EDITORIAL
Dear readers, Are you ready for a holiday, and do you long for a trip overseas? Maybe that’s because winter is finally over. A trip to Spain would be tempting, wouldn’t it? We have dedicated a special article to Spain from page 20 – not only because it now has its first HYPOXI®-Studio. The best part of travelling is getting to know foreign cultures – and cuisines. Enjoying new-found specialities doesn’t have to ruin your figure – as we’ll show in our culinary trip around the world on page 16. Need more holiday indulgence? Why not come on a cruise with us? On page 28, we introduce the ‘Mein Schiff 4’ of TUI Cruises, which has HYPOXI® on board. Do you think that HYPOXI® is inseparably linked to the sun, beach and holidays? Then you’re not entirely wrong, but a beautiful figure is also appreciated in locations where you rarely see people in bikinis or bathing shorts. For example, in Mongolia, where a HYPOXI®-Studio opened not long ago. We’ll reveal more about the opening in Ulaanbaatar on page 29. Even if your next holiday is still a while off, you shouldn’t go without relaxation. To learn more about the part HYPOXI® can play in that, go to page 12. You can easily give your palate a taste of the Mediterranean by munching on a ripe citrus fruit. On page 15, you’ll find out about many other benefits of these vitamin bombs. I wish you a wonderful year, with many new experiences – whether at home or far away. Happy reading of this edition of ‘design your body’.

“Happiness is nothing more than good health and poor memory.” (Ernest Hemingway)
Buying cosmetics Those who stand tall, look more assertive, usually more intelligent, and slimmer. Apart from that, a straight posture increases one’s self-esteem and promotes mobility. However, it requires regular training. Old habits can’t be unlearnt overnight, as the body has to learn to ‘hold’ itself differently. Advanced postural problems should be put in the professional hands of a physiotherapist. Less serious cases will benefit from yoga and a Pilates course, or back therapy. Apart from alleviating physical symptoms, your posture can improve your facial expression, body language, and mood. When someone is feeling sad, guilty or fearful, they often stand with their upper body hunched over, which sends a negative signal to the brain. With the motto ‘chest out, back straight’, this can be positively counteracted. If you keep your chin up, you will feel more energetic, and even more attractive to the opposite sex. This feeling can be intensified if you claim more room: put your hands onto your hips, cross your arms behind your head, or stand with your feet apart. Those who don’t want to do this in public can use a washroom to ‘build themselves up’: stretch your arms out, gently lean backwards, stand with your head held high, and take a deep breath. The fastest and easiest way to improve your mood, guaranteed: Simply turn up the corners of your mouth more frequently. You look less grumpy, soften your facial features – and those in your company are happier.

It’s common practice to buy clothes, shoes and books online. So why not purchase cosmetics from online shops? Especially when it comes to expensive luxury brands, it’s tempting to grab the numerous bargain offers of sellers online with the click of the mouse. The problem: there are a lot of counterfeit cosmetic products on the market. This applies equally to perfumes, make-up and body care products. To distinguish genuine sellers from dubious ones, look for the seal of ‘authorised online traders’. It’s awarded by the registered Association of Distributors of Cosmetic Products (VKE). Only those online shops that abide by the regulations are allowed to put the seal on their homepage. This guarantees that the products are genuine and of high quality. @ www.kosmetikverband.de

Meat-free eating is now so widespread that there’s a vegetarian in nearly every family and clique. The good news: With the HYPOXI-Method® you can achieve the figure that you wish for in a relatively short time. The secret lies in the targeted mode of operation. “The treatment with alternating high pressure and vacuum targets the problem areas, promotes circulation in these areas and therefore fat burning”, explains HYPOXI® head coach Gabi Baumann. The training is very manageable: three units per week of 30 minutes each, for a total of four to twelve weeks – depending on the goal you want to achieve.

et’s start with a classic: those famous new year’s resolutions. Exercise more, quit smoking, spend more time with the family, avoid stress, save more – and of course, on top of the list: lose weight. New year, new happiness, new figure? At least gyms record a bucket full of new membership applications every year in January. However, according to the statistics, by February many of these memberships only exist on paper. The reason: Many underestimate the time it takes to achieve visible results with weight lifting and spin classes etc. Unless you spend at least two hours, three to four times a week – depending on your goals – for several years at the gym tormenting your body, you’re probably wasting valuable time for nothing. Yet ‘for nothing’ does not refer to your wallet.
HYPOXI-METHOD ®
Was it your new year’s resolution for 2015 to finally lose a few kilos? With HYPOXI® you can achieve this! A bikini figure is formed in winter
Most people love to spend the most beautiful weeks of the year at the ocean. In 2014, Spain and Italy were on top of the travelling list (source: www.statista.com). Finally, you can parade your new fashionable bathing suit or bikini at the beach, or enjoy the mild evenings in a light summer dress – wonderful! However, a look in the mirror often destroys the thrill of anticipation quicker than it takes to call a taxi to the airport. Replacing dinner with a sugar-free and fat-free
yogurt just two weeks before the holidays might well mean that the beach will be enjoyed from the hotel room. We need to clarify something beforehand: Even HYPOXI® can’t perform miracles in just two weeks. However, if you visit a HYPOXI®-Studio in time before your holidays, a bikini figure is within your reach. “Our trained coaches are highly experienced and know how much time it takes to achieve a dream figure”, reassures Gabi Baumann. “The HYPOXI-Method® comes with a customised dietary consultation. The advice that we give to our clients is not just for during their training, but also for the holidays, so that they can keep their newly slimmed body in shape design your body

during their trip.” Talking about keeping in shape: Many hotels and cruise ships not only have a gym, some even offer HYPOXI-Training® equipment. That way, you can enjoy the delicacies at the buffet without worry. Visit the studio locator at www.hypoxi.com to see all HYPOXI® locations worldwide with only a few mouse clicks. Is the little black dress too small?
It’s not only the holiday season that motivates people every year to get rid of annoying fat stores. An expensive piece of clothing that was purchased years ago and has been rediscovered in the wardrobe, but now nips and pinches everywhere, can equally spur people on to go on a frustrating shopping trip – or to try to lose weight. This mainly applies to the little black dress, which has suddenly turned into a way too little black dress. HYPOXI® head coach Gabi Baumann is very familiar with the problems of many women: “A social occasion such as a wedding or a ball luckily comes with enough notice for most of our clients. Those who start their HYPOXI-Training® early will steal everyone’s show at the party in the dress of their dreams.” By the way: If you
want to flaunt your legs on the dance floor, but belong to the 80 percent of women who suffer from cellulite, you can rest assured. With HYPOXI-Dermology®, each studio has the solution for unsightly orange-peel skin. The relevant skin areas are mobilised gently in a HDPressureSuit. The lymph system is stimulated and better able to remove toxins, while the optimised circulation regenerates the connective tissues. “That way, you’ll look good during the party season, and also in a wedding dress. Our coaches get every bride in shape in time.” promises Gabi Baumann. Gone with the baby fat!
Pregnancy and the time following birth is certainly a very special time in a woman’s life. However, even though the first months with the new addition to the family are very fulfilling, for many young mothers, the well ‘filled’ fat stores are a real burden. During the exhausting months after delivery, they usually don’t have the time, or – to be honest – the energy to exercise. Luckily, the HYPOXI-Training® is neither time-consuming nor strenuous. it’s ideal for the time following pregnancy. The fat that was stored before the birth at the stomach and other parts of the body is extraordinarily stubborn and needs to be tackled directly. In addition, HYPOXI® strengthens the connective and supporting tissues. “We recommend to young mothers to start HYPOXI® within two years of giving birth,” explains Gabi Baumann. “The longer you wait, the harder it gets to get rid of the surplus padding. For nursing mothers that means from approximately six to eight weeks after giving birth. Mothers who are not breast-feeding should wait until after their first cycle.” Even a babysitter is not necessarily needed for the 30-minute training sessions, as not only mum can relax in the calm HYPOXI®-Studios. design your body

Adieu lipoedema! Women with lipoedema often see liposuction as the last resort to end their suffering. Maybe they should visit a HYPOXI®-Studio instead!
hen Andrea Stiller first walked into the HYPOXI®-Studio in Reiskirchen in Hesse, she had completed a veritable marathon from doctor to doctor. The reason: The 47-year old suffers from bilateral lipoedema. “After my two pregnancies, the condition became even worse”, she recalls. “My buttocks and legs had become unrecognisable, and my old figure only existed in my memory. I tried countless diets. If I had known that I have lipoedema, I could have saved myself all that trouble.” Lipoedema is an abnormal build-up of fat cells, mostly in the legs and thighs, which can lead to swelling. The additional adipose tissue that appears with lipoedema is not obesity as such. Fat cells accumulate in the affected areas (lipohyperplasia), and the stored fat is not released due to poor circulation and impaired lymph flow. Specialists rank lipoedema amongst the top three most common conditions in women. The problem: A diagnosis can only be made by a specialist. Many women have no idea that they have lipoedema.

The only solution: Liposuction? When Andrea Stiller was certain of her diagnosis, all of the doctors recommended liposuction – except her GP. But the concerns of my l Good to know GP made me doubtful.”
Andrea’s initial scepticism had disappeared at that stage. Not surprisingly – the successes continued. Over time, her thighs became less painful to pressure, and eventually the pain disappeared completely. Her pants became looser and more comfortable, and thanks to the HYPOXI-Dermology®, the appearance of her skin improved significantly. After twelve weeks, Andrea had changed completely. She had lost 12.6 kilograms and a total of 99.5 centimetres in circumference. She strictly followed the dietary advice of HYPOXI®. “In the beginning, I was a bit unsure if I would be able to give up carbohydrates with dinner. But thanks to the generous portions at lunch I wasn’t as hungry in the evenings as I had been in the past. I have now completely turned around my diet, and I’m not afraid of the yo-yo effect anymore. part from the fact that HYPOXI® successfully fights unwanted fat stores, many of our clients agree on one thing from the beginning of their training: It feels good! Miriam J. from Munich describes her experiences: “After a hard day at work, HYPOXITraining® is totally relaxing.” Karin S. from Hamburg is equally excited. “I not only lost a lot of weight, but I also realised that HYPOXI® has a positive effect on my general wellbeing. I’ve got a completely new attitude to life that I want to keep forever.” Subjective impressions, or is there more behind it? One of the main achievements of HYPOXI® is increased circulation in the skin and fatty tissues. The intensified metabolic activity results in a targeted fat reduction and faster removal of toxins. The entire body reacts to this with a pleasant tingling feeling, which makes people feel more active and refreshed.

There is always some reason You know the phrase: “I’ll start tomorrow.” Your will is strong, but your motivation is weak. Here is how to conquer your weaker self: No time? How about a 15-minute mini workout? This can even be done in front of the TV. Roll out the yoga mat in time for the evening news, and do a round of situps, leg curls, or some exercises with free weights. It’s dark and raining? Invest in a colourful rain jacket and reflective wrist and ankle bands. That way you’ll be seen in the dark, and if the weather is bad, you’ll meet fewer people outside anyways – in case you’re worried about your appearance. Too stressed? Did you know that the stress hormones adrenaline and cortisone are more quickly broken down during exercise? One more reason to get into your sports gear and start training!

arge, small, yellow, orange, even green – citrus fruits come in many shapes and colours. There are approximately 60 different kinds, and they are all related. Lemons, Mandarins and Citrus maxima are the original citrus fruits. Oranges are a cross between the latter two. Crossing an orange with a Citrus maxima results in a grapefruit. If a grapefruit is crossed with a Citrus maxima, it becomes a Pomelo. All citrus fruits have in common a massive vitamin C content. If you eat one orange daily, you’ve almost met your daily requirement. An orange has as much fibre as 100g of pasta, and provides 25 percent of the recommended daily intake of folic acid (needed for blood formation), and 20 percent of the required potassium which supports muscle contraction.
Blood oranges and their cousins, the Cara Cara oranges, help protect cells against ageing, which is caused by, among other things, free radicals in the body. The plant substance lycopene neutralises them and gives the fruit its distinctive colour. The smaller Mandarin is as capable. While it contains less vitamin C than Lemons and Oranges, it makes up for that with a higher content of carotenes. As is well known, these are converted into vitamin A in the body, which is needed for vision, and cell renewal in the skin. Apart from that, Mandarins are sweet and easy to peel. Limequats and Cumquats are even smaller. Their peel can and should be eaten. The peel contains rutin which improves circulation. Yet it’s not only

By the way, citrus fruit should always be stored apart from other fruits. Their skin emits the gas ethylene which makes nearby fruit ripen faster. And one more tip: Only organic citrus fruit gives you certainty that it hasn’t been sprayed. The label ‘untreated’ only means that the fruit wasn’t sprayed with preservatives after they were picked. Before being harvested, i.e. during their growth, they may have been sprayed. design your body

Fascination
Fascia
It holds everything in our body together, and ensures that everything inside stays in its place while remaining movable. The more elastic the fascia, the more dynamic, refreshed and healthier we feel.
esearch into fascia is a young science that currently challenges mainly physiotherapists and orthopaedists. This research has found that a large part of apparent spinal injuries and damage to the spinal discs can in fact be traced back to injuries of the fascia. It is known that fascia functions like a sensory organ, has pain receptors and can pass on information.
R
What is fascia?
Fascia is a fine, three-dimensional tissue that pervades the entire body. Its connective tissue sheets surround every muscle, bone, and organ. It consists of collagen, elastin and water. Fascia has no beginning and no end. It provides structure to the body and stabilises it internally.
stability and elasticity, as when it’s in a healthy state, it is both firm and flexible. With increasing age, one-sided use or neglect, the naturally soft and smooth fascia can stiffen and form adhesions.
What are the functions of fascia?
Fascia protects our organs, nerves and muscles, and acts like a kind of shock absorber. It allows us to use the power of our muscles by storing the energy of the tension and then releasing it like a projectile when the muscle relaxes. Fascia thus mediates between bones, tendons and muscle fibres, and serves as their communication system. Fascia provides
18
design your body
Fascia can atrophy if it’s not challenged and used. Lack of exercise, stress, or a relieving posture can make it become porous. This can lead to small tears or inflammation. The fascia then thickens and presses on nerves. This leads to blockages, which in turn result in immovability, stiffness and pain. For many people, the problem isn’t from having weak muscles, but rather, from muscles that are not well stretched. We, as organisms, need length, space, room – whatever you want to call it – in order to function. This applies in the same way to muscles, nerves, organs, and to breathing. When there isn’t enough room, fascia shrinks and loses its elasticity.

Why should we exercise our fascia?
HEALTH
How to do it: Roll out your spine: Lie on your back on the foam roll. The roll should be positioned at your sacrum (just above the buttocks). Bend your legs, fold your arms behind your head and tension your abdominal muscles. Roll up and down your back, increasing the range of the movement with more practice.
Release back and shoulder tension: Stand close to a wall. Position the spiky ball between the wall and the painful area of your back. Gently press your back against the spiky ball. Hold the pressure and bear the discomfort for a short while. Back off a little without letting the ball fall. Repeat several times.
What fascia like
Fascia needs stimuli. That way, nutrients reach the cells, waste products are removed, and the tissue keeps renewing itself. It likes being stretched and twisted, as well as bouncing movements, such as lightly bobbing and gentle jumping. Rolling out, and an awareness of the sensation is good for it. How can you exercise the fascia?
Roll it out: The foam roll and the spiky ball are ideal helpers to regenerate, mobilise and activate the fascia.
The foam roll is a tried and tested tool (available for instance at www.blackroll.com). Individual muscle fibres and their surrounding fascia are rolled out until they are soft and relaxed. A spiky ball can help to relieve localised tension points. Targeted pressure on that point for about 40 to 60 seconds – triggering it – releases hardened structures. Alternatively, you can use a rolled up yoga or camping mat instead of the foam roll, and a tennis ball instead of the spiky ball. design your body

Spain owes its name to an error: When the Phoenicians landed on the Iberian peninsula in the 11th century BC, they gave it the name ‘Ishapan’ – land of the rock badgers. However, what they saw jumping around were in fact rabbits. Still, the name stuck and developed via ‘Hispania’ to today’s España. Olé!

ho would have thought: Spain is one of the most mountainous countries in Europe. Only Switzerland has greater altitude overall. Almost half of the mainland is between 600 and 1,200 metres above sea level. And although the country is significantly bigger than Austria and Germany combined, it only has half as many inhabitants. It’s a land of contrast: Large agricultural regions and old traditions compete with lively hubs and modern industry. If you holiday here, you can choose the sun and beach at the Mediterranean or Atlantic oceans on the mainland or on one of the numerous islands. Or you can choose winter sports on the ski slopes of the Sierra Nevada in Andalusia, which is not a well-kept secret anymore: In 2017, it will host the World Championships in freestyle skiing and snowboarding – at a snow park that has especially been built for this event and is one of the largest of its kind in Europe. Still, Spain predominantly attracts sun hungry visitors who mainly flock to the beaches of the Mediterranean. This brings us to Spain’s major economic sector: the tourism industry. Every year, nearly 60 million tourists visit the country famous for its mild climate, warm summers and rarely harsh winters. Spain is the third most popular travel destination worldwide after the US and France. Most visitors holiday in Catalonia with its capital Barcelona, followed by the island groups of the Baleares and the Canary Islands, and Andalusia in the mainland’s south. One demographic group that arguably benefitted most from this are women. “In Spain, huge, spectacular progress has been made in the area of equality of men and women since the end of the Franco era”, explains author Elizabeth Villagómez. “But that process is not yet complete.” Under Franco, females lived under the guardianship of their fathers, brothers, or husbands. his death, the reintroduction of democracy, new equal rights laws, and Spain’s accession to the European Union meant that women were finally seen as fully valued adults and started reclaiming the areas of education and occupation. However, according to Elizabeth Villagómez, they still have a lot of catching up to do. “Women still face obstacles when it comes to attaining the highest positions in the public and private sectors, and they are still discriminated against

In terms of careers, there is still room for improvement. But Spanish women are somewhat compensated for this in the areas of fashion and beauty. Whether in Barcelona, on the exclusive catwalk in Madrid, or the shopwindow of 1000 styles, Bilbao, Valencia or Seville – if you are looking for something special, you’ll find it here. If nothing else, it’s the customer-friendly opening hours that make you quickly forget the time on your shopping trip. The selection of renowned designers leaves no fashion desires unfulfilled. Ever since ‘Sex and the City’, Manolo Blahnik has become eternalised – at least with shoe fetishists (and that is probably the majority of the female population). Madonna, Jennifer Aniston and Winona Ryder, to name just a few, swear by the creations of the almost 75-year old who is famous for his high heels and even higher prices. Cristóbal Balenciaga is a veritable design legend. He founded his fashion empire in 1937, and was considered a perfectionist of his trade and master of all couturiers, always ahead of his time right up to his death in 1972. Paco Rabanne felt destined for a career in fashion from a very young age. When he was seven, reportedly a supernatural vision predicted his future to him. But maybe it was the profession of his mother, a seamstress that sealed his choice of occupation. In 1966 his first Haute Couture collection made it onto the Prêt-à-Porter catwalk in Paris. “Feeling beautiful has nothing to do with what you look like” (Emma Watson)
Powder on the loose Loose colour pigments are especially popular with make-up artists. Because hardly any product is as versatile, and such a true all-rounder. With loose pigment powder, you can … ... push up your décolleté: Using a large rouge brush, sweep powder in a crescent shape from the sternum over the chest. The shimmer will make your décolleté appear more ample. ... make your legs look narrower: Mix a pinch of powder with body lotion and apply it to the centre of your shins. This creates a highlighter that makes your legs appear slimmer. ... fill in eyebrows: Gently dip a sloping brow brush into loose powder and draw fine lines in between the hairs. To finish off, use a brow groomer to brush through your eyebrows. ... apply eye make-up: If you mix pigment powder with a few drops of water, you get liquid eyeliner. Three parts powder mixed with one part cream results in a covering eyeshadow.

The Greek label Korres has added two new fragrances to their collection. The women’s fragrance is a captivating floral, fruity and woody combination of cardamom, pink pepper, mandarin and bergamot. White musk, cedar wood and vetiver create the seductively sweet base notes. Top notes of mint, grapefruit and lime give the men’s fragrance a fresh character. our bathroom doesn’t have to look like an artist’s studio, but people who apply makeup as a profession are called makeup artists for a reason. For your daily routine at home, you should have the following brushes at hand:
1 Foundation brush For your dream complexion, the foundation must blend with your natural skin tone. Finding the correct shade for your skin tone is a challenge to be mastered. The ideal foundation brush is flat with sloping short bristles, and is slightly rounded. Dab some foundation onto your forehead, nose, chin and cheeks, smooth out evenly and blend towards the sides. That way you’ll avoid messy transitions and create an even complexion.

foundations. The ideal brush is broad and fluffy, made from natural hair, such as the Kabuki brush. Dip the brush into the loose powder and tap it gently against your wrist to shake off surplus powder. Then brush over your face in even and generous strokes. Note: The powder needs to match your skin tone, too.
1 Rouge brush Rouge – also called blush – makes your face radiant. Bronze adds shimmer, while rose and apricot hues give a fresh look. A typical example is the famous ‘apple cheeks’. Smile at your reflection in the mirror. Start with the brush in the centre of the highest point of your cheek and apply rouge in a circular movement. Blend and let the powder fade out towards the ears. The brush should have a rounded tip,
and its hairs should be soft and not too compact.
1 Lip brush A kissable mouth has exact contours and an even colour. For a perfect shape, use a lip pencil or lip liner. Very important: It has to be the same colour as your lipstick. A slightly sloping bristle brush is best suited for colouring in. It should be at most half a centimetre wide, so that you can apply the colour right up to the corners of your mouth.
1 Eyeshadow brush A brush with a rounded tip is ideal for applying eyeshadow on the eyelid and in the crease. Use a smaller, firmer contour brush to softly blend khohl eyeliner pencil under the eyes – Keyword: smokey eyes. design your body

Bodycheck Report for a beauty inspection, please! We can’t change our skin, therefore we should treat it well.
S
ome people care better for their furniture or their car than for their own skin. Often we don’t notice it until it plays up and feels tense, itchy or burning. Yet the skin is our outer shield that keeps it all together. Our hands are always in action. They are constantly exposed to the sun and the elements, and as a result, they develop pigment spots and wrinkles. Cold and wind can dry out the skin and lead to chapped hands. Therefore, pack a tube of hand cream in your ‘hand’-bag as a matter of prudence. For a more intensive conditioning treatment, use a nourishing cream with urea. Apply generously to your hands and protect with cotton gloves. Ideally, leave on overnight. Or book a paraffin bath with your next manicure (also available with pedicure). Moving upwards from the hands: It doesn’t matter so much on cold days, but as soon as the T-Shirt season starts again, neglected arms become noticeable. If they are rough, flabby and pimply, they are not an attractive sight. That’s why we should ensure sufficient circulation during the jumper season. Regular massages with a sisal glove, and a body peeling 26

do miracles. Don’t forget to apply moisturiser afterwards. For extremely dry skin, massage Argan oil into still moist skin. Here is a home remedy for hard and dark elbows: Cut a lemon in half, lightly squeeze out the halves, and press your elbows into them. The fruit acid dissolves hardened dead skin cells and brightens skin. Free weights and good old push-ups firm upper arms. If classic push-ups are too hard, try standing in front of a wall, resting your hands against the wall at shoulder height, and do ‘push-ups’ against the wall. Our back is rarely included in our care program. It’s usually quite undemanding, as it’s covered with plenty of sebaceous glands, so that the skin stays supple. A massage brush with a long handle, or a massage belt, can help remove pimples and dead skin cells. If you suffer from permanent pimples or acne, you should consult your doctor.
Our bum is often equally neglected. Considering the fact that we sit on it for the largest part of our life, it deserves special care. The right exercises help: squats, lunges, or lifting both legs alternatingly on all fours at a 90 degree angle. If you want a more targeted treatment, visit a HYPOXI®Studio. The alternating high pressure and vacuum increases circulation in the buttocks, firms the connective tissue and stimulates lymph flow. Let’s get to the legs. The skin partakes in the food you eat! The stronger the underlying layers, the smoother the skin. Regular muscle training is a good start – together with a balanced diet. The following nutrients are particularly beneficial for skin and hair:
Vitamin C – promotes the circulation of fluids within tissues and strengthens the connective tissue. It’s contained in fresh fruit and vegetables, for example citrus fruit (see p. 15) and redcurrants. Vitamin E – assists the skin with moisture retention and cell renewal. Excellent sources are nuts, grains, seed oils and leafy green vegetables. Zinc – supports the keratin structure of hair, and is important for the renewal of skin and nails. have more fat deposits than men, and store water more readily. In addition, the female connective tissue is weaker, and unfortunately not only at the belly, where it makes sense for pregnancy, but everywhere. Whereas many anti-cellulite products are rather disappointing, the HYPOXI® combination training offers the right solution for unsightly orange-peel skin. While you lie down and relax for 20 minutes, the HD PressureSuit
stimulates the skin at the problem areas, activates the lymphatic system and regenerates the connective tissue, followed by a 30-minute session with the HYPOXI-Trainer® (without breaking into a sweat). If you want to be not only light on your feet, but also walk on beautiful and smooth feet, you need to care for them regularly. This includes regular pedicures, removal of calluses with a pumice, and a daily foot massage with
foot cream, especially at the heels. And don’t forget your feet at your next whole body peeling. Last but not least there is the décolleté. Its subcutaneous fatty tissue is very thin, and the skin is prone to creases and needs to be protected from the sun even more than other parts of the body. This is often the first place to show the harmful effects of UV rays. design your body

Odmaa Otgonbileg, the owner of the studio, got to know HYPOXI® in Germany where she used to live. She was looking for an effective way to reduce surplus fatty deposits following pregnancy. Time-consuming training or a strict diet were out of the question for her. By chance, she went past a HYPOXI® -Studio and completed a training program. Her results convinced her to the extent that she decided to bring the figureshaping method to Mongolia upon her return. Where is the HYPOXI®-Studio located?
It’s located in the Sky Plaza Business Center, a top address in Ulaanbaatar, only five minutes from the city centre. An area of 14,000 m2 houses a gym, a sauna, a concert hall,
