August 29, 2013 Dear Exhibitor: Thank you for being part of the 1st Brazilian Expo and Independence Day Celebration. This event is taking place on Saturday, September 7th at Crown Plaza Universal from noon to 10:00 pm. This will be a fun-filled family event that aims at bringing forth the flavor of Brazilian Heritage. As an exhibitor you are entitled to an 8’ table, which includes a cover, skirt and two chairs. Electricity and wi-fi are available at no cost. Enclosed you will find the set up information, and schedule of events. Check In Information
• The event is at the Crowne Plaza Hotel Orlando Universal located at 7800 Universal Blvd. Orlando, FL 32819, at the Ballroom Area.
• Check In will be at the CFBACC table located at the East entrance of the Hotel, not the principal Entrance
between 12:00 am- 1:00 pm. Please arrive no later than noon to set up your table. All tables must be set up by 1:00 pm.
• Parking at the hotel is free. You will be able to park at the E. side entrance of the hotel for a short time to drop off your materials. However, you cannot leave your car at the entrance, otherwise it will be towed.
• The ribbon cutting ceremony will begin promptly at 2:00 pm. • Break down is from 6:00 pm -7:00 pm, but if you want to leave your table for the cocktail party, and enjoy the crowd you can do so.
• Electricity is included with your sponsorship. However, please let us know in advance if you are planning to use an electrical outlet. Wi-Fi is also included.
• If you have any additional requests please contact us before Monday, September 2 to accommodate you. We won’t be able to accommodate any special requests the day of the event.
• Please bring all cables necessary to use your equipments, including electrical cors or computer cords
