Don’t bog down your beautiful life with different problems with health. But consider that wellness isn’t just about healthy eating and doing sports. It applies to all areas of life and also includes positive mental health, and a healthy self-image. Don’t take your wellness for granted and support it by healthy habits. Here're 5 helpful ways to have a healthier life. 1. Don’t underestimate the importance of sleeping. When you don’t get enough sleep, you begin to compensate energy by eating more fats. Just have a healthy sleep and you’ll have no need to snack and drink tons of coffee to stay awake. 2. Drink enough water every day. Over 75% of our body is made up of water, so water is essential for proper functioning of all body parts. We need to supplement our water balance regularly to remove waste and maintain oxygen and nutrients movements around the body. Moreover, drinking more water actually helps in losing The amount of needed water depends on various factors: your weight and height, the level of physical activity, humidity, etc.

Flirty Or Friendly How To Tell If She Wants You Or Just Wants To Be Your Friend by: Marni Kinrys Also, if a girl isn’t feeling it, but thinks you
ARE, she’ll give you LESS than the basics, to make sure you get the message. She’ll be polite, maybe even proper with you. She’ll give you platonic hugs or even hold off from touching you. She won’t try to get you alone. She may even talk to you about other guys she’s interested in, which if nothing else has gotten the message across, should drive the point home. I know you may think that these behaviors are tests, but they are definitely not tests or signs to pursue harder. They are signs that she’s not into you. Now, these are guidelines. Remember that each woman is different and has their own individual BASELINE for how she acts with guys. You want to get to know her so you can figure out her “baseline”. If she’s super affectionate with all of her guy friends, a big hug from her is not an indication that she wants you. If she’s comfortable around her other guy friends, but then gets shy and blush-y around just YOU, then you can take that as a sign that you have a certain effect on her. Find out her norm so you can see where you fall on the spectrum. I recently had a guy friend reveal his feelings for me. I was surprised; I thought he could tell by my signs that I wasn’t into him! I even suspected that he was attracted to me, so I tried extra hard to get the message across… giving him less than the basics. But still, he told me he was sure there was something between us: Because of how I connect with him in conversation, how much I enjoy hanging out with him, how I’m so sweet to him and laugh at all his jokes… Not only did my friend not pay attention to my baseline (I laugh at a lot of people’s jokes…), he had a serious case of tunnel vision. He only took what he wanted from our interactions, never paying attention to my signs: I didn’t make plans with him alone, I would tell him about other guys I was into, I didn’t give him extra affection… the list goes on and on. By learning the signs that women give you, getting out of your tunnel vision, and being aware of her baselineScience Articles, you will have the upper hand in avoiding these sticky situations. STOP wasting time on someone who doesn’t want you. Be a savvy sign-reader and you’ll find someone who DOES.
Has this ever happened to you?
You’ve been hanging out with a girl, you’re into her, and you think she’s into you. Then one day you make a move and she tells you she just wants to be friends. You’re blindsided! Your ego is bruised! You wonder how you could have gotten this wrong! What happened was you misread her signs. And it’s not your fault at all. Because the signs women give are super subtle and very hard to pick up on. That’s why I asked my new Wing Girl, Marissa, to tell you how to tell if she wants you vs. just wants to be friends. Marissa is awesome! She’s blond, she’s single, she gets hit on all the time and I guarantee you would want to date her if you saw her. Who better to get advice from than a woman like her right? FLIRTY OR FRIENDLY: HOW TO TELL IF SHE WANTS YOU OR JUST WANTS TO BE YOUR FRIEND By Marissa Madsen from the 20s vs 30s webisodes I totally get how men can be baffled when it comes to women. We’re pretty damn confusing. When are we being flirty vs. just being friendly? A couple of really important things for you to know is: 1. Women can flirt with you even if they don’t want anything more from you. 2. Women actually believe that men and women can be friends. Which means that you may have the intention of approaching her because you want to date/sleep/be with her but her intention is simply friendship. Just because she LIKES you doesn’t mean she’s ATTRACTED to you. When a girl is flirting with you, she’ll give you “extras”: Extra long eye contact, extra touches, she’ll try to get into long conversations or find excuses to hang out with you alone. She’ll find ways to show you she’s open to something MORE. For example, agreeing to your suggested plans or responding to your texts/calls promptly with more an “Lol” or “ha”. If she’s just being friendly, she won’t give you the “extras”, just the “basics”. She’ll be nice, even physically affectionate, she’ll hang with you on her terms but that’s it.

ryan Doe was born and raised in Liberia,West Africa. Influenced musically by his father, a preacher with a passion for music, Bryan began his music journey involved in church and choir. A civil war broke out in Liberia which forced Bryan and his family to flee to Ghana for safety.
After moving to Ghana ,at the age of 13, Bryan began rewriting wo the words of traditional gospel songs in Ghanaian dialects of which he did not understand. This sparked his interest in songwriting. At 16, Bryan, with a few friends that shared his love for music, formed the gospel acapella group, Boys for Christ. As a part of the group, he was able to develop his skill and gain experience singing. He proceeded to write and perform numerous gospel songs p to melodies he heard that inspired him, and eventually began writing secular music after experiencing a connection with artists like Craig David, Bebe Winans, R. Kelly, and Akon. He has since developed his own style, music deeply rooted in R&Band Soul. He prefers to write songs easily relatable to everyday life. Bryan have open for couples of famous artists in his music ca career. One name that may ring a bell-is all time platinum recording R&B singer, songwriter, actor, dancer, model and record producer

Styling for Ignite Models and being featured on FashionbombDaily for her amazing fashion style, miss Shodipo is making a name for herself. “ how it all started”.... a question many of Shola fans would love to know. Well the wait is over...when we ran into the artist-a month back, we had a brief interview with her, asking her that very question. According to miss Sholaquote “how I become a stylist?”...”Well as someone who was raised by a fashion designer and a lover of all things fashion; when it came to finding a job I instantly gravitated towards retail and that was when I realized my potential as a stylist. It went beyond family and friends telling me I had great style, to strangers relying and valuing my opinion in regards to what they wore. When I started having people giving me their contact information to help with special occasions or just finding their personal style, I knew I was onto something”.
if you do what you love you never work a day in your life, that is exactly how I feel. Styling comes so natural to me, it is almost second nature. I just love the idea of being creative and making people look beautiful, whether it is a model or the everyday person.”.. We enjoy chating with this beautiful young merging fashion stylist and blogger and wish her all the blessing and luck in her young career.
