A Message from the Resort Manager Dear Hyatt Windward Pointe Owners, The first half of 2016 has been very busy for our management team. We have seen an increase in owner occupancy for the beginning of the year. Several reserve projects have been completed, including replacement of 15 HVAC systems in guest units, refurbishment of the exterior shutters, and repainting the railings throughout the resort. We are currently installing all new ceiling fans in the guest units as well. Other reserve projects for this year (on order) are as follows: dining chairs, living room chairs, lamps for the living room and bedrooms, coffee table, dining table chandelier and new drapery. I hope these new items will enhance your enjoyment during your next stay with us. We also have plans to reseal the parking lot and resurface the pool and spa. These projects will be completed during our maintenance week. And last but not least, we

are installing key card locks to all the gates to help deter non-resort guests from entering our pool area. I hope you will notice some of the landscape improvement made throughout the property. Our landscape team is dedicated to maintaining our landscape each week for your enjoyment. As we continue to sell units, we are experiencing more owners returning on their deeded weeks. In the time leading up to your stay outside of your deeded week, I encourage all owners to call our Front Desk with any special request or unit locations. All requests are reviewed by the management team. We will do our best to honor owner requests; however, we cannot guarantee any unit outside of your HRPP stay. I can assure you we will do our best to accommodate any and all requests. The management team and employees focus on making your stay here—at your home away from home—an extraordinary experience. Board Update Hello Owners,

My name is Jennifer Ogle, and I have served as a representative on your Board of Directors since 2012. I have owned at Hyatt Windward Pointe, a Hyatt Residence Club Resort, since 2003, and have enjoyed seeing the property grow and change over the years. Please take the opportunity to use your property, see what has changed, and see the upgrades we have made to increase your enjoyment of the property! We are fortunate to have a great staff in charge of the property as well. When you are visiting, be sure to attend the owners meeting with Mike. You can also better understand how to make your ownership work for you, whether it is using your points more creatively or using your linkages to Hyatt Residence Club to visit other properties. Dear Owners, I want to take this opportunity to briefly introduce our team and myself here at Hyatt Windward Pointe, a Hyatt Residence Club Resort. My name is Fernando Carranza, your new Director of Sales and Marketing. I have been in the Vacation Ownership industry for over 24 years. My wife Roberta and I have been married for over 25 years and have two daughters, Ana and Maria, both in college—one is a Gator. We are enjoying this new phase in our lives. I have to say that we find Key West to be a paradise and could not be happier to be on such a magical island. I also want to introduce our new Marketing Manager Karen Durrer. She brings a lot of experience with over 20 years in our business, and has worked for some of the best in our industry. She moved from Branson, Missouri. She and her husband also are enjoying the magic of Key West and look forward to making your acquaintance. Karen and I are deeply committed to an exceptional owner experience during your visit. We ask that you give us the opportunity to keep you current on all things—new and exciting— regarding your Hyatt Residence Club ownership. It is great to be part of the family. TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT

Michael We would like to welcome new Housekeeping Manager Michael Woodbury to our Hyatt Windward Pointe team. He hails from Atlanta, Georgia, but has called Florida his home since 1990. Key West has always been his most sought out destination, so he is excited for the opportunity! Michael brings a wealth of housekeeping knowledge with him, having over 30 years of experience. In that time, he has held positions as general manager, directors of rooms division, regional director gulf coast, and district manager. When Michael is not at work, he enjoys golf and rooting for his favorite NCAA football team, the University of Alabama (Roll tide, Roll!).

OWNER SPOTLIGHT Bob and Terry Bieber have been owners with Hyatt Residence Club since 2008. In that time, they have purchased multiple weeks at Hyatt Windward Pointe and one at Hyatt Piñon Pointe. The Biebers live in James Creek, Pennsylvania, and like many others, they call Hyatt Windward Pointe their “home away from home.” Hyatt Windward Pointe has been a very fond memory over the years for not only their guests, but also their

family. They are excited that their eldest son and his family will finally be able to see the property this year! After his visit, all of their immediate family will have finally visited. While they have not traveled to any other Hyatt Residence Club properties besides their own, they have used their weeks to exchange into Hyatt Gold Passport to stay at Hyatt Chesapeake Spa & Marina resort in Cambridge, Maryland. The resort has always been a part of their annual winter tradition. Mr. Bieber noted that they decided to purchase during their first visit due to the location, beautiful property, and flexibility with trading. When asked what their favorite activities on the island are, they said “We especially enjoy The Floridays sunset sail and dinners on the beach.” As for food choices, they recommend The New York Garden (the best), Louie’s Back Yard, Latitudes, and La Trattoria. However, they thoroughly enjoy and appreciate having the Abbey Road Snack Shack by our pool as many resorts do not have that option. They also spend a lot of time just enjoying the property by the pool or on their balcony. The Biebers look forward to visiting what they call their “little east coast Hawaii” for many years to come.

Shuttle Service Please note that our shuttle service has been discontinued by the provider. We are currently looking into options with other providers in the area. Additionally, the Key West City Council is revisiting the option to add Uber and Lyft to the island, but in the meantime, local taxi’s are available for your transportation needs.
