1. Update personal

Start with a relaxed atmosphere – what has happened to them that was nice, who they would like to appreciate

10 minutes

2. Update Functional

Every team member should say what they have done in the previous week (number of calls, meetings) and share the experience with the rest of the team

20 minutes

3. Update – from TL/VP

This is your time to allocate responsibilities for the upcoming week – what needs to be done, what is next

15 minutes

4. Team minimums

Check up on team minimums depending what is the time frame, either schedule 1 on 1, team building, team days

15 minutes

5. Mini education and (or) simulations

If necessary, use this time to educate your members on a topic you see they are lacking (how to book a meeting, EXPA education etc.)

30 minutes

6. Closing

Close the meeting, go for drinks somewhere, go for coffee, spend some time together with your team

Total: 90 minutes

Strenghten your interpersonal communication throught casual iGIP talking Do not act as a leader but as a friend – talk about your own AIESEC experience, and other EPs experience

Play iGIP quiz with your team and prepare some rewards for the best answers – this can help you in making new stategies!

Go play some sport and represent the country in which your EP is working. Make a video and send it to him. J
