pegava cada pedra como se fosse um planeta, havia uma ingenuidade muito forte e a noite ouvia muita histórias dos mais velhos, essa atmosfera eu guardo comigo até hoje.

Os naïfs, em geral, são autodidatas e sua pintura não é ligada a nenhuma escola ou tendência. Essa é a força desses artistas que podem pintar sem regras, nem constrangimentos. Podem ousar tudo. São os “poetas anarquistas do pincel”. Seus temas são diversos e relacionados à cultura de um povo e suas crenças religiosas. Como é o seu processo criativo em si? De onde vem a sua inspiração para fazer um trabalho, quer seja um quadro, um painel, uma arte aplicada ou livro. Tudo que eu vejo ou sinto, elaboro uma imagem em minha cabeça e essa imagem vai tomando formas. São imagens do cotidiano. Lembranças de minha cidade e de coisas simples. Faço uma leitura dos nossos costumes e da nossa cultura. As cores são pensadas de acordo com a composição geral da obra. Busco um colorido que transmita alegria, vida, como o que eu retrato nos meus quadros. A pintura Naif não é uma arte brasileira, mas ela retrata muito bem a arte brasileira, podemos considera-la a mais brasileira das artes? A arte Naif é uma expressão dos costumes e da vida da região de cada artista. Portanto é correto afirmar que os nossos artistas Naifs captam uma linguagem brasileira autêntica, retratando a nossa cultura, nossos costumes, folclore, paisagens e o cotidiano de sua terra, das suas raízes.

A arte é uma produção intelectual primorosa, onde as emoções estão inseridas no contexto da criação, porém na historia da arte, vemos que muitos artistas são derivados de outros, seguindo técnicas e movimentos artísticos através do tempo, você possui algum modelo ou influencia de algum artista? Quem seria? Realmente, todo artista recebe algum tipo de influência. Desde pequeno eu gostava de desenhar. Primeiramente, copiando os desenhos em quadrinhos, depois, tentando criar personagens que povoavam a minha mente, seja através das paisagens que percebia da minha cidade, seja pelos símbolos da influência religiosa. Alguns artistas contribuíram para o aprimoramento da minha técnica, e me deram toques quanto ao desenho. Posso citar nomes como, Elias dos Santos, Flávio Tavares, Valdomiro de Deus e o mestre Hermano José, meu grande orientador.
Você tem participado de varias exposições e eventos fora do Brasil. Como tem sido a aceitação de seus trabalhos tanto pela critica especializada, como pelo publico amante das artes. Tenho muita sorte de ter conseguido expandir, divulgar o meu trabalho em diversos lugares do mundo. E principalmente, por ter uma boa aceitação do público e da crítica à minha obra. Credito essa aceitação ao reconhecimento da arte Naif, que passou a ser divulgada por meio da realização de salões nacionais, confecção de catálogos, premiações incentivadas por Instituições Culturais, assim como, pela dedicação e seriedade com que trato a minha obra.

The Naif painting is not a form of Brazilian art, but portrays it very well, should we consider it a form of Brazilian art ? Yuppy has had 3 releases and 4 videos out in his freshman year of doing music and he is not looking back. His music connects to his listeners and thats one of the reasons why his buzz is quickly growing. What response have you been getting from this single? The response has been relatively the same, A very positive laid-back, honest concept over a dope beat. Good positive energy. Right now we just released the " No Days Off" project… so we will be shooting and releasing a visual for a single from the EP and staying active with building the Brand GMATT & making dope music for the Label SCR… Speaking of future plans, what do you have planned for the rest of 2014?
