2019 has been a great year and we’re sure you’ll agree that our final season will wrap things up perfectly. Our regular screenings are at the core of everything we do. As usual we have the very best independent and world films you can’t see anywhere else in Hull. There’s a bit of everything from crime and horror to comedy and adventure by way of dramas and documentaries, with films from Denmark, Macedonia, Switzerland and France alongside the best from the UK and USA. Regular friends Yorkshire Silent Film Festival are back again, with an extremely special screening featuring three musicians providing the score to the incredible The Great White Silence. Two special new projects feature as well. Beyond Human sees two films screening at Humber Street Gallery to complement the new exhibition by Aniara Omann, Equanipolis. And we’re delighted to be working with Humber Film and Film Hub North to put on a day of advice surgeries and discussion for filmmakers followed by a programme of brilliant Northern short films for everyone. What are you waiting for? Get your tickets now for another brilliant season of great films and events. Join us to Discover Something Different.
