In light of this, our Cover Story for this issue is dedicated to NFT, one of the decentralised technologies with the most attention recently, which has made its way into pop culture trends. However, with the hype mainly built around its speculative purposes and its high potential returns, NFT’s real-world applications and its ability to generate and hold value have been controversial.
