A Message from the Resort Manager Summer is here! We had an outstanding winter ski season this year and we even ended with fresh powder for closing day. While we all love winter, we can’t forget how amazing our Rocky Mountain Breckenridge summers are. There is nothing quite like waking up to our cool crisp mornings only to be followed by our warm afternoons. If you had a chance to visit us this winter, you would have noticed we have a new company running our ski valet, Charter Sports. With improved services and equipment, they have really streamlined the process of getting your skis and making your mornings getting to the slopes much easier and faster. Additionally, I am excited to announce they will also be renting bikes this summer. Please visit their website

for both ski and bike rentals as you will receive a 30% discount. Just go to at www.chartersports.com and choose the Hyatt Main Street Station location. The Board has been working diligently to make sure you, as owners, are happy with your investment. Part of this includes improving the units and updating them as needed. Currently, we are working with an interior designer to come up with a design replacement of the hard goods, which would include bedroom and dining room furniture. Once we receive the final design package, the Board will make decisions based on the needs of the rooms, all while being fiscally responsible with your investment. There are many changes going on in the Plaza, so please be sure to read the letter from Chris Smith, your Board Vice President, regarding all the exciting changes that will be taking place this upcoming summer/fall. Once again, I kindly ask for you to visit me at the owner‘s meeting while you are in-house. Owner‘s meetings are held once a week and provide a great opportunity to meet owners, ask questions and share stories with other Hyatt Residence Club owners. Looking forward to seeing you soon.

Board Update A Message from the Board of Directors:

With the winter ski season behind us, it is time to enjoy the cool mountain summer air for the next few months. Breckenridge is always a great place to spend time when the summer temperatures get too hot at home. Change is always underway and this year is no different. Your Board members, along with the management team, are moving forward with evaluating updates to the interior of the units. We are in the design and pricing process at this time and hope to have a plan in place by the end of 2016. We want to be cautious with our expenditures and expect the changes to be made over a year or two. Our goal is to keep each unit updated and create a warm and welcome home in the mountains for all our owners and guests You may have noticed a change in the ski valet area this past season. Charter Sports is a new team that is operating the ski valet this year and they are making some updates as well. There will be improvements and remodeling this summer and fall to make the area more service-oriented and customer-friendly. In addition, they will be open during the summer season with rentals of summer sports items including bicycles and stand up paddleboards for Maggie’s pond. Charter Sports does provide revenue back to our Hyatt Main Street Station organization, and your patronage will help us keep our maintenance fees as low as possible. The second stage of the Waterhouse building has been completed with just a few units still available for sale.

As you walk around the Main Street Plaza area, you may also notice additional changes taking place. There are several new retail shops open, such as the Lolo Juice and the Cheese Shop, and Faith & Flair, a ladies clothing boutique, will be opening this summer. The Plaza will continue to hold events, such as the Sunday Farmer’s Market, the Art’s Festival, and Food and Wine Fest, along with others this summer. We look forward to having you at Breckenridge again this summer. Chris Smith MSSVC Board Vice President
